We were there with 9 people. Unfortunately, we had to pay a deposit of €300 upon registration, service fee. It was explained to us that this was for the final cleaning. When booking, it was stated by Belvilla: final cleaning included. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Better communication would be appropriate. The house itself was nicely furnished but unfortunately not very clean. There was a lot of dust on window sills and lamps, one toilet was not cleaned at all and very dirty, the same applied to the bathtub. I don't even want to talk about the toilet brush. That shouldn't be the case with a 300€ final cleaning!!! We complained about the condition, and at least the bathtub and the toilet brush were cleaned or replaced. We had already cleaned the toilet ourselves.

Beautiful location at a distance from Maastricht. By using a variety of building materials, there is a change in the building that benefits the park. When the square with restaurant is ready there is a very attractive park.

We were lucky with very nice weather. The welcome at the reception was very friendly and helpful. On entering the house we noticed a clear damage caused by the latch of the door on the inside. This was not reported to us upon arrival and we are so self immediately go melden.Het house itself was perfectly fine and quality furnishings. We would possibly come back next year.

With a dining table, where we have all the space. We are looking for. Too small. Too far away. Too remote. Too shabby. Oh, Belvilla! Look here. Oh, what a beautiful house! Oh, what a great table! Oh, what a huge fridge! Oh, 6 double rooms. Oh, 2 bathrooms! HMH, opening five days before we get. Whether probably get this done? They got it out. And it was so, as shown in the computer images. Well, the trees need to grow a little. We say THANK YOU and would definitely come back.

Nice house, though the hygiene was bad. Therefore, seems to be a bit tired while it's only a year old. Positive were the beautiful bathrooms, space and extra long beds. Unfortunately, little sun on our terrace. Many playgrounds for children almost at home can be found. Unfortunately, the park was not finished yet, much construction work.

The service at the park is the best we have ever had. The house is spacious, new and luxurious. The only downside to the property is that there is very little water pressure. There are three bathrooms, but you can not simultaneously use the showers, there is only one for hot water.
