The villa features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including a ground-floor suite with a private bathroom and TV. Upstairs, you’ll find two more cozy bedrooms and a spa-style bathroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The open-plan living space is fitted with a modern kitchen, large dining area, and a cozy seating zone with garden views. Step through the sliding doors to your private terrace—complete with a parasol, outdoor furniture, and a fireplace by the water—perfect for sunset evenings and morning coffee alike.
Situated on a peaceful stretch of Zeeland’s coast, you’re just minutes from scenic walks, watersports, and the charming town of Tholen. Enjoy fine dining at the Oesterdam Brasserie, or take a short drive to Bergen op Zoom for more culinary treasures. Whether you’re seeking rest, romance, or adventure, this villa offers it all. Please note: pets are not allowed to ensure a peaceful, allergy-friendly environment for every guest.

Do you need peace and quiet, nature, but also sports activities? Then a stay at Waterrijk Oesterdam is definitely worth it. The water-rich park, as the name suggests, lies in the middle of the Oosterschelde National Park. It lies on the border of Zeeland and Noord-Brabant, both with their own characteristic atmosphere, culture and landscape.
From the park you can easily reach the Oosterschelde, the Grevelingenmeer or the Veerse Meer. A number of new facilities were opened in the spring of 2019, including a marina with sanitary facilities and a luxurious dining & lounge with a terrace on the water. Not all villas are located directly on the water and if you want water location, this must be stated when booking.
Waterrijk Oesterdam is a quiet holiday park under construction with lots of water. The luxury detached villas were designed by Piet Boon. There is the option of mooring your own boat. Various excursions are possible in Zeeland, North Brabant or Belgium.
Reservations made by companies for their own employees are always on request. If the reservation is approved then the following rules will be applied: a maximum of 1 employee per bedroom, an additional final cleaning will be charged every two weeks, new bed linen will be charged every two weeks.
For groups other than persons traveling together as a family, an additional deposit of 50 per person is required.
On Waterrijk Oesterdam there are construction works that can cause noise pollution from Monday to Friday. No work is planned during the weekends.
All accommodations at Waterrijk Oesterdam are non-smoking.
It is not permitted for companies to make bookings for employees who have a purpose other than recreation on it
park stay.
If you want a house on the water, you can request this with costs.
Reservations for groups or parties of people under the age of 21 are not permitted
This holiday villa can only be booked by family groups. Non-family groups are not allowed due to the tranquility of the resort. Organizing club outings, student parties, bachelor parties and other groups with a festive character is not allowed.

Comfortable and well-equipped holiday home, The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the outdoor fireplace was a nice touch for cozy evenings, I definitely recommend!

The location is peaceful and ideal for a family getaway. We enjoyed hiking in the national park and relaxing by the water. The lodge itself was spacious and clean, making it an excellent base for our adventures.
