Lavish Villa with Private Swimming Pool

The house was wonderfully spacious, the kitchen good, only few glasses, the pool was nice, but fresh, not heated, the terraces were prima.De beds were spacious but not nice to sleep in, the mattresses soft and a large hole between the two mattresses. That should be possible. We have enjoyed. Only the power in the kitchen went out before 3 o'clock on the last evening. That gave some problems as we went to eat at home and our 18 month old grandson was unable to eat a warm meal before going to sleep. Fortunately it has been remedied.

This house is in deplorable condition. Air conditioners do not work or do not work manually. Cracks and black sealant seams, loose tiles in the pool, broken lighting, cracks in the wall. No curtains in important places, some outdoor furniture has no cushions. Pillows don't fit or are broken. Shutters are broken. Belvilla is hiding behind legal terms. Apparently this house is not monitored . Advice not to rent or cancel

Certain facilities in and around the house are not working. For example, the pool lighting cannot be turned on, the refrigerator has cures and there are many more things. Also, a wall in the house gets very hot so you can't even touch it that hot. Contact with owner is bad and get half response to questions.

The arrival was well organized, the code for the key box was sent by e-mail. The accommodation is very large and decorated in a typically Portuguese way. Lots of facilities, charcoal BBQ, large kitchen + large fridge, bath, cots and chairs, swimming pool (unheated), plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Accommodation was not very clean everywhere, bathroom was the only thing that was really clean. A lot of dust in the bedrooms (on fans, walls and curtains), kitchen was also not very clean, but after a thorough cleaning we were able to relax.

The arrival went fine, well arranged with the key. Upon entering the house, we were a bit disappointing.The kitchen was very dirty, we first completely cleaned it. It also appeared that there was a lot of overdue maintenance. For example, a few dining room chairs were broken and the heating of the pool did not work. There were many more things that needed maintenance in the house. Also, a number of sliding doors on the terrace could not be closed properly and the alarm system did not, which resulted in a burglary where some money was stolen. Great what the people of Belvilla have done for us! We were taken care of by their super.

The swimming pool can be closed by fence. The pool had allowed us to warm up, which is nice. Different terraces that do not allow you to walk. All beautiful surroundings. Car hire is a must. Have had a great holiday with children and grandchildren.

Upon arrival we were greeted in Faro by a nice sun. The sun did not really shine when we arrived at our holiday home. What a great house. You do need a car with navigation. Nice swimming pool, nice massage shower, bathtub, big kitchen with everything you need. The surroundings are beautiful, in Albufeira there is a lot to do and see. Thanks to this house a great relaxing holiday.

Despite our late arrival, we were greeted nicely at the appointed place and escorted to and from the villa. It was a spacious villa with all the luxury amenities you need. It was a quiet area and yet only 10 minutes drive to the center of Albufeira.

The villa is quiet and just 5 minutes drive from the center of Albufeira. The house is really well equipped. Particularly spacious with delicious cuisine. The garden is well maintained and with several seats, you can always check in the sun or sit in the shade. From the beautiful pool you even have sea views. Overall a top villa for a wonderful week Portugal.

Fantastic house with all comfort.Wij were six adults and one twin 3 years.This home is rescent gelatinized in letting go and that is clearly visible and evident in the quality of decor and furnishings. Lovely pool and plenty of spots in the garden to look out for each other's feet to lopen.Mooie beaches close to that fine with the car zijn.Wij had enormously to the sense, while this house has helped primary.

We had a wonderful week in the Algarve, not in the least by this beautiful villa. The location is fantastic. View over the valley at the foot of the pool continuously to the sea. Also delicious with the child-friendly character of the house. We were 4 kids aged 2-7 and was living comfortably in this villa. The pool is protected by fences and has an infant \/ toddler area. Would this villa so book again!

Fine house in a quiet place with panoramic uitzicht.Prettig is the presence of a Dutch-speaking caretaker. Portugal has pleasantly surprised us after years of "French" holidays: the Portuguese came across very friendly. Outside the tourist centers are yet to discover beautiful and quiet beaches. In short, a must in all respects.

Hello, we are currently renting Villa Lambertus.
We noticed the following defects in the house:
- Kitchen: faucet sprays in all directions and water runs onto the worktop.
- The two silver refrigerators sound the alarm very often and beep (even at night) and do not cool properly.
- The drawers and cupboards have not been cleaned and are dirty.
- There are not enough plates, cups and glasses (for 8 people).

- The locks on the doors of both bathrooms upstairs and downstairs are broken and cannot be closed. Oden: Door handle comes off.
- Downstairs bedroom right ceiling light broken.
- And all the rooms are not clean in the corners!!!
- Living room ceiling light broken.
- Pool: Mosaic stones are coming loose and are therefore sharp-edged. There is no net for cleaning.
- Grill drip tray is rusted through and therefore does not keep the embers in the grill.

We would be pleased to receive feedback on this.

The location is generally good, the grounds are very spacious and well-kept, and we enjoyed the pool. But as I said, the price is quite high for some shortcomings.
