It was a nice house and felt like home very quickly. The peace and quiet was wonderful. There was a huge fenced garden and also nice for our 3 labradors. Our children stayed for a weekend, and the bouncy castle and table tennis game were very popular outside. We slept downstairs, beds were already made and mattresses were good. The black sofas were also good. The welcome was also nice, hostess was friendly. We went to the Sallandse Heuvelrug and you could also have lunch there, walked the blue route approx. 1 hour. Lemelerveld hiking area also has a beautiful environment there is a stone from the ice age, sometimes a little bit of climbing. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mariette. She walked directly through the holiday with us to indicate what and where we could find everything. In the house is really everything present. Furthermore, a day in Zwolle done and sun nicely out of the cold wind in the sun. Extra compliment for Mariette (key holder). After we had left for home, we discovered that there was still a mob. telephone was left in the home. Called the owner. Lucky for us that Mariette was so kind to come by immediately (on Sunday) with the key. What a service !!

A warm welcome with a cozy Christmas theme. we were there with 3 greyhounds and a toddler. they enjoyed the large enclosed garden (low fence). There are many outdoor toys for children. There is also an attic with many toys that my 3-year-old son really enjoyed.
The house is cozy and the living room may feel a bit small in winter with a large group of adults and 3 dogs.
You can reach the 2nd bathroom by walking around the outside.

We arrived at the cottage just before Christmas. Everything was decorated and the hostess had done her very best to make it cozy for us, we felt right at home. We will be back! The house is just as the pictures promise it. Simple, but very comfortable equipped. There are dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses, cups ...... in generous quantity. A dishwasher, gasherd, microwave-combinerät, refrigerator, small freezer. The fridge could be slightly larger. A Senseo and a filter coffee machine, a bar mixer. It is literally everything. The beds are comfortable and the blankets are great. We were there to 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 4) and were well accommodated. At maximum capacity (up to 9 people) I imagine however a little tight. Great is that you can use everything, e.g. The washing machine and the toys available (MANY toy trains, cars, duplo, a game tent, various figures, board games, many books (in Dutch) and for outdoor pedal tractors, three children's bicycles, two bikes for adults, children's seats, a buggy, paddling pool. ..). The garden is huge! Completely fenced, he offered our children and the three dogs a lot of space for playing and romping. There are swings, a trampoline and various small playhouses, a table tennis table, soccer fields, generous lawns and also a little forestfeeling, through the many trees. The cottage is beautifully situated between the meadows (in the meadow behind the house, we have witnessed the birth of a calf. The calf nice if the mother remain in the pasture!). We were very warmly by the manager. There were even two bottles of wine and snacks ready! There burning candles! The cottage was very complete and very schoon.De garden is gorgeous! The dogs are lovely of hide. The girls (17 and 19) were a child again (and we are also a bit) when seeing swings, trampoline, football goals, table tennis, etc. We had a wonderful weekend! It was exactly as it was in the description. The location is secluded, extremely quiet and rural. The house is compact but meets all the comfort I want a vacation. We have 7 people (but 8 also could have been) a very nice week long resided. The beds and duvets are of good quality and the kitchen with all appliances (incl. Dishwasher). Also a washing machine (not used) is present. The garden is large and friendly play a little football field, table tennis and plenty of grass for other games and to walk barefoot. The children will have the trampoline long memory. The shower and 2nd toilet, accessible from outside, were a godsend. For the children there was the big playroom (with various toys, incl. A warm welcome with a cozy Christmas theme. we were there with 3 greyhounds and a toddler. they enjoyed the large enclosed garden (low fence). There are many outdoor toys for children. There is also an attic with many toys that my 3-year-old son really enjoyed.
The house is cozy and the living room may feel a bit small in winter with a large group of adults and 3 dogs.
You can reach the 2nd bathroom by walking around the outside.
The house was very clean and the beds slept very well.

The arrival was perfectly arranged. Someone was ready for a brief tour and we got two bottles of wine on arrival. Although we were quite slow, we were warmly welcomed. The setting is beautiful country with a beautiful large garden and a panoramic view. It is wonderfully quiet, you'll be fine with what people enjoy nature and tranquility. We opened the gate and immediately we were approached attentively by Harriet. The welcome was warm and Harriet told us all ins and outs about the house. The cottage looked very inviting and spic and span. Nothing was missing, a candle burned and there were even 2 bottles of wine waiting for us. A great hostess so the weekend could not be broken for us anymore. We were 6 people and the accommodation met our needs. The surroundings are beautiful you can just walk away from the house. We ourselves have visited the open day of the IJssellinie more than worth it. Around the house is every opportunity for sunbathing, for children the house is an eldorado. Beautiful surroundings with many meadows. Forest a little further away. Very large enclosed garden, where the dog and the kids can enjoy themselves. Property is a bit on the small side and noisy, but fully equipped. The stairs to the attic are narrow and steep, but the kids don't mind. 2nd toilet, sink and shower can be reached from outside. Unfortunately a lot of fly nuisance on the terrace (and also inside).

The house is beautifully situated between the meadows with a very large enclosed garden, and plenty of play possibilities for children. And a covered terrace. In the evening the outside is completely dark, where are you still! The house is not very large on the ground floor, two of the three bedrooms below are small. The beds are all excellent. The house was fine clean. With 8 people and 3 dogs, it's a bit small, especially in bad weather. The garden is amazing. Fully fenced, which allowed us to keep an eye on our dogs without being able to keep an eye on them. We have been to a weekend. Once to Dalfsen (nice place) and a lovely forest walk in the woods. Owner of the cottage does everything to make you feel like it.

