What a nice stay! We were warmly welcomed by Dorothé upon arrival. The house is fully equipped. The high ceilings make the rooms look extra spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. The birds are singing more beautiful songs than ours in the Randstad. And ... even we thirties managed to enjoy ourselves in the play shed;) The communication went very smoothly. With large family, eight adults and five children a week tarried. The accommodation was very good, very nice area for fietsen.We are absolutely not satisfied with the fact that next to our house, in a villa that was also rented by Belvilla until early morning night noise was by a party.The worst was then that we were not initially believed in. We celebrated Christmas with the family estate on the Gun to the fullest and have enjoyed this wonderful house with its spacious bedrooms and beautiful dining room where we ate together every day delicious and nagetafeld. The week began with the very friendly reception and tour of the administrator of the Gun. We had all kinds of Christmas mugs lugged but that turned out not necessary because the house was already fully decorated when we arrived, we were also right in the Christmas mood. We had extra toys included but it is not used. The kids loved it an El Dorado. In the house there was enough privacy for everyone. A visit to the Liberty Park Overloon was very worthwhile (reduction via the web site or museum card). Also the children, under supervision, swim in the sub tropical swimming pool Meerdal in America. For the majority of our group is the weekend ended with a buffet dinner at the family restaurant Roekenbos to Blitterswijck. That was a shot in the Rose. There is a friendly staff, food is good and there is entertainment for the kids. (Reduction of € 5, - per person via internet site). Two days later, the remainder of the deposit (less energy, water and taxes) back to our bank account. So praise of our entire group of employees Estate The Gun.

To celebrate Grandma's 80th anniversary in the spring we went looking for a place where we all, ie 16 people, another long weekend party could celebrate. Fantastic ...! The characterful house embraced us from the first minute and has never left us. The welcome by the hostess and two bottles of wine did the rest. The house was fully equipped and very well maintained. We have grandmother of 87 (!), 11 adults and 5 children between 4 and 13 fully enjoyed. The weather was cold cutting so unfortunately we could not get out much, but that we make a next time, okay, because that is definitely coming back!

Weekend been out with a group of friends of 14 men. Aged 21 to 33 and we really enjoyed ourselves. House was very large and we had a great weekend. Many used the ping pong table and we are going to step in and Horst Venlo. Definitely recommend!

We have been in the estate Gun with our parents, children and grandchildren. Great home where you feel like stepping back in time and you feel completely at home. Warm receive guided. Fantastic weekend !! The room was overwhelming, the reception very nice! The kids enjoyed the bikes, playing football and playing outside and the ping pong table and not just the little kids !! With a group of 11 plus 50 men, we spent a weekend at the estate Gun. Lovely house in a nice quiet place. Wonderful base for sports enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, running, cycling. Nice spots along the Meuse within cycling distance.

A lovely big house with rich-bedroom and dining room very light. Littered barn where you can play table tennis, among others for the larger also a fun activity. The nice thing is that you can put a garden on different spots.

With large family, eight adults and five children a week tarried. We were at the GUN with our children two weeks on holiday. We could daily enjoy the garden with this beautiful weather. We have a lot of cycling and the many ferries over the mesh to the Maasduinen and Arcen. Ice creams eaten at Clevers, swum in Center Parcs Meerdal the only real rainy day a visit to Horst, Venray and Venlo. AND, of course, to the nearby Toverland with the children. The house is well equipped for our large family of 12 people. A separate barn where children can just play, and storage for our bikes. Also for our car "s the necessary parking was provided.

We celebrated Christmas with the family estate on the Gun to the fullest and have enjoyed this wonderful house with its spacious bedrooms and beautiful dining room where we ate together every day delicious and nagetafeld. The week began with the very friendly reception and tour of the administrator of the Gun. We had all kinds of Christmas mugs lugged but that turned out not necessary because the house was already fully decorated when we arrived, we were also right in the Christmas mood. Estate of the Gun is a perfect place to spend a large group, we have the whole family a very fine and pleasant week there. Highly recommended .........

We have our family (8 adults, 9 children) more than successful weekend spent in the estate Gun. The kids thought it was great that there were a number of bikes available and the adults were very pleased with the spacious rooms and the beautiful weather. We also have a few nice trips made by all of us, including to & quotKlein Switzerland ", a kind of playground / amusement park in the middle of the forest and the ferry to the nearby Broekhoven. The landscaped garden may also be mentioned (though we had like to have had a piece of flat grass to the football). No real negatives except that bakers in the Netherlands apparently are not open on Sunday morning (but that 's obviously not the fault of the estate Gun). Conclusion (as said) a more than successful week-end.

Formidable location for a holiday with children. We were lucky to have a sunny weekend and enjoyed the lovely leafy garden, the rural surroundings, the many toys, the bicycles for the children. You can make beautiful walks in the area, but the domain itself was so nice for the children and for the adults so comfortable that we stayed especially on the domain. The rooms on the second floor were very hot and there was also some mosquitoes. Downstairs it was wonderfully fresh.

The accommodation was very good, very nice area for fietsen.We are absolutely not satisfied with the fact that next to our house, in a villa that was also rented by Belvilla until early morning night noise was by a party.The worst was then that we were not initially believed in. It was 14 days that immediately they flew past. A wonderful area for walking and cycling or with the boat to sail. The house itself was equipped with all necessary amenities, you felt at home immediately. Shopping was not 200 meters from the house and also the port and the restaurants were at 5 minutes. To celebrate Grandma's 80th anniversary in the spring we went looking for a place where we all, ie 16 people, another long weekend party could celebrate. We now wanted in a house instead of 3 bungalows. Our eyes fell on the Gunhof. Now, that's been hit. Even the arrival! A beautiful large country estate (men's) house with a beautiful garden, stone (access) stage and the arrivals hall. And what a room anywhere. The dining room with exactly 16 chairs and the chair for the first grandchild Anne was cut to size. Here we all had breakfast every morning, evening and stone grilling something later in the evening with everyone played games. And those who just wanted to retreat, sat on the couch like to read or watch television. Nor could the athletes have fun in the barn with table tennis and table football. Slept, spacious bedrooms and excellent mattresses. Enough bathrooms, although, with 16 people was a 12 hours before everyone is clean and fresh with the new day began. Again a great weekend! Lovely house, clean and classic decor! Enough space for our 16s, with several spacious rooms to live. We were lucky with the nice weather, and could therefore enjoy the gardens. What a nice stay! We were warmly welcomed by Dorothé upon arrival. The house is fully equipped. The high ceilings make the rooms look extra spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. The birds are singing more beautiful songs than ours in the Randstad. And ... even we thirties managed to enjoy ourselves in the play shed;) The communication went very smoothly. we spent a week with our family at the Gunhof. What a fantastic spot! The house is wonderfully quiet and the garden is large. we poured in the nature around us and it through the beautiful high windows. Highly recommended this house for a larger group.
