Bedroom felt peaceful and the box-spring beds were solid for a good night’s sleep. The open kitchen made breakfast quick with the Nespresso machine right there. Bathrooms were easy to use and clean too.

We were not really happy with our little house. We were supposed to get the luxury version but got the kids' version instead. And then we got another house. We found that really disappointing because we wanted a sauna and a bigger fridge/ice cube machine. So I think that was not very well arranged! Furthermore, very nice resort.

The facility is visually high-quality and well-maintained, and there is quick help/solutions for problems/questions. The price is accordingly... especially the additional service fee (€315) + €4 per person per day (which was not visible to me during the booking process) annoyed me. Our house 35 for 12 people (with 6 bedrooms) was comfortable, and the living and dining rooms were also suitable for 12 people. We did not find the kitchen equipment to be very good, as it was not suitable for cooking for 12 people (pot size for pasta max. 6-8 people). Beds were very soft - the older guests aged 50-70 found this rather bad - but some also liked it.

We were there with 9 people. Unfortunately, we had to pay a deposit of €300 upon registration, service fee. It was explained to us that this was for the final cleaning. When booking, it was stated by Belvilla: final cleaning included. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Better communication would be appropriate. The house itself was nicely furnished but unfortunately not very clean. There was a lot of dust on windowsills and lamps, one toilet was not cleaned at all and very dirty, the same applied to the bathtub. I don't even want to talk about the toilet brush. That shouldn't be the case with a €300 final cleaning!!! We complained about the condition, and at least the bathtub and the toilet brush were cleaned or replaced. We had already cleaned the toilet ourselves.
