Dreamlike holiday apartment in Callantsoog – absolutely recommended! We had a wonderful time in this very beautiful holiday apartment in Callantsoog! The accommodation is modern, cozy, and furnished with great attention to detail – you feel welcome from the very first moment. Everything was very clean and well-equipped: from the kitchen to the bathroom to the comfortable beds, we lacked nothing. We were especially thrilled with the great location. The apartment is located quietly, yet centrally – the beach, restaurants, and small shops are within a few minutes' walk. It is also an ideal starting point for bike tours or excursions in the area. Whether for a long weekend or a longer stay: This holiday apartment is a real gem. We will definitely be happy to return!

We had a great time in the Biotope! It is a very nice house with a pleasant atmosphere and nicely decorated. In the house there is really everything you need, including games and books. The garden is very private with several places to sit, an oasis of calm indeed. It was very hot when we were there, but there are plenty of shady spots. And for inside there are three fans for cooling. Communication with the owner was very pleasant. We felt very welcome!

I spent a weekend in the Biotoop with 4 friends. We were impressed by the surprising layout with 2 sitting areas and the beautiful and attractive decor. The house was also clean and equipped with everything we needed. This made us feel right at home. The spacious garden at the house completed the picture with several comfortable seating areas and even a green egg. Before our stay we were called by the owner with extra information about the house and arrival and departure. And also during the stay she was very easy to reach and more than helpful with all our questions. In short: we had a very nice stay and we would definitely recommend this place to others.

What a wonderful immersion of the holiday feeling is the Biotoop! An incredibly warm welcome in advance with a thoughtful hostess who already called before our arrival to be able to take care of down to the last detail. The house has wonderful facilities such as the luxurious bathroom, fireplace and the atmosphere is top notch. The cottage is nicely styled with plants, baskets, hanging chair etc, and that on the couch with the stove on makes you feel in a real relaxed holiday atmosphere. For our youngest a cot with sheet and baby bath was provided, super nice! And for the 2 year old there was plenty of toys, a nice bedroom and a nice children's crockery, games, books, everything has been thought of! And facilities such as being able to use a washing machine and dryer are a super nice extra addition to the holiday. The beach is within walking distance, off the street and over the dunes, but with the small kids we moved to the beach at beach bar Woest, past the center. Also doable on foot if you have enough time. (20 to 25 min walk) All in all; we really enjoyed it! And would love to come back again.

Lovely house, where we come with a group every year. Since this year a new owner, who contacts personally to discuss the arrival day. Everything is taken care of. Unfortunately 2 pillowcases were missing, but she came to fix this personally and quickly. Very customer-friendly and involved. The house remains lovely and is suitable for all ages. It's clean, spacious and just too good not to come back. It is just over 2 km to walk to Strandpaviljoen Woest and 1.5 km to the center. Perfect to do. Highly recommended.

The house was nice and the garden offered several terraces and a lot of privacy due to the high greenery. It's a pity that you can't actually use the terrace at the front where the sun goes down. This is because of the cold sea breeze, but also because the garden table is under the trees and there are continuous pigeons on the terrace and the table poepen.The terrace behind the house is wonderfully sheltered from the wind and the morning sun. Here you can have a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, the weather only allowed that for 1 day. Despite the fact that the temperature was about 19 degrees during the day and about 15 degrees at night, it was very warm and built-up in the bedrooms. Despite the window being open as far as possible, the duvets were much too thick Only nice when it was freezing. And even worse were the mattress covers that had plastic in them. It was OK. But not the usual Dutch cosiness. The house is not really suitable for toddlers. As there is a concrete staircase down to the nursery. The master bedroom and the nursery are at the opposite end of the house. There is no space for a travel cot in the double bedroom. You have to buy everything! From the salt started, there is nothing there. Towel holders are missing in the bathroom. And be careful there are only 5 fork knives etc. the garden is very drab. And the garden furniture has to be renewed URGENTLY. We left the house cleaner than we found it (there were hair in every pot) We are not cleanliness fanatics, but at least visible fingerprints on amateurs, fridge etc can be done away with. Thanks to Albert Heijn) we have set ourselves. Everything was cleaned and felt good. However, one wonders what the cleaning lady, who was not ready when we arrived, so does. Because beds have to be taken and deducted themselves. A broom for inside would be great, then you do not have to use the garden broom. Vacuum cleaner is the pipe broken you can not fix it or I was too stupid. We enjoyed with our daughter and two dogs a wonderful vacation week here! The house is clean, very lovingly furnished and fully equipped - we felt very comfortable from the arrival. Around the pretty house several terraces and garden places are laid out, so you can walk with the sun. The entrance to the house with the parking is not fenced to the street, the garden is separated with fence or a thick hedge. We have used the open front for a fine workout with our dogs so they do not run to the road. It is however also only a very small narrow one-lane access road, so even if the dogs ran out of here actually hardly risk. The quiet location on the outskirts (also August!) Was ideal with the rented bicycles - we could in a few minutes from the house directly the beach, the village and the supermarket. The bikes we booked from home on the Internet and we were delivered directly to the house on the day of arrival and picked up there again on the last day. We used our car only for sightseeing trips to Den Helder, Enkhuizen and cities nearby. The beach is fantastically beautiful, although dogs in the Netherlands during the day to be led on the beach, the beaches were mostly so small that we could let the dogs at the sea free play. Beach cafes and the restaurants in Callantsoog are all very nice and we have always excellent food and were very friendly served.

