Die Wohnung und Betreuung vom Sylt-ER Team war super. Wir hatten die Situation das die Eigentümer der anderen Wohnungen da waren und diese wohl nicht gerne fremde Urlauber im Haus haben. Die Parksituation wurde ständig bemängelt, da deren „großen„ Fahrzeuge nicht mehr genug Platz hatten wegen unserem Auto. Zudem wurden immer Dinge gesucht, wie die „Tür geht zu laut zu“ oder man würde zu oft die Treppe hoch und runter gehen. ( Bei Abreise gibt es einiges zu packen) Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit sehr guter Austattung. Die Lage ist top und es ist ruhig und man ist schnell am Strand.

Für uns - drei Frauen ab Generation+66 - war das Appartment gut geeignet. Schon wegen der beiden Bäder. Haben uns wohlgefühlt - gerne wieder. Ein Nachteil: die Wendeltreppe zur oberen Etage ist sehr eng. Ein grosser Koffer ist schwer nach oben zu transportieren. Eine Mikrowelle wäre auch ganz gut. Die Gebrauchssspuren in der Küche haben uns nicht gestört. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut.

Christian Das Appartement weist eine recht gute Lage zum Strand auf. Ein Bäcker und ein großer Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat einen guten Aufbau und ist ruhig. Die Betten des Schlafzimmers sind jedoch extrem durchgelegen und nichts für Rücken-Patienten. Auch ist morgens, durch nicht ausreichende Verdunkelung, das Zimmer hell ausgeleuchtet. Das Badezimmer unten ist schon ein wenig "abgerockt". Das Appartement ist in Ordnung, allerdings würde ich es für diesen Preis nicht noch mal buchen.

Schöne Größe und gut für 2 Erwachsene und bis zu 2 Kinder. Versteckte Lage aber pole position zum Bäcker. 2 Bäder (Dusche oben top), Küche in die Jahre gekommen, Hauptbett viel zu weich.

We were in this apartment for the second time and find the location optimal. The equipment left nothing to be desired for us. However, we would not rent this apartment if there was only a bathroom on the living level. But the shower room in the attic is simply brilliant, although only accessible via the spiral staircase. The car parking space on the property is also important for us. The cleanliness of the apartment when we took it over is also worth mentioning. We will definitely come back.

Very nice and functional furnished apartment. The 2-bathroom solution is great and the kitchen leaves practically nothing to be desired even for more extensive needs. Compliments to Sylt-ER, who also offer reliable service in times of Corona. We will be happy to come back.

Very well-furnished bright apartment in a very central yet quiet location. The only downside we have to mention is the excessively soft mattresses in the lower area. Therefore, we would only recommend the apartment to a limited extent.

We booked the apartment in early December for four nights and were very satisfied. A beautiful and very quiet retreat - However, at that time there were also no other guests present in any of the other apartments. Thanks to the immediate proximity to the bus stop, it is an ideal starting point for trips all over the island. Conclusion: We would take the apartment again!

"For us - three women over the age of 66 - the apartment was well-suited. Especially because of the two bathrooms. We felt comfortable - gladly again. One disadvantage: the spiral staircase to the upper floor is very narrow. Transporting a large suitcase upstairs is difficult. A microwave would also be nice. The signs of use in the kitchen did not bother us. We slept very well."
