This villa is a total vibe check! Super spacious and the sauna is different after a long day of cycling in the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. Additionally, there is a bar in the kitchen, a large V. I also loved the outdoor area, perfect for relaxing with friends. Would absolutely come back!

What a wonderful retreat! The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view of the Luttenberg Hill. We especially enjoyed the sauna in the wellness area after a day of cycling through the nearby Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. The outdoor space was great for our dog, and the nearby agricultural museum was a nice visit. Highly recommended for families or a group of friends!

Very beautiful modern house, unfortunately it was not clean. Under the beds was never vacuumed. It smelled unpleasant when we came in. It should have been aired out before we arrived. There was too little dishware for us, we were five although the house is suitable for 6 people. Very nice owner of the house and beautiful garden.

We were friendly welcomed by our host and he showed us in a couple of minutes everything in the house. He explained that if we needed anything he would be available as they are living next door. The house is really spacious and clean and comes with plenty of amenities, meaning you do not have to buy everything yourself. If you want to do groceries there are multiple supermarkets in 5 mins distance by car. The garden is really great and you have a good view on it through the big floor to ceiling windows in the house. We had a great time with the 3 of us and want to really thank our host for his hospitality.

Property is located at an intersection where cars drive fast, but the traffic situation is currently being adjusted to reduce speed. Beautiful surroundings and plenty to do with small children (playgrounds, swimming pool, gnome path etc).

We had a very bad experience last August at Villa Luttenberg. There were a number of things that we encountered such as that we experienced a lot of nuisance from the cars that drove by. It looks like a nice country road but turned out to be a main road with a lot of traffic and some small things but what The most disturbed us is that we had no privacy. The house of the owners is against the villa (which is not apparent from the photos on the site). The owners were always around the house. Were doing the garden in front of you or what was the worst ....... the owner was building a garden house 10 meters away from the terrace. Sawing and hammering all day and we could not sit quietly privately on the terrace. I indicated this in a nice way to the owner and he said it was difficult but that he would try to take it into account. The noise was a little less, but we spent almost the entire holiday inside because we felt watched. Furthermore, we had booked this house because on the website it is 200 meters from the forest. This is because 1 of our dogs can no longer walk that far due to age. However, the forest is much further away and it was impossible to walk with the dog. For example, we had to drive 10 minutes every day to get to the forest. I have forwarded this complaint to Belvilla and they have responded to repeated messages from me today (almost 4 months later) with, among other things, that they cannot prohibit the homeowner from carrying out work around the house. In short, if you want to book this house for your peace and privacy, I would continue your search. For this money you can really find something better.

Lovely spacious house with lots of luxury. Lots of space around the house and a beautiful view of the garden and pond from the living room and kitchen. The manager also lives on the same property and there is a B&B, but everyone has a lot of privacy. A large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, built-in coffee machine, induction plate and spacious fridge/freezer combination. In the kitchen also the dining table, with a nice view of the garden. Next to the kitchen is a separate room with washing machine and microwave. In the spacious living room a beautiful fireplace (wood fired), which gives a nice warmth. In the basement a compact sauna (you can play music via Bluetooth) and a separate shower. Upstairs three bedrooms; we made use of the large bedroom with walk-in closet, which gave you a lot of storage space. There is a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. In addition, a separate toilet. And there is a smaller bathroom with shower. We stayed there in winter, so we did not use the two terraces. The house is located in a very nice area, at the foot of the Luttenberg. Near the Sallandse Heuvelrug, here you can take endless walks. If you stay with a dog, the dog can run loose here (near Hellendoorn). And there is a fantastic Zand Kuil here where the dogs can run to their heart's content. Friendly manager, who can advise enough about the area and the house.

Nice house but not clean. Found lots of dust under/behind the beds. Microwave was not clean upon arrival. Bed linen didn’t smell fresh, we washed it again. One bed was damaged and should be reupholstered or renewed. One toilet cover was missing. The room in the back has no WiFi signal. In general the nice designed house looks good at first sight but many details visible and makes an impression that the maintenance is not of any priority. Area and surrounding is very nice, road next the house is not as quiet as expected. Homeowner friendly and helpful.

The house is situated on a road where cars are passing by on a regular basis. Inside you hardly hear anything of it. for cycling or walking.The house has a very large garden with a beautiful pond.

A great place for people who want to relax. In the middle of the fields, biking distance to everything a person needs and birdies and froggies singing the whole day. House spacious and clean. Owners nice and helpful. Also ideal for families with dogs as in the back you have a large field and a doggie-forest on a 5 min drive distance.

It is a beautiful, spacious, modern villa and there was a good reception by the owner in a nice place. We stayed there for a weekend with 6 adults to the great satisfaction of the group. Nice, spacious bathroom (just no brackets), clean and spacious. The sauna works fine. The kitchen is well equipped. You have to be aware of the road noise, but we did not find that disturbing. A suggestion is a slightly larger dining table, because now 2 of the 6 people sit against the legs on the side. Perhaps also a curtain in the upper part of the windows in 2 bedrooms. However, they are just details. I dare to recommend people to stay here. We would be happy to come back here again.

Arrival was well arranged. I received an email a day in advance from the owner asking what time we would arrive. The accommodation is great, as good as new and fully equipped. Spacious bedrooms and luxurious bathroom and shower on the 1st floor. The living room and (dining) kitchen overlook the beautiful garden where you can see a large variety of birds and insects, and occasionally a few hares. The house is located on a road where cars regularly pass by. In the house you have little trouble with that.

On request we were already at 13.30, the friendly owner showed us around the house. The accommodation is excellent, almost new and fully equipped. Three spacious bedrooms, toilet, luxurious bathroom with bath and shower and a separate shower on the first floor. The living room and (dining) kitchen is very spacious. The house is situated on a road where cars are passing by on a regular basis. Inside you hardly hear anything of it. for cycling or walking.The house has a very large garden with a beautiful pond.