With 5 grandsons from 10 to 14 years we had a fantastic week. The house was great clean, complete, quiet, comfortable beds and the trampoline was one big party. Fortunately, the weather was good so that the boys could make use of the enormous garden. We enjoyed the beautiful autumn colors, the many species of birds, the 4 squirrels that were busy with each other and the walnuts and as bonus 2 roe deer in the field. Because of the nice trips in the area, attuned to the experience of the boys, it was for all of us again an enrichment and we are already looking forward to a next time.

In 1 word Awesome !!! What a lovely location. The beautiful and super well-maintained garden with many birds and singing. Our dogs just wanted to be outside in the yard. Very good fence. The house is fully equipped and everything has been thought of. Very clean ! With larger groups, it may be a bit small inside with less weather, but even then there is plenty to do, complete with a play loft. We enjoyed a lot!

It was exactly as it was in the description. The location is secluded, extremely quiet and rural. The house is compact but meets all the comfort I want a vacation. We have 7 people (but 8 also could have been) a very nice week long resided. The beds and duvets are of good quality and the kitchen with all appliances (incl. Dishwasher). Also a washing machine (not used) is present. The garden is large and friendly play a little football field, table tennis and plenty of grass for other games and to walk barefoot. The children will have the trampoline long memory. The shower and 2nd toilet, accessible from outside, were a godsend. For the children there was the big playroom (with various toys, incl. Electric train + rails did). We have been much less planned path because the "home" was just very nice. Of course we have the generous sauna complex, 5 rijminuten distance traveled.

We will be back! The house is just as the pictures promise it. Simple, but very comfortable equipped. There are dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses, cups ...... in generous quantity. A dishwasher, gasherd, microwave-combinerät, refrigerator, small freezer. The fridge could be slightly larger. A Senseo and a filter coffee machine, a bar mixer. It is literally everything. The beds are comfortable and the blankets are great. We were there to 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 4) and were well accommodated. At maximum capacity (up to 9 people) I imagine however a little tight. Great is that you can use everything, e.g. The washing machine and the toys available (MANY toy trains, cars, duplo, a game tent, various figures, board games, many books (in Dutch) and for outdoor pedal tractors, three children's bicycles, two bikes for adults, children's seats, a buggy, paddling pool. ..). The garden is huge! Completely fenced, he offered our children and the three dogs a lot of space for playing and romping. There are swings, a trampoline and various small playhouses, a table tennis table, soccer fields, generous lawns and also a little forestfeeling, through the many trees. Wonderful is the extra high and secure fenced garden pond. Excellent! There is also a fire basket, a barbecue (coal), a table with benches, chairs and various benches distributed in the huge plot. Two cars, maybe three can park directly at the gate to the garden. We were very friendly received by the housekeeper / guest! The hosts have left with a bottle of wine and juice for the children a nice greeting to us new arrivals. The cottage is beautifully situated between the meadows (in the meadow behind the house, we have witnessed the birth of a calf. The calf nice if the mother remain in the pasture!). We were very warmly by the manager. There were even two bottles of wine and snacks ready! There burning candles! The cottage was very complete and very schoon.De garden is gorgeous! The dogs are lovely of hide. The girls (17 and 19) were a child again (and we are also a bit) when seeing swings, trampoline, football goals, table tennis, etc. We had a wonderful weekend! Great location, the house itself is good, not overly large but fine for 6 to 7 people. The garden is fantastic, really large and fully fenced, even for very small and very large dogs completely safe. The house is always perfect clean on arrival and really everything is there, right down to the hairdryer in the bathroom. Highly recommended!

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mariette. She walked directly through the holiday with us to indicate what and where we could find everything. In the house is really everything present. Even food bowls for our dogs. Super spacious, fully fenced garden, nice for the dogs. Our children, in their twenties, have a great time, including on the trampoline. Furthermore, a day in Zwolle done and sun nicely out of the cold wind in the sun. Extra compliment for Mariette (key holder). After we had left for home, we discovered that there was still a mob. telephone was left in the home. Called the owner. Lucky for us that Mariette was so kind to come by immediately (on Sunday) with the key. What a service !!

Wonderfully relaxed in beautiful surroundings. Our dogs didn't know what hit them; such a large garden. where they could run outside without constant supervision (including our Chihuahua). In the house were also books, which we enjoyed reading. We found the double bed wonderful, we have good slept in. Everything you need was here, even a toaster!

We arrived at the cottage just before Christmas. Everything was decorated and the hostess had done her very best to make it cozy for us, we felt right at home. There is a lot of toys in the house, inside and outside, and that was really a party for the children. The cottage is not too big, but very convenient and cozy. The garden is huge and very nice, even in the winter. All in all enjoyed!

It was a nice house and felt like home very quickly. The peace and quiet was wonderful. There was a huge fenced garden and also nice for our 3 labradors. Our children stayed for a weekend, and the bouncy castle and table tennis game were very popular outside. We slept downstairs, beds were already made and mattresses were good. The black sofas were also good. The welcome was also nice, hostess was friendly. We went to the Sallandse Heuvelrug and you could also have lunch there, walked the blue route approx. 1 hour. Lemelerveld hiking area also has a beautiful environment there is a stone from the ice age, sometimes a little bit of climbing. A small paradise of peace and nature on earth. We were very kindly received, short tour, ... Were a little home to come home. What a blissful rest we found there, just a little bit of trouble was no problem. The children had their relaxation and the dogs could now walk freely around such a large garden. The cottage is not so big but is more than compensated by the garden and the sunny sun-drenched terrace.
