4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Quiet spot with comfortable beds and easy parking. Felt relaxed just sitting outside listening to the birds.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Had a very nice stay. The owner is a nice man. A few spotlights were broken and 1 toilet kept running water. I also reported this to the owner, he said he would come by afterwards. But didn't see anything of that. In the living room under the cabinet and corners could have been cleaned a bit better. Our rabbit was loose in the room where we were and he naturally crawls everywhere under and in the corners and then he was under the dust. But aside from these little things, we were very satisfied with this stay and might come back again.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Spacious and clean little house with a lovely private garden.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

I have been coming here for years and it is just a lovely environment. The cottage is also spacious enough. Towels available, washing machine and dryer. Made beds. Really a vacation.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The cottage was fine in itself. It was just not super clean. One of the showers had a broken shower hose. One of the double beds turned out to be a small double. That is really too narrow for 2 adults. During the stay, we found out that the kitchen was not equipped for 8 people. The refrigerator and freezer did not work optimally and were very small. The oven was broken and the 4-burner gas stove was too small. As a result, cooking was constantly a challenge and we had to do groceries daily. We indicated this to the landlord, but he could not handle the feedback well. As far as we are concerned, a one-time action.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

a beautiful, large, enclosed garden where the dogs could run and play freely. Wonderful hot tub and a very spacious house with everything included. Lovely walking area around it and you hardly hear anything from the trains that rush by. A 4-5 star location

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

You can enjoy a beautiful garden and quiet nights here.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

After a long day with the bike, we looked for a clean place to relax. The kitchen and bathroom were practically furnished.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

If I am near Maastricht or Valkenburg again, I would book here immediately. The garden is green and peaceful, close enough to the city for quick day trips.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Beautiful home, everything you need, friendly landlord and gardener. Plenty of space for the dog and everything fenced in, everyone is thrilled!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Short stay, therefore little used. The kitchen had everything we needed. Two bedrooms plus a bunk bed for children fit well with our group.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The cottage is in a nice spot. Not too far from the station so you can do a day trip to Valkenburg and Maastricht. The cottage is well-equipped and the jacuzzi is lovely. Marcel is easily reachable, responds quickly, and is a super nice guy. If I may give one tip, it would be that a larger fridge/freezer should be provided. Otherwise, the stay was great!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Nice little house in a top location. Everything is present; washing machine, dryer, jacuzzi, towels, detergent, etc. Just a short walk (8 min.) to the station and for a small price you’re in Valkenburg or Maastricht. Nice reception and nice and clean house with enough space for 6 people, nice that there were two beautiful bathrooms.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

How we enjoyed Walem and our beautiful apartment. With a jacuzzi and sauna it was wonderful to stay. We were well received and everything was well explained. The environment is great, a day in Valkenburg and we went to 3 country points in Vaals. A day shopping in Maastricht was also a must. It was also very nice that our dogs were also welcome. We immediately booked again for a midweek in February before it is fully booked. Thanks for the hospitality and until February 2022.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The place and house is fantastic. We have had a lot of bad luck with noise nuisance from a group of young people who hired among us for a corona party. It was 8 students who had gone wild. The owner has been quite busy with this and has done his utmost to re-educate these guests. The fact that these young people are sorry about the imposed corona rules is very disrespectful. I've been about to call the police a few times. It should be forbidden for groups of young people to rent this type of accommodation. Again the owner cannot do anything about this. He is very friendly and solution-oriented. The stay is fine and the sauna and jacuzzi are great. So people book.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Beautiful large house, fully equipped. Jacuzzi and sauna are great!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

A lovely house with a beautiful garden that is well fenced. Our dog Puk was able to play in the garden. Very friendly owner. We asked for an extension cord and it was brought within 10 minutes. Scooters can also be rented through him, which we did. Perfect excursion to be able to make in the beautiful surroundings. The jacuzzi has been used very intensively and even the barbecue has been used during this beautiful February week. In short, top house in a beautiful setting. Really recommend!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

