The Schaapskooi (sheepcote) type is situated at the edge of the park. This unique accommodation is divided into two separate parts. One section is mainly intended for use as a living area and is equipped with a spacious living room with plenty of space for everyone, as well as all the modern amenities. The sleeping section offers four romantic sleeping alcoves among other furnishings. The 2 chalets are situated on a generously sized lot with plenty of privacy.
This type is also available in a 24-person variant (NL-8346-25). In that case the accommodation contains 1 living section and 2 sleeping sections.
For groups with a different composition than family, a deposit of 1000 euros is requested.

Residence de Eese is located in a forested area in Northwest Overijssel, a stone's throw from Drenthe and Friesland, and borders the De Woldberg and De Eese forest complex. In addition to chalets, the holiday park offers a charming campground. The park was originally an old estate, which can still be seen in the old stands of beech trees. The forest pond on the property was dug 140 years ago. The ground that was excavated then is characteristic of the entire area, hence the name The Hump. Residence de Eese is a multifaceted holiday park where order and cleanliness are at the fore, and where persons of all ages will never be bored. The area is a region which seems to have been created for walkers and cyclists. Whether you choose to walk or go by bike: the options are endless and varied. In the region you will find the conservation areas of De Weerribben, De Wieden and the Dwingelerveld, the forests around Vledder and Appelscha, dolmen-rich Havelte, picturesque Giethoorn and the old towns of Steenwijk, Vollenhove, Blokzijl and Zwartsluis. But you can experience everything in the park. There is a wonderful open air swimming pool and various playgrounds. The charming restaurant with bar makes the picture complete.

We were three adults and 12 (!) Children (aged between 2 and 10) in the property at the Sheepfold Residence Title Source. The buildings were beautiful and nicely decorated, everything finished well. Plenty of showers and toilets' s. Beds were fine and the kitchen was nice and complete. We did find that the TV is very high and away hung (subtitle was harder to read. Another small point of criticism of the outlets that were at child height ( we had two toddlers with it) was no child protection. All in all a lovely, well maintained, had autumn, with good service from the park owners (cotton candy and popcorn, feeding the animals). Highly recommended!

We had a lovely family weekend at the residence Eese. With 4 families we fit well in homes. The park offers great playground for young children (and who were in our group). Have a nice walk in the woods made. So ideally with a large group of people. Accommodation is beautiful. The bedsteads are very nice and cozy (bigger than we expected). Sufficient showers so we did not have to wait long to each other. The people of the park are very friendly. We got the weekend free pancakes. They organized for guests of the park. Also, we had beautiful weather.

Good reception. Accommodation lived up to expectations, good living room, bedrooms and kitchen, everything was clean. There should have been one larger refrigerator, as well as in the other house. The separate skin with only sleeping quarters would be tight, and everything close together, if we had been with 16 people. Surroundings are beautiful.
