We had heard that the cabin was not very good, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. It was a cozy house with all the amenities we needed. It was clean, comfortable, with a nice sofa and especially good beds. We would definitely come back. It is close to Maastricht and Valkenburg, which is a great area.

Unfortunately, our little house was not clean. Dirty cups in the cupboard, stains in the cabinets, stains on the countertop, against the wall by the stove. Crumbs on the floor in the bedroom. The used coffee filter was still in there. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well. The toilet kept flushing. Furthermore, the houses are stacked on top of each other. Little privacy.

Very complete and compact house. With 30 degrees we were very happy with the air conditioning. We did miss a big tree to sit under, but there was a good umbrella. Beautiful pool with nice bar. With all our devices we did suffer from the child protection on the sockets, maybe replace them so that they go a little more smoothly? Self-catering went fine but also had a nice meal in the area. And walking opportunities are fantastic also directly around the house with pieces where the dog could safely loose.

The cottage and the park are nice and tidy. But we do not understand that groups of men are allowed in this park who cause a lot of noise pollution. There was also no supervision in the pool while a group of men lay there drinking water pipes, accompanied by a music box.

The cottage was neat and cozy, just about the outdoor fireplace on the terrace. We have searched for a cottage with a fireplace, so this was also a disappointment. The setting is beautiful and the park is very central.

We arrived a day later (Saturday, July 27) than initially planned. Unfortunately on arrival the house turned out not to be clean (shower floor dirty, lots of crumbs on the couch, skirting boards very dirty, windows very dirty on the outside and one of the windows had a large crack from bottom to bottom). The beds were not made (included in the booking) and there was no linen package in the house. When opening the upper cupboard of the kitchen sink, 3 soup cups fell out (one broken on the floor). Also in the other cupboard ", when opened carefully, saucers seemed to have been put" on focus ". In addition, there were missing glasses, cups and there was no cleaning package present in the house. Annoying that you must all find this upon arrival. On Sunday July 28 we discovered that we had a leak in the house, the drops fell from the ceiling in three places in the house, we reported this to the reception, but due to the rainfall there was no immediate solution but the maintenance service found some "mop work" apparently not necessary. When the cleaning package itself picked up at the reception. For this inconvenience received a compensation from the park (this was also very quickly on our bill). Unfortunately a whole list where "Beautiful Bemelen" in our opinion (considering other reviews) something really should do with it.Beautiful Bemelen is also a beautiful park that still needs to grow, some facilities are still missing and there would be more larger trees may stand. the houses are also very close to each other. Nice, clean and new chalet .New under construction Park in a beautiful location.No no amenities but considering the speed to park the park Develop early next year.We did not find a problem and were notified on the site.