We have experienced this holiday as very nice. On arrival we were kindly received, tour of the house. The house is amazing. Spacious, clean and tidy! Nice large garden with jacuzzi and sauna. Beds, couch and chairs lay and sat perfectly. Everything was in good condition, nothing sagged. Beds were neatly made upon entering, towels were more than enough. Jacuzzi was checked and cleaned every day as well as the bbq. We were allowed to use the bowling and indoor play hall. Children from 16, 14 and 8 years. These have really enjoyed themselves. There is a lot to do in the area. For the owner and his wife, my compliments. Very friendly and helpful. Big 10 of us! We had a very nice holiday !! Will definitely come back in the Geulhuisje!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

There is a sauna and jacuzzi available and we gratefully made use of it. Simply delicious. Nice spacious private garden. Hospitably received. Environment incredibly beautiful through hills, forest and valleys. Valkenburg a stone's throw away. Scooters rented from the owner of the house we rented and spent a wonderful day exploring the area with the highlight of the three-country point in Vaals. .

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

were a bit earlier but this was not a problem. Had a tour and we could enter the house. The accommodation is like the pictures "nice and tidy and a nice environment.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The arrival was well organized, everything was clearly explained! Lovely garden with jacuzzi and sauna the jacuzzi is tested every day with a device! Beautiful area with nice trips! In addition, you can use the bowling next to it, which we also did! The only nuisance we had from the neighbors was more than compensated by the owner! The owner could not do anything about it! He resolutely performed! Our compliments! The house itself is wonderfully spacious, with all the trimmings!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The welcome was welcoming, everything was well explained and immediately familiarized with the holiday home. The beds were already neatly made and towels etc. were available in large quantities. A great holiday home with all mod cons and comfort such as sauna and jacuzzi. You could also use the bowling. The area invited to walk and cycle, a trip to Maastricht and Valkenburg is done quickly. (bicycles and scooters can be rented on site). Fresh bread available every day at the adjacent bungalow park. Compliments to the owner (Marcel), you are really on vacation. In short, a must.

Beautiful spacious house with a spacious garden with wellness facilities. Great for a mid week or weekend away. Also suitable for any type of weather due to the large roof outside and air conditioning inside. In the area many hills, nice restaurants and cafes and Valkenburg a few minutes drive or train (station within walking distance). There is also a bike rental right at the house for cycling enthusiasts. Absolutely recommended for an active as well as very relaxing holiday between the hills of South Limburg!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Very spacious house with good internet connection. We did not use the sauna and whirlpool, but it looked quit good. The pictures on belvilla need to be updated. It would still be good to know that two parties can live in the house. Even if there is a separate entrance each and the garden is used independently. But it did not bother us either. We could relax wonderfully :)

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The Entourage is somewhat outdated, but fine. Enjoyed the beautiful Valkenburg. The jacuzzi was great, the sauna was wonderful and the garden was also enjoyable. The welcome was immediately cozy and warm. What I could not find anywhere is that the house is next to the railway. On arrival this was quite a shock, but I have to say that we have had little trouble with it.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Beautiful spacious holiday home with plenty of privacy.

Unfortunately, the maintenance of the garden is very overdue and the kitchen is not spotless either.

The towels and kitchen towels are clean but look washed out,

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

As always it's great!

Owner does everything to make you feel comfortable.

If there is something, he solves it immediately.

Super we have been coming here for years and booked again for next year

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

It's fantastic here.

Very large house that looks great.

Everything is there. Good WiFi everywhere.

But outside: a great garden, just beautiful.

On the sides of the house and at the back there are benches and a very large sofa with a large canopy.

On a separate level is a large barrel: the sauna.

Around the corner the BBQ and near the couch and kind of wood stove for the cold days.

And then the topper for us, under the roof it is "the Jacuzzi".

A large square with streamers and blissful bubbles everywhere.

Finally, everything is completely fenced so that even our little dog cannot leave and can be outside all day long.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The house is great! Sauna, great easy to use jacuzzi and multiple bathrooms. so that you don't get in each other's way.
