The villa is well equipped with everything one might need. The open kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the fridge with freezer made it easy to store snacks and drinks. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.

The service and the house itself were wonderful. However, the furnishings are very austere and the condition is very worn. Everything is very functional. A feeling of comfort and vacation does not really set in.

Upon arrival, there were a number of defects. For example, the drains of 3 of the 4 bathrooms were not running properly, lighting was not in order everywhere and in the living room the hem was hanging out of a curtain. Fortunately, the technical service responded quickly and adequately. But actually, something like this should not happen in a top-class house. The crockery is completely in order, but kitchen utensils are on the scarce side for 8 people (e.g. only one large pan, no peeler available). So despite a good stay, there is room for improvement.

It is a beautiful large authentic house. Large rooms, spacious corridors and a large staircase, the whole was very neatly designed and very clean. Almost every room has its own toilet and shower, which makes it very pleasant with more people. Also, they were all almost recently renewed. The kitchen is designed as a catering facility and is therefore very practical. Access to the jacuzzi is closed at 23:00 by means of a roller shutter to prevent noise nuisance to the neighbourhood. This in itself was not a big deal, we just would have liked to have known in advance. The area is very quiet, so you can completely relax here. Partly because the internet (Wi-Fi and wired) is very bad and it is remote, so you have almost no range with your phone. All in all, we really enjoyed this beautiful clean house.

Super nice villa! The only thing that was a shame was the refrigerator that was too small for 8 people. What was also remarkable was the deposit for the house. Booked 3 months in advance and it was stated everywhere that the deposit would be 300 euros. On arrival it turned out that the deposit was 500 euros. Maybe adjust on the site and all web forms. The pillows were much too soft and the beds were too cheap. You can expect a better price-quality ratio for the money you score here. We had a very successful holiday in Arcen. Now for the seventh time there in the 8-person spa villa. Especially as regular guests, we expect some confidence. Then Villa No. 224 was given to us and that was under all sow! A lot of broken or really moldy.Tip absolutely pictures of everything, otherwise you will never see the deposit again! On the departure day we had to wait until the house is checked. We had a full pack of dish soap and hand soap left. Since this was not allowed to stand there, we had to drive back to the house, get them and then it was again wait until a staff drives to the house and checked again! Meanwhile, our neighbors are just checked out, deposit back and abgefahren.Da there are never problems with us we found the whole damn rude and felt really bad treated! After 1 hour wait (!!!) we got the bail again. But all this around, was just too much. Tip Take kitchen utensils! There were for 8 people 7 knives, forks, spoons, only a sharp knife, no spatula and no peeler!

Accommodation was great, as presented, bright, large, plenty of room. Not so noisy, as in some other park. Cleanliness was ok on arrival, but would expect more for the fixed price of 180 € cleaning! The kitchen equipment is adequate. But who really wants to cook properly, should of to rise even cooking utensils (bring good knife e.g.). pool was unfortunately a bit too cool, the hot tub was great, but this might be a roof (standing outside in the courtyard of the house) is an advantage. Sauna was big enough for three people sitting.

Upon arrival, a number of defects were evident. For instance, the drainage in 3 of the 4 bathrooms was not functioning properly, lighting was not in order throughout, and there was a hem hanging from a curtain in the living room. Fortunately, the technical service responded quickly and adequately. However, such issues should not occur in a top-class house. The crockery is completely fine, but kitchen utensils are rather scarce for 8 people (e.g., only one large pot, no peeler available). So despite a good stay, there is room for improvement.

It is a beautiful large authentic house. Large rooms, spacious corridors and a large staircase, the whole was very neatly designed and very clean. Almost every room has its own toilet and shower, which makes it very pleasant with more people. Also, they were all almost recently renewed. The kitchen is designed as a catering facility and is therefore very practical. Access to the jacuzzi is closed at 23:00 by means of a roller shutter to prevent noise nuisance to the neighbourhood. This in itself was not a big deal, we just would have liked to have known in advance. The area is very quiet, so you can completely relax here. Partly because the internet (Wi-Fi and wired) is very bad and it is remote, so you have almost no range with your phone. All in all, we really enjoyed this beautiful clean house.

Now for the seventh time there in the 8-person spa villa. Especially as regular guests, we expect some confidence. Then Villa No. 224 was given to us and that was under all sow! A lot of broken or really moldy.Tip absolutely pictures of everything, otherwise you will never see the deposit again! On the departure day we had to wait until the house is checked. We had a full pack of dish soap and hand soap left. Since this was not allowed to stand there, we had to drive back to the house, get them and then it was again wait until a staff drives to the house and checked again! Meanwhile, our neighbors are just checked out, deposit back and abgefahren.Da there are never problems with us we found the whole damn rude and felt really bad treated! After 1 hour wait (!!!) we got the bail again. But all this around, was just too much. Tip Take kitchen utensils! There were for 8 people 7 knives, forks, spoons, only a sharp knife, no spatula and no peeler!

Only a bit inflexible when we ask the 6th day after 1 rinsing and a further garbage bag, we were referred to the supermarket , which had already closed. But who really wants to cook properly, should of to rise even cooking utensils (bring good knife e.g.). pool was unfortunately a bit too cool, the hot tub was great, but this might be a roof (standing outside in the courtyard of the house) is an advantage. Sauna was big enough for three people sitting.

Very nice villa with a lot of luxury, delicious jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool. Only the park itself was not very exciting and the dining facilities at the park were very poor. The gourmet package is not recommended too little food for that price. The pizza 's from the pizzeria of the park were really bland. The cottage was fantastic, only you have to expect anything from the park that surrounds it. The area is very beautiful. Well worth the effort to go hiking in the area . all in all we had a very nice weekend.

The pool villa Arcen is absolutely gorgeous! We had very bad weather but this type of home we have been bored for a second, on the contrary, we fully enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi! The rooms were very spacious and each had its own bathroom which is very clean and modern was.Ook the children's entertainment and the service in the shop and restaurant were super good! We will be back!

Nice house with pool, quiet park in November. Just a pity that we have two tablets and one roll of toilet paper saw in a house with four toilets. Dutch economy? We also enjoyed the pool and the surroundings

Super luxury holiday! Weather was great, but many remained in our pool villa with our 4 kids. Large private pool and jacuzzi are well used every day by the whole family. Really recommend this villa. For us, a holiday that really was a success !!!

The wonderful "wellness basement" this house offers many extra "s that the rather spicy rent worth is.Onze, adult, children have wonderful splashing in the pool and sat up late on the bubbles with a glass of bubbly.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Wellnes villa with private swimming pool, sauna, sun shower and Jacuzzi .. What a luxury and something for everyone. Food in the restaurant was tasty and with affordable prices. We will definitely come back again.

What a great week we had a beautiful and spacious villa, everything was top notch, all private room with bathroom / WC and a TV .. The decor very cozy you're right at home with banks that were delicious .. The sauna, swimming pool and especially the jacuzzi what bliss. This is hard to surpass, but that is not necessary. We enjoyed all the luxuries. (Next time a masseur?) Joke though! We were lucky with beautiful summer weather week we have the surrounding views Arcen itself is very nice tasty food and drink we have a day. 2 electric scooters rented awesome. Outlet Roermond been nice shopping. Mark visited Venlo, anywhere fun .. This may be glad the owners wanted to rent. Their villa us not deprive I still go but it seems clear to me this is a fat location, which I recommend to everyone Sincerely, Wendy Jane Robbert and Babette.
