The house had a card confirming that a cleaning had taken place. Toenails on the edge of the bed, crumbs on the sofa, generally dirty on the floor. The reception was very, very friendly and helpful. The cleaning would be completed within an hour. Thank you very much for that. The mini-golf course was apparently very worn due to the children, and the bathroom also did not look inviting. The restaurant was not tested by us. The signage to the house was very good. There was a place for the luggage cart, but unfortunately, other guests used it privately and no one from the staff was bothered by it. Thus, not everyone had the opportunity to use the luggage carts.

The experience of the stay was below expectations. First of all, I saw in the photos that there would be an oven, but on arrival there was a small simple microwave (no combi microwave), so that I was partly unable to prepare purchased groceries (baking bread, oven recipes, etc.). On arrival, the heater gave too much heat, when lowering the heater, the heater went out. There was a handyman who turned it on again, but it was either too cold or too hot. The geyser also fell out twice. The kettle was leaking, but has been neatly replaced after notification.Furthermore, a lot needs to be replaced (curtains with tears, shower rail loose, loose skirting boards, dirty ventilation + bloodstains from insects on the wood).The folder received on arrival stated that food could be delivered , the QR code in the kitchen did not work, when ordering by telephone, delivery was not possible due to staff shortages, this could have been stated (orally or sticker on folder). who were often moved from residence and eventually ended up next to me. Conclusion: I would therefore not recommend staying at Roompot Hunzedal Borger.
