Description
Our spacious, riet-roofed holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the beautiful villa park Buitenplaats in Callantsoog (North Holland). It is close to the beach and has an approx. 450m² fenced garden plot with 2 parking spaces. Wi-Fi is of course freely available for our guests.
Your dream holiday home offers:
On the ground floor:
- large L-shaped living/dining area (including underfloor heating, cable TV, stereo system, seating area with 1 couch and 2 armchairs, dining table with 6 chairs)
- in 2021 renovated, open, fully equipped kitchen incl. new electrical appliances (gas stove, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, orange press, blender, etc.)
- Guest WC
- Storage room (incl. 1 bicycle for free use, washing machine incl. dryer function, iron & board)
Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 and 3 beds respectively (incl. TV, wardrobe, mosquito screens for each window)
- large bathroom with underfloor heating, bathtub, shower and WC
Garden:
- perfect southern exposure
- directly at the park's own little river

You will find our holiday home No. 84 in a quiet location in the Buitenplaats holiday park in Callantsoog, North Holland.
The park has a reception and is only accessible to residents or their visitors.
Our holiday home and the park are child-friendly
The park has a children's playground with a climbing pirate ship, football pitch and table tennis tables.
The park is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping and a nature reserve in and around Callantsoog.
Callantsoog (municipality of Schagen) is a well-known seaside resort beautifully situated on the North Sea. The village is known for its great cycling and walking routes along the beach, through the dunes or wide fields (trips to the Zwanenwater nature reserve are recommended)
The village offers gastronomic variety as well as many nice, individual retailers.

If you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of 100% of the amount paid so far. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive 50% of the total rent back. If you withdraw later or do not commence the trip, the entire rental price must be paid.

Upon arrival, you can park directly in front of the house and conveniently carry your belongings into the house.
You can store bikes and other bulky souvenirs directly in our spacious storage room, which has a separate external door and is directly connected to our living/dining area via another door. The kitchen has been renovated in January 2021.

Very nice holiday home in a quiet settlement. Bicycles are recommended for the beach and the village (one is available in the house).

The house is wonderfully suited for a break. Nothing is missing. The location is excellent; you can reach shopping and the beach in a short time. You can relax wonderfully in the garden.

Family vacation with 5 people
Ideal for a family. We had a comfortable accommodation for everyone. The large house with the well-kept garden in a scenic environment provided great relaxation for all of us. We will definitely book another holiday by the sea there.

Dream vacation on the beach
Beautiful vacation home in a great park. Very large and spacious with an open kitchen and a lovely garden. Only about a 15-minute walk to the beach through a nature reserve. The beach is kilometers long and invites you to linger. We have already booked our next stay with the wonderful host.
