These detached luxury villas (4-pers., NL-5944-40 and 16-pers., NL-5944-41) are located at Résidence Klein Vink. This is a lovely expansion of the existing Klein Vink holiday park. Adult guests on Résidence Klein Vink have free access to the Arcen Thermal Baths for 2.5 hours a day (subject to certain conditions). The villas are modern and luxuriously furnished. They have a dishwasher, washing machine, multiple bathrooms (one with a infrared sauna) and a lovely garden with terrace and garden furniture. The 16 person variant consists of three separate apartments, which are transformed into a large luxury villa. You have two living rooms, three bathrooms and three washing machines. An ideal villa for a family weekend!

Klein Vink is a welcoming holiday park located amidst the National Park De Maasduinen. The famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen is located near by the park, a great source of relaxation. As a guest of Klein Vink you can use the wellness facilities of Thermaalbad Arcen at a reduced rate. Here you can enjoy the various thermal baths, saunas and wellness treatments. The holiday park Klein Vink has an indoor swimming pool, a large swimming-, surfing- and rowing lake and a wide range of sports and game facilities. There are many cycling and walking routes in the beautiful nature in this region too. An excursion to the castle gardens of Arcen, Toverland or one of the German cities like Cologne and Dusseldorf is worth it too. The connected, spacious bungalows are for rent. Anybody can enjoy a carefree holiday here.
A great park which also houses the famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
Outside school holidays the indoor pool is closed during the week from 3 pm to 7 pm due to swimming lessons. At this park we offer free sports and entertainment activities.
We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool (with the exception of the thermal baths) is closed from Monday December 6 to Friday December 17.

The cottage was clean, the chairs and sofas offer hardly any comfort, the box springs are far too hard, especially for children. Total lack of closet space, you have to keep everything in the suitcase. It is nice that there is a dishwasher and washing machine. The reception staff is very unfriendly. All in all disappointing for so much money will not go there again. A beautiful house for a family midweek. Spacious and lots of space outside. We have adapted the layout quite a bit', because with fourteen people you don't eat in three rooms. The layout is also not smart for playing games in the evening. The house seems to be divided to rent in three. Luxury is of course three kitchens, but two dishwashers do not work. We did not use three TVs, but here also one that cannot be started. The entrance lock did not work on arrival. All small problems, but unnecessary seems to me. Still more than a day to go. We are having a great time here.

We have been a weekend away with 11 people to small finch. We have had a great time. I was helped nicely at the reception. We had a super nice house / villa. The area is very nice for a nice walk. We have also been to the Duke Jan factory which was very nice to see. The pool we found a bit less but there is the price too. But despite everything the kids had a good time in the pool. Small - tip is that the house was not very clean.Bestek and the glasses were not good schoon.Dit may be on the dishwasher. The floor we found not very clean. But despite those few small points, we will definitely be back next year.

We also found out afterwards that the number of days was incorrectly calculated and the pass to open the door did not work. In short, at the reception they were not calculated for their task. The arrival was fine. Were half an hour early but were kindly word favored by the owner and were able to immediately enter the apartment. The accommodation was good, Con bedside lamp was incorporated in housing, right behind kissing, highly inflammable. Shower too small in relation to curtain. Comes to body in shower and it feels uncomfortable. For the rest a good huis.Ps. Bedside lamp is a bulb, where my husband's hand hurt. The cushion of the housing is slightly damaged by scorch. Dirty dishes in the cabinets and lots of dust etc on the floor. The furniture also was not placed so that we could eat. Together with a group Park facilities are okay. The restaurant was not calculated at all, and had only one bediendend staff who did what she could, but was clearly understaffed. Thermal was fine, a pity that access with the children is so unclear. Arcen environment is fun. In the summer the park is more suitable for children because of the outdoor facilities,

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Perfect for our family outing. For the 185 euro cleaning fee you expect that everything was spic and span but it was not. Lots of butts in the garden, hair and dust in the bathroom, dirt in the cutlery drawer and lots of dust under the bed. This complaint was not really taken seriously. Too bad because otherwise it was a beautiful stay.
