The different villas lie around an atmospheric water garden. Some lie directly by the water. You can choose either a six-person (NL-9514-01) or an eight-person (NL-9514-02) variant. All villas are furnished comfortably and have a ground-flour bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is on the first floor in one of the villas type NL-9514-01. Each villa has a garden with terrace and garden furniture.

Location and surroundings of object
Hunzepark holiday park can be found at the edge of the Hondsrug sand ridge, in a beautiful area of forest and heathland. Cyclists are perfectly in their element here. You can explore Drenthes nature preserves with a bicycle map available at reception. Go tracking through the forest together or take the horse-drawn tram along the most scenic spots. The water-rich surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for fishing, canoeing, swimming and boating. Golfers have come to the right place as well, with a golf course just a short distance from the park. One of the most popular attractions in the northern Netherlands is Emmen Zoo, which is right by Hunzepark. You can learn all about the history of the regions dolmens at the Hunebedcentrum in Borger. And theres more history to be discovered at De Veenkoloniën dairy farm, where you can learn everything there is to know about cheese and clogs. Hunzepark offers the ideal holiday for anyone seeking relaxation and room to breathe.
Hunzepark is located at the edge of the Hondsrug sand ridge, surrounded by heath and forest. An ideal destination for anyone wanting to combine relaxation with activity.
It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.
The outdoor swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-September. When the swimming pool is closed, you can use the swimming paradise of Holiday park Hunzedal.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool of the Hunzedal park is closed from Monday 01-11-2021 to Monday 08-11-2021.
For several parks a group deposit is charged. The amount of the deposit can differ per park and per group composition. The deposit will be an amount between €50 and €500 per person. Please take this into account when making the reservation. The reception desk of the park decides whether the deposit is necessary. If the accommodation is left in a proper condition, the deposit will be returned within 5 to 10 working days.

Garden at the cottage is beautiful with a view of swan nest. Indoor swimming pool is not in the park but in a park fifteen minutes away by car, which was a disappointment for us. Television did not work despite a request at the desk that was not repaired during the stay. If you want a lot of rest then this is fine, with teenagers there is very little to do here.

House is not at the location of the photo. Turns out this one has been sold and is no longer for rent. Of course we should have looked further at the specifications, but we went for the bath (in the photo), but there was only a shower. There are several cottages of the same for rent through Roompot. BellVilla is difficult to reach in case of complaints. Unclear what the extra costs were. Service from the Roompot was fine. Email correspondence went well with Roompot.

The park is beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately, our house was mediocre and needed renovation. To begin with, we had to repair the lock of the front door immediately because it was loose and would not close anymore. The house is very damp, there were a lot of silverfish. The laminate floor between the hall and living room bulged up after a few days, partly thanks to the rainy weather, so that the door no longer closed. After a day of better weather and the doors open a lot, this subsided again. Furthermore, the mattresses on the top floor are too hard to sleep on and there is no toilet available. The terrace and garden are not included in the mowing policy of the park, which makes it unkempt, a good broom for inside and outside to sweep yourself is unfortunately not available. In short, the difference with the other villa homes in the park is too great. Fortunately, we enjoyed the area, the rented bikes were fine!

Upon entering the room it VERY very fresh in my opinion something TOO fresh. we also opened the doors right away, there were a lot of cobwebs, and dead flies on the ground in a corner! so in terms of cleaning (final cleaning) a thick 6 and for that final cleaning you have to pay mandatory costs ?? I also found the facilities at the park very scanty, on the website everything looks better than it really is. for us no 2nd x more.

the arrival was excellent! friendly reception very helpful, just a pity that they sell very old junctions tickets !! the accommodation was very luxurious just a pity that more attention may be paid to cleaning small things !! the area was great !! have the villa as excellent experience !!!

Received correctly on arrival. Accommodation was clean and nice and spacious. The kitchen was neat and very well furnished. In the area there are more than enough options for going away for days, both in good and bad weather. The park itself does not really have much to offer. A nice entertainment program for children.

Beautifully landscaped park, well maintained and villa beautifully situated on a water feature. House is comfortable and fully furnished, a tip for the owner: put top covers on the beds because now you can feel the spirals of the mattress pricking your back…

Very nice house with access to the adjacent holiday park. In addition, a very nice nature conservation area which can be explored directly from the holiday park by canoe. The only thing missing are mosquito nets in front of the window but with that you can arrange or how we take a mosquito case with us.