Me and my family stayed here for one week. The Biotoop was everything I had hoped for. The structure is very modern and spacious. Because of the gusty winds in this area, the driveway, yard and terrace what full of tree debris. That 's not a big deal, but I'd hate it. Inside the house, I've seen a pretty thick formation of dust on the microwave, this is not a show stopper. The bed my father slept in had two mattresses. I would recommend this to a friend. The accommodation is modern, cozy, and furnished with great attention to detail – you feel welcome from the very first moment. Everything was very clean and well-equipped: from the kitchen to the bathroom to the comfortable beds, we lacked nothing. We were especially thrilled with the great location. The apartment is quiet, yet central – the beach, restaurants, and small shops are within a few minutes' walk. It is also an ideal starting point for bike tours or excursions in the area. A lovely house with a nice garden. The house is really well equipped! Although there are bungalows in the area, you do not notice that when you are in the house or garden. A lot of privacy! We enjoyed with our daughter and two dogs a wonderful vacation week here! The house is clean, very lovingly furnished and fully equipped - we felt very comfortable from the arrival. Around the pretty house several terraces and garden places are laid out, so you can walk with the sun. The entrance to the house with the parking is not fenced to the street, the garden is separated with fence or a thick hedge. We have used the open front for a fine workout with our dogs so they do not run to the road. It is however also only a very small narrow one-lane access road, so even if the dogs ran out of here actually hardly risk. The quiet location on the outskirts (also August!) Was ideal with the rented bicycles - we could in a few minutes from the house directly the beach, the village and the supermarket. The bikes we booked from home on the Internet and we were delivered directly to the house on the day of arrival and picked up there again on the last day. We used our car only for sightseeing trips to Den Helder, Enkhuizen and cities nearby. The beach is fantastically beautiful, although dogs in the Netherlands during the day to be led on the beach, the beaches were mostly so small that we could let the dogs at the sea free play. Beach cafes and the restaurants in Callantsoog are all very nice and we have always excellent food and were very friendly served.

Me and my family stayed here for one week. The Biotoop was everything I had hoped for. The structure is very modern and spacious. Because of the gusty winds in this area, the driveway, yard and terrace what full of tree debris. That 's not a big deal, but I'd hate it. Inside the house, I've seen a pretty thick formation of dust on the microwave, this is not a show stopper. The bed my father slept in had two mattresses. I would recommend this to a friend. It was OK. But not the usual Dutch cosiness. The house is not really suitable for toddlers. As there is a concrete staircase down to the nursery. The master bedroom and the nursery are at the opposite end of the house. There is no space for a travel cot in the double bedroom. You have to buy everything! From the salt started, there is nothing there. Towel holders are missing in the bathroom. And be careful there are only 5 fork knives etc. the garden is very drab. And the garden furniture has to be renewed URGENTLY. We left the house cleaner than we found it (there were hair in every pot) We are not cleanliness fanatics, but at least visible fingerprints on amateurs, fridge etc can be done away with. Thanks to Albert Heijn) we have set ourselves. Everything was cleaned and felt good. However, one wonders what the cleaning lady, who was not ready when we arrived, so does. Because beds have to be taken and deducted themselves. A broom for inside would be great, then you do not have to use the garden broom. We had a great time in the Biotope! It is a very nice house with a pleasant atmosphere and nicely decorated. In the house there is really everything you need, including games and books. I spent a weekend in the Biotoop with 4 friends. We were impressed by the surprising layout with 2 sitting areas and the beautiful and attractive decor. The house was also clean and equipped with everything we needed. This made us feel right at home. The spacious garden at the house completed the picture with several comfortable seating areas and even a green egg. Before our stay we were called by the owner with extra information about the house and arrival and departure. What a wonderful immersion of the holiday feeling is the Biotoop! An incredibly warm welcome in advance with a thoughtful hostess who already called before our arrival to be able to take care of down to the last detail. The house has wonderful facilities such as the luxurious bathroom, fireplace and the atmosphere is top notch. The cottage is nicely styled with plants, baskets, hanging chair etc, and that on the couch with the stove on makes you feel in a real relaxed holiday atmosphere. For our youngest a cot with sheet and baby bath was provided, super nice! And for the 2 year old there was plenty of toys, a nice bedroom and a nice children's crockery, games, books, everything has been thought of! And facilities such as being able to use a washing machine and dryer are a super nice extra addition to the holiday. The beach is within walking distance, off the street and over the dunes, but with the small kids we moved to the beach at beach bar Woest, past the center. Also doable on foot if you have enough time. (20 to 25 min walk) All in all; we really enjoyed it! And would love to come back again.

It is a light and nice house, especially if you want peace and privacy. There was a bottle of wine on the table, a nice gesture! Yes, and the sea itself is always beautiful, whether it is raining or snowing, but it was even sunny for a few days, so very beautiful by the sea. Also very suitable to be with several people, possibly children, grandchildren or friends, there is a lot of space in the house! Everything was well cared for and clean.

The house is beautiful, ... only the 7 people are 4 adults and 3 children. The beds are very narrow and short.The bed is not suitable for adults. Especially the length and narrowness is a problem. Then rather a little less luxurious but good beds .... is an important part of your vacation! Therefore, the price quality does not match.
