open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(satellite, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), CD player, stereo unit), bedroom(2x double bed), bedroom(2x double bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), heating(electric), terrace, BBQ, play equipment, air to air heatpump

Holiday cottage with a large swimming pool. The house has a spacious living room and very cosy furnishings. The living room is in open plan to the kitchen, equipped with all appliances. The living room is equipped with both a wood-burning stove and TV with satellite. There is a view directly to the pool room, so there is the possibility of keeping a watchful eye. The swimming pool is figure-8 shaped. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, and a bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and whirlpool. The two mezzanines in the living room is high and child-safe. Open plot with room for play and games. No letting to youth groups.

  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
