We had a very nice family holiday in Eede. The house is clean with good facilities. Since the weather was good, we were able to make good use of the spacious property. Annie gave us a nice and friendly welcome with cake and coffee. The lack of bed linen and sun protection was immediately addressed. The great-grandmother would have been grateful for a lounger, which unfortunately did not exist. We were completely satisfied with the house, only the distance to the sea and shops were annoying in retrospect, since we had a lot to do with was driving the car.

Everything was available including cooking utensils, etc. and the beds were of good quality.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. We have received a lot of explanation. At the arrival the coffee was to simmer and a plate with cakes was ready. The house was very spacious and comfortable, sad that the kitchen was rather dark and reasonably fresh, but everything else was fine. A minus was the steep stairs to the first floor.The house was very central and quiet and there was a very large garden. Worth repeating.

Nice reception by the landlady with coffee and cake the house - a beautiful farmhouse- was well and comfortably equipped, everything was very clean. For a large group there was a very nice dining room with adjoining living room, the kitchen was very well equipped. With the dog you could walk well, even if there was no way near the house, which was not used by cars. The checkout was also very easy, even if it was very early (before 10.00). It would be less stressful to be able to check out by 12.00. The weeping girl was very nice and helpful, the customer service at Belvilla as well. Although the customer service in Holland, the staff have very good German skills-even if I was with about three different surnames and once with Mr. addressed in the emails-) This information can actually be found in the booking. We have had a great Christmas week with 11 people. Very clean and well kept house, spacious, great beds, large bedrooms with most private hot / cold water, very quiet and a lot of land around the house. Bruges, Ghent and Knokke are very nice places and not far away, also Middelburg is still doable. Immediate area is very rural.

We in the Biezenpolder a nice weekend spent with our family ranging from infants to teenagers. The house is comfortable, very clean and practical (eg sufficient space to store clothes and enough cooking utensils). One slight problem is that when using the shower over the bath underwater move. In the kitchen there anyway to find a quite extensive material back. The house is quiet and has 5 spacious bedrooms with excellent beds. The dining room is spacious enough for 12 people. The kitchen equipment is fine. We were pleasantly welcomed with coffee and cake. The only downside we could find is the sail in the dining room, waving. But that was not really difficult. In short, a must if you are looking for a quiet stay with many people.

The house and the area was fantastic. (The beds are extremly comfortable!) The people are friedly there and very helpful. The house is perfect for families and friends.We travelled a lot in Belgium also, the Flemish cities are wonderful. Brugge, Gent and Antwerpen are half-an-hour or an hour distance from the farm as well as the see. Sluis is the nearest Dutch city is charming.
