Great house for 8 people. Enough places to sleep, enough space to sit inside on the couch, or at the table, or in the garden. Furthermore, nice for small children with the tractors and skelters.In the bedrooms, mosquito nets have been thought of, so the window can be opened at night. Furthermore, everything is included, towels and bed linen. and not 4/5 stars is due to the fact that we as a group found all the beds too soft and uncomfortable.We got the idea that the beds were either of an extremely low quality or too old. IKEA mattresses would be a great option in our view. good quality and not too expensive for the owner.Furthermore, all bedding was included, but synthetic, very unpleasant.If these parts are improved, it would be a place I would like to come back, also because the owner is friendly and you as a guest you are free to pick apples, pears and plums.

We are very satisfied with this accommodation. We have been there for a weekend with our three children and their partners. In the cottage everything was present and in order. The two beds in the single room were put in the same room by the owner. Everything was clean and in good condition. The microwave and freezer are common between all stays. That should have been explained at the beginning.

Reception is friendly as you would expect on a farm. The property is well maintained, clean and very spacious. We thought this was the 1st year was that this was rented but turned out to be the 4th year! Children's lovely to play outside and have a lot of weekends booked into homes with the cows to kijken.Wij but this is definitely the no.1 in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and space.

The cottage is housed in a former stable of a still active farm. It is comfortably furnished and located in a nice, quiet area. Very nice for cycling and walking. It is also not far from Haaksbergen, a pleasant place to shop or eat too gaan.Een recommended so.

Both the table and in the living room. The shower is wonderful. Prima toilets. It all looks very new. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a very nice large stove. The house is fairly noisy. If you go to sleep what used to be the only and the rest is down to the chat, it is wise to take earplugs. The house stands in the middle of nowhere. There You have to love. The view is very nice and wide. The barn is nearby, so the air does not smell farmer occasionally. Fortunately inside.

There is incorrect information on the Belvilla Site!! Turns out we still had to pay € 100 for cleaning, ridiculously high amount for the size of the apartment, Belvilla offers it on the Site including these costs, complaint indicated, but they also do not want to do anything about it in compensation for the costs or something so very bad!! In addition, our feeling was that we were being checked everywhere from the first minute, this is not allowed, this is not allowed....... We had a nice weekend, but that is certainly NOT because of the owner and Belvilla!

We were kindly received. The apartment was beautifully spacious, everything looked neat, clean. Which was also very nice that there were towels and that there are plastic cups and trays for the children. Everything was taken. The kids could play outside and watch the cows. We think this apartment is definitely recommended.

A beautifully clean and nice big brand new apartment. Nicely furnished and fully equipped. Everything is neat and complete. You see that it is well finished and that much attention has been paid. The hardworking farmer, farmer's wife and son live at the back of the apartments in the farmhouse. They have taken our children a few times with calves feeding and milking cows and horses perform and that was obviously a great experience! The super sweet sturdy farm dog Kelly rummages around loose on the ground and came occasionally call upon our deck to play. That is one of us on the farm. When we were there half of the 6 apartments in a row was empty and it was nice and quiet so because all the terraces are in a row next to each other and the hedges between them should just get to grow. We made some nice trips in the area. For example to Hengelo to a museum with old trains which one still runs and makes a fun ride where you can join in, great for kids. Furthermore, good food in Haaksbergen. Then go to the Dreiländersee been in Germany for swimming, etc. It was on the hot days we just found it very hot on the top floor where most of the bedrooms were, and because there were no screens we have the windows

Upon arrival, the appearance of the accommodation was as expected. It was a very spacious house that really met our expectations. The beds were of perfect quality and the service about getting clean bathroom linen was fine. The house was well clean and absolutely not upmarket. Overall, it is recommended.
