The apartment is located in a complex of apartments which are no more than 3 storeys high and are in a peaceful setting located 5 minutes drive to the west of Albufeira. During our stay in mid-May there were very few of the apartments occupied and consequently there were no more than a dozen or so people at the shared swimming pool each day. As it was out of the peak season the pool-side bar / restaurant wasn't open. However, there is a most beautiful restaurant called &quotPraia Grande&quot located a little further down the road (ca. 6-7 mins. walk) with a fantastic terrace with views over the sea. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped. A pity that it wasn't mentioned in the information pack that there were beach umbrellas in the utility room as these are necessary if you chose to go to the wonderful beach at Sao Rafaele (only 10 mins walk) out of season - there is a beach café but it was only opening up from 18th May and after that date I think there would have been sunbeds and umbrellas available at the beach for a fee. We enjoyed a superb week at your apartment and will most certainly make a return trip sometime in the future.

Arrival and accommodation were very good. Bed (mattress) a bit hard. Location of the apartment was great. 2 beach chairs for the balcony would have been great. Chairs and sofa can not compensate for that. Everything very clean and pragmatic. Good kitchen.

Excellent apartment partly due to the renovation. . Sea view from balcony wonderfully cool. Quiet location and want to bustle and fun as you stand in downtown Albufeira. Great beach to walk with 5minuutjes cool beach bar with great sangria and super cocktails for 5 euros and massage tent. Albufeira center or stroll away on steep streets. Car necessary. Tip parking at port and then walk to downtown because that tricky parking. Good supermarket Appolonia. Worth Haven Villa Moura. Afternoon sailing with sailing along the coast and the Condor cave visit with dinghy. Then back at Villa Moura delicious food on terrace overlooking the port.

Unfortunately, we did not have good weather, but the house and the interior was fine. There was, however, no dishwasher detergent, so only washed by hand. This was a minus. Location and fine views

Check-in was smooth and the instructions that we were at the cottage and we had access to the sleutel.Accommodatie was neat and clean, but also logically arranged. Close to the beach and in a nice quiet area.

The apartment is really well equipped. From the first second you are there you have then the holiday feeling. The beaches nearby are super nice just slightly less suitable for small children due to the strong waves. But that makes the pools at the apartment more than compensated. And near Albufeira itself are some beaches where the surf is a little quieter. The only two supplements that are useful to know that a car really is a necessity because within walking distance little to find to or just eat out good messages (Rossio in the old part of the port is really a recommended) .The apartment has screens everywhere so you can enjoy the sea breeze to blow through the apartment and otherwise there are also fans in every room. The only thing to what could be improved is the beds really are very hard so you should be able to (topper would have been fine) one else can you do have some trouble. And pans are non-stick coating them actually lost so it also shows some new front may be purchased. But otherwise nothing but positive feedback and we will definitely come back. and last

We have a week of this fantastic apartment may enjoy. All mod cons. Even books and DVD 's are present! Nice sea view from the balcony and bedroom. Very clean and spacious. Halfway through the week, the towels were even exchanged. The coast is rocky with many beautiful sandy beaches (walking) distance. Nice trips be a day of Lagos and Lisbon (the latter easily reached by train). All in all, highly recommended for a sunny and peaceful holiday. Wouter and Nienke

Villapark is beautifully set up, garden is a lust for the eye. Pool was moderately maintained on arrival (18/4) leaves and dirt on the bottom. Covered garden chairs. It looked like it had not been looked over for a while. After comment, within three hours three people vacuumed). Apartment is beautiful, efficient with above average equipment. Kitchen in particular is extensive. Balcony is fully covered and somewhat unfavorable due to the afternoon sun in April. Nice sea view. Plants in the balcony of the balcony were dried. Arriving well described, keys available, nice cleaning staff, we were even allowed a little earlier in the apartment as agreed. Accommodation clean 95%, small defects in the inventory (not disturbing, normal wear) washing-up rags have been missing environment quiet quiet area (lawn, bushes, flowers Pool) it would be nice if pool was cleaned. It had a lot of sand on the ground and seagrass in the water. Guests go to the sea often in the pool. That's why a regular pool cleaning would be appropriate. Otherwise, the pool area was very nice.

The area was really great. you notice that the park has been in a positive way for years. The trees and plants are mature and large, everything is really well maintained around the apartment. The pool could be slightly better updated. it seems like they do not have a vacuum cleaner because some dirt and sand is on the bottom. The cottage itself is beautiful, slightly dated and does not surpass the expectations of the photos.With here and there some minor flaws this apartment scores a fine enough, with some points on the i would be perfect! (Think of hard mattresses , older couch with grand foulard, clamping front door, shower bar that is not properly secured).

Nice and quiet apartment! The apartment is fully equipped and the pool is also good. Only two downsides were that the beds are really very hard and pans needed to be replaced zijn.Mooi views of the urbanization and the sea. If you are good on foot you can easily walk to the beach of Sao Rafael. Very nice there! A few suggestions Italian food at Urban Pizza restaurant in Albufeira, swimming with dolphins and entertaining shows at Zoomarine in Guia, beautiful animals in Ria Formosa Natural Park just beyond Faro and of course the charming capital Lisbon here you just got 2.5 hour driving and tolls have.

The accommodation was / is in need of renovation. Other apartments (neighbors) had already been renovated.The kitchen and bathroom were fine, but for example closures of windows and screens were rickety, on balcony an old table with old straight chairs. Downstairs neighbors were working hard with a hammer drill during our last two days. Environment is beautiful, especially the rocky coast at Lagos.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful apartment. The location is top, you're close to the beach, a short distance from downtown, great location to visit some cities / places nearby. Moreover, it is nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend this place to others to explore the Algarve region!

