This high-rise cottage offers a rare good view of Ebeltoft Vig. You can sit in the living room and look out at the water and the whole beautiful area. The cottage is secluded at the end of a small slip road. Inside, the house is furnished in Scandinavian style and with a nice window area in the kitchen. The kitchen is in close connection with the dining room, so here everyone can have fun together no matter if they are cooking or playing games. In the living room there is a window section all around, which offers a view of the sea. Outside there is both a covered terrace and an open terrace, so here is the opportunity to move according to the sun and the season. There is also a barbecue, which can provide the food and coziness as soon as the weather allows. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Tolles Haus mit reichhaltiger Ausstattung. Wunderschöne Lage auf einer Anhöhe mit Sicht auf die Bucht von Ebeltoft. Die beschriebene ruhige Sackgassen-Lage wird getrübt durch eine unterhalb des Hauses verlaufende stark befahrene Küstenstraße mit Verkehrsgeräuschen bei vorherrschender Nordwestlicher Windströmung. Empfehlungen: Ebeltoft bietet alles was man braucht. Die Umgebung mit den Mols-Bergen ist wunderschön. Ein Ausflug zur Ruine des KalÃ¸ Slots bei RÃ¸nde lohnt sich.

Das Haus hat eine Top-Lage, ist super eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts und war sehr sauber. Empfehlungen: Leuchttürme anschauen, Aarhus ist sehr schön, der Botanische Garten

Besonders gefallen hat uns natürlich der Meerblick aus dem Haus und vom Grundstück, das schön angelegte Grundstück, die hochwertige Ausstattung und das außergewöhnliche Raumgefühl durch die hohen Decken. Auch die technische Ausstattung (TV, Chromcast, Luft- Wärmepumpe) ist sehr gut. Raumausstattung, Möblierung und Beleuchtung verleihen dem Haus einen gemütlichen Charakter. Empfehlungen: Die wunderschöne Endmuränenlandschaft von Mols /Djursland sollte man unbedingt auch durch Fahrten über Land sehen. Z.B. bei einer Fahrt nach Sletterhage auf Helgenaes oder auf dem Weg zum Kattegatcenter in Grena. In Ebeltoft kann man sehr gut einkaufen, ins Glasmuseum gehen oder die Jylland besichtigen. / Man kann zu Fuß in dem schönen Ferienhausgebiet wandern und dabei stets aufs Meer sehen, zum Strandkroen gehen oder an den schmalen Strand.
