Description
This luxury chalet is located in the heart of Limburg in the multiple 5-star awarded recreation park "de Leistert".
Near the park you will find many entertainment options, such as the Maasplassen with beautiful recreation on and in the water, various shopping opportunities in Roermond with its very beautiful old town or directly opposite with the famous outlet center. Furthermore, you will find recreation and shopping opportunities in "De Groote Peel" with heath and swimming pool. Also in the small town of Roggel (about 2 km away) you will find shopping opportunities at discount stores such as Aldi and LIDL.
Our property is located on a plot of about 400 sqm with a direct view of and access to the lake.
The very spacious plot is located in the quiet and luxurious Vennehof and stands for absolute relaxation. It is enclosed with beautiful hedges and offers a very large sunbathing lawn on which there are banana and other plants. The outdoor areas naturally include a rustic pavilion directly by the lake. On the upper terrace there is the "Weber grill station." There is also a very beautiful outdoor shower on the plot to enjoy a cold refreshment during the summer months.
Additionally, this luxury chalet features a very large outdoor terrace with a luxury dining area for up to 6 people and a cozy lounge area with a magnificent view of the lake. This outdoor terrace is shaded with 2 sun sails from May to October and offers reliable sun and rain protection.
On another, somewhat narrower side, you can enjoy the sun on "outdoor poufs" until late in the evening. This area is also shaded with sun sails.
At nightfall, the entire outdoor area is automatically illuminated with very cozy ambient lighting. The interior of the luxury chalet impresses with its very spacious living room featuring a large sofa, a swiveling 55-inch OLED TV, which is available with Dutch cable network including German channels. If you have a data card available, you also have the option to stream Magenta TV & Netflix. The first air conditioner is located in the living area. Without spatial separation, you are directly in the luxurious kitchen with a large dining table where nothing should be lacking.
Here you also have direct access to the large outdoor terrace and to the lake. From the entrance area you have direct access to two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, two built-in wardrobes, and one additional air conditioner. Bedroom 2 features an extremely comfortable couch, which can be easily converted into a spacious double bed for 2 people, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin with large cabinets, and a shower cabin.
The luxury chalet has central heating, which can be controlled via a “HONEYWELL” thermostat. All windows in the chalet are equipped with high-quality mosquito screens. The leisure park offers you numerous facilities, including a subtropical swimming pool, a large covered plaza with indoor play facilities, a supermarket with bakery, a snack bar, an à la carte restaurant, a cafeteria & a sports café. Tennis courts, sports fields, a fishing pond and a mini-golf course can also be used. In the summer months, the outdoor wave pool as well as the rowing & swimming pond with beach and sunbathing lawn are also available to you. These are located next to a large climbing and playground.
Centrally situated between the cities of Venlo, Weert, and Roermond.
This chalet is not suitable for bachelor parties, group events, or "party people" and therefore cannot be booked for such purposes! Only the booked guests plus a maximum of 2 additional persons are allowed on the plot!

A Summer Dream
We spent a week in the beautiful chalet. From booking to departure, everything went smoothly. The contact with the landlords Susanne and Dirk was extremely friendly and completely uncomplicated. We enjoyed the time with all the amenities that the great house offers. Both inside and outside, everything is very lovingly furnished and designed. The absolute highlight for us was the outdoor area with cozy spots for every taste, the terraces overlooking the lily pond, the garden with a shower, the lighting in the evening. Enter and the vacation begins. An absolute place for relaxation and highly recommended.

All-around worry-free package
Whoever is looking for a quiet and cozy spot while still enjoying the advantages of a Dutch campsite/holiday park should choose this accommodation!
Everything needed is available in the accommodation. It is very comfortable here! The contact with the landlords was also straightforward and friendly.

Again and again gladly
A wonderful little house, furnished with a lot of love and sophistication. There is absolutely nothing missing, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. In the evenings, various lights come on outside and inside, and it looks beautiful.

Hello dear guests, because there have been professional changes with us, we have now decided to give our luxury chalet for the summer holidays in the rental. The chalet is since 2016 in our possession and are themselves as often as possible on site. Accordingly, we have furnished the chalet to suit our tastes rather than the usual "just functional" for guest rental. We are constantly developing the interior as well as the exterior. For example, some of the photos were taken in the course of 2020, so of course the flora and fauna have also evolved. Also, we have already provided the large terrace with a double sail, which is stretched from May to October. We look forward to guests who love the special.