The apartment is located in a complex of apartments which are no more than 3 storeys high and are in a peaceful setting located 5 minutes drive to the west of Albufeira. During our stay in mid-May there were very few of the apartments occupied and consequently there were no more than a dozen or so people at the shared swimming pool each day. As it was out of the peak season the pool-side bar / restaurant wasn't open. However, there is a most beautiful restaurant called &quotPraia Grande&quot located a little further down the road (ca. 6-7 mins. walk) with a fantastic terrace with views over the sea. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped. A pity that it wasn't mentioned in the information pack that there were beach umbrellas in the utility room as these are necessary if you chose to go to the wonderful beach at Sao Rafaele (only 10 mins walk) out of season - there is a beach café but it was only opening up from 18th May and after that date I think there would have been sunbeds and umbrellas available at the beach for a fee. We enjoyed a superb week at your apartment and will most certainly make a return trip sometime in the future.

We enjoyed, nice balcony ("morning sun" afternoon out) where you can relax beautifully. Beautiful surroundings and located in a quiet neighborhood. Really to get away to relax. Nice pool, lovely quiet (at least in our late May). Wifi works fine! In short, pure enjoyment!

We have a week of this fantastic apartment may enjoy. All mod cons. Even books and DVD 's are present! Nice sea view from the balcony and bedroom. Very clean and spacious. Halfway through the week, the towels were even exchanged. The coast is rocky with many beautiful sandy beaches (walking) distance. The apartment is really well equipped. From the first second you are there you have then the holiday feeling. The beaches nearby are super nice just slightly less suitable for small children due to the strong waves. But that makes the pools at the apartment more than compensated. And near Albufeira itself are some beaches where the surf is a little quieter. Nice and quiet apartment! The apartment is fully equipped and the pool is also good. Only two downsides were that the beds are really very hard and pans needed to be replaced zijn.Mooi views of the urbanization and the sea. If you are good on foot you can easily walk to the beach of Sao Rafael. Very nice there! A few suggestions Italian food at Urban Pizza restaurant in Albufeira, swimming with dolphins and entertaining shows at Zoomarine in Guia, beautiful animals in Ria Formosa Natural Park just beyond Faro and of course the charming capital Lisbon here you just got 2.5 hour driving and tolls have.

We were nine wonderful days staying in this apartment. The apartment is really fully equipped, so if you want to cook is certainly possible. Dishwasher, oven and microwave are all provided. The shutters is cool in the rooms. DVD player is also present with a large collection of DVD 's just not really for the younger children. For us it was fine. The beds are a little on the hard side, but that might be a matter of personal preference pool. sunbeds was within walking distance and was neat and clean. a car is very handy since the first large supermarket about 5 minutes away is, there is then even as an aTM. We had a wonderful time and are definitely planning a return to come.

We have rented this apartment for two weeks in August. The description of the apartment's true but we have been disturbed at the poor cleaning. Upon arrival first cleaned everything himself. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. Nicely styled, lacked a nothing (even a washing machine). Because the rest is handled, is not rented to groups of youngsters and you notice that. Beach is close by and thus amounted to good. We were (from NL) with the car and our trip (Northern Spain - Portugal) ended here. From there we went back to NL. The Office (Cerro Novo - English) that everything for this property, is very helpful and works quickly. The owner (NL) responds quickly to questions via email. The deposit is paid back quickly and neatly. In short, highly recommended!

Villapark is beautifully set up, garden is a lust for the eye. Pool was moderately maintained on arrival (18/4) leaves and dirt on the bottom. Covered garden chairs. It looked like it had not been looked over for a while. After comment, within three hours three people vacuumed). Apartment is beautiful, efficient with above average equipment. The area was really great. you notice that the park has been in a positive way for years. The trees and plants are mature and large, everything is really well maintained around the apartment. The pool could be slightly better updated. it seems like they do not have a vacuum cleaner because some dirt and sand is on the bottom. The cottage itself is beautiful, slightly dated and does not surpass the expectations of the photos.With here and there some minor flaws this apartment scores a fine enough, with some points on the i would be perfect! (Think of hard mattresses , older couch with grand foulard, clamping front door, shower bar that is not properly secured).

The accommodation was / is in need of renovation. Other apartments (neighbors) had already been renovated.The kitchen and bathroom were fine, but for example closures of windows and screens were rickety, on balcony an old table with old straight chairs. Downstairs neighbors were working hard with a hammer drill during our last two days. Environment is beautiful, especially the rocky coast at Lagos.

Excellent apartment partly due to the renovation. . Sea view from balcony wonderfully cool. Quiet location and want to bustle and fun as you stand in downtown Albufeira. Great beach to walk with 5minuutjes cool beach bar with great sangria and super cocktails for 5 euros and massage tent. Albufeira center or stroll away on steep streets. Car necessary. Tip parking at port and then walk to downtown because that tricky parking. Good supermarket Appolonia. Worth Haven Villa Moura. Afternoon sailing with sailing along the coast and the Condor cave visit with dinghy. Then back at Villa Moura delicious food on terrace overlooking the port.

Arriving well described, keys available, nice cleaning staff, we were even allowed a little earlier in the apartment as agreed. Accommodation clean 95%, small defects in the inventory (not disturbing, normal wear) washing-up rags have been missing environment quiet quiet area (lawn, bushes, flowers Pool) it would be nice if pool was cleaned. It had a lot of sand on the ground and seagrass in the water. Guests go to the sea often in the pool. That's why a regular pool cleaning would be appropriate. Otherwise, the pool area was very nice.

Sea about 500 meters away with a beautiful beach. Taking a dip every day is therefore a possibility. Lots to see in the area. We would have liked to stay longer.
