The location in a wooded, rural area in the Limburg countryside, close to the German border, is perfect for taking beautiful walks and cycling trips. The nearby town of Arcen with its castle gardens, spa and Hertog Jan beer brewery is worth an excursion.
This beautiful holiday home consists of 2 group accommodations, so the property has several kitchens and recreation rooms. There is a large dining room where you can eat with the entire group, a spacious, open living and dining area and even a library. For relaxation, a wellness area with sauna is available. There is a recreation room with a table football table and a large TV screen with possibilities to connect your laptop. The table tennis table can be found (stored away) in the barn.

The accommodation was very nice, clean, spacious and there was sufficient porcelain, etc. available. The environment was similar to park and quiet, that corresponded to our wishes. In the double room there were only double beds, which were not converted into single beds, that was not apparent from the description at the time of booking. Unfortunately missing in the rooms closets, also the storage possibilities for clearing the clothes were not sufficiently available, so that the clothes had to stay in the suitcase. For our needs would have been missing in the bathrooms at the toilet stand-up aids (handles) or 1-2 more disabled toilets.

We have our annual Veterans hockey team (with partners) a physical and cultural active weekend. The format requires that we go somewhere different every year. So we have a lot of beautiful places / houses in the Netherlands and Belgium saw. We hired both locations and that was greatly appreciated by the company which makes high demands. Anyone a private room with bath facilities. For the physical part created a fantastic walk to Aunt jet a / d Maas and terugWij arrange our weekend on the basis of self-sufficiency in order to keep the costs as in the hand. The men cook for the ladies and also could be arranged in the spacious well equipped kitchen top. Also walked contacts with Dorothe Kessels on our most enjoyable manner, cordial and to the point. We "do" this for 17 years together, but this was in our opinion a great location. Pity the format requires that we visit each site only 1x - (.

Upon arrival very personal welcome. The accommodation radiates homeliness and is at the same time a luxury that most of us do not have at home. The surroundings are rural and so quiet at the edge of a beautiful nature reserve.

We celebrated our wedding on site and it was PERFECT. The owner Dorothe was very, very nice. We were allowed to visit the house 2 times in advance, she always helped us and answered all questions. The caretaker on site was also very welcome and helped us with electricity and water for the catering. The accommodation was very clean!
