What a delightful stay! The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We enjoyed barbecues in the garden and found many activities nearby, especially the lake for a fun day in the sun.

The farm provided a cozy base for our adventures, The decor was warm and inviting, and we enjoyed many nights on the private terrace with a glass of wine, The hosts were responsive and made us feel welcome, A bit remote, but that added to the charm, just what we were looking for!

What a lovely stay! The farm was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our family of four. The children enjoyed playing in the shared garden, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a day of hiking in the nearby forest. Perfect place to unwind and connect with nature!

The place was quite peaceful, I loved spending time on the terrace with a drink, The location is great for hiking, and the lake is close for some fun, Clean and comfortable, although the WiFi could be better near the rooms, Still, it was a solid getaway for our family!

We had a great time on the farm! It was spacious enough for our family of four, and the children loved playing in the garden. The pool was a nice addition, and we felt very comfortable here.

We had a wonderful time at this farmhouse. It was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm afternoons. Not far from Montemor-o-Novo, we found it easy to explore the area. Definitely a solid choice for a retreat in the countryside.

Had a very nice arrival with a lot of attention. Our cottage under the fig tree was lovely, clean, spacious bathroom, nice spacious bedrooms and lovely sitting outside. Lovely quiet area between all animals no (sound of) cars, beautiful hills, vegetables from the garden, lovely pool, pizzas made in the stone oven, turtles lined, very nice to see how the farm runs, great views over the dam lake .. in short "had a wonderful 2 weeks!

Very quiet location with a beautiful garden where you can pick lemons from the trees. Gigantic beautiful pool. Super friendly owners, you may even go swimming quite late and our kids loved it fantastic!

The cottage was part of a beautifully restored farmhouse with six holiday accommodations in beautiful style are appropriate ingericht.Wij have greatly enjoyed the lovely views, the pool and the walks in the area between cork oaks, cattle and sheep herds. The owners are very accessible and gastvrij.Bovendien was for us an ideal base for the cultural heritage and landscape resources in the area, visiting the beach and Lissabon.Wij, father, mother, daughter 16 and son aged 13, have this is very time had! Our family with children aged 13 and 15 have had two wonderful weeks here. There were more Dutch families with older kids. The weekly BBQ at the (large) pool made that everyone knew each other. The owners are very nice people. You can have it delivered daily bread. The villages in the area are not very exciting. Evora is a lovely city.

The furnishings are antique so the beds are very old and the mattresses ditto. Old not good shielding curtain, wifi 1 spot and not in your apartment! stench of urine from cats in the carpets on the floor of the slaaplamer short, unfortunately the matter a lot while the area and the house is fantastic. It is an investment in quality inventory worth to give our guests a wonderful stay, I say do it! saves a lot of sleepless nights.

With our two children aged 4 and 6 years for two weeks staying at casa da Figeira- the Herdade Joke and her husband. From the main road you will come through a hobbeldebobbelpad into an oasis of beautiful pool, clean house and quiet area of u200bu200bbulls, cork trees, turtles and sweet passionate people. Like a town in the area visited every day and then yet again to splashes. Rapidly in the pool The kids and we enjoyed the apples and other produce from the garden, trampoline, BBQ and the common stories about life on a farm in Portugal. Especially go to the livestock auction on Monday in Montomor, walking the paths that are mapped from the farm, visit Evora, the melagnieten in the area and for the insiders Chinese shops in the area.

Warm, friendly atmosphere, quiet and rusticity

We stayed here in mid-march 2012, which is very early in the holiday-season. Probably due to this, we found the overall maintenance very poor. However, the owners DID clean the beautiful pool especially for the two of us. The quiet surroundings are full of local wildlife (and bulls and livestock, since it is a working farm).

On this farm from a Dutch older couple get a comfortable holiday home where it is quiet and nice place to be. There is a large, nice clean pool. If you are interested in the property you will be guided and learn agricultural aspects of Portugal a little familiar. The area is interesting with nice towns and Lisbon is also not far away and very indrukwekkend.Het landscape is also special. You're in a totally different location than the Netherlands. And the weather was fantastic and that always helps.
