We took over the guesthouse 12 years ago. Regula is Swiss, ex-banker. Gilbert is Luxembourgian, hotel management school, trained chef. Together we ran a restaurant on Lake Zurich. With our two children Laura and Pascal we moved to the beautiful Piedmont, to Monforte d'Alba.
