The De Biezenpolder house is next to another house. Previous reviews showed that there was little nuisance from neighbors. Of the 14 days that we booked, 10 days a group of 10 mentally handicapped young people with 2 counselors sat next to us. This regularly gave more noise than we liked. Especially since 1 of the young people often made very shrill cries. In such a case the house is very noisy. The area is nice with beach, nature and nice places.

I have rented the Dorsvloer for a week with about 10 other guests in the accommodation next to me. Hugely noisy. Both from neighbors and within your own group. Wooden stairs and floors above creak. We had a wonderful midweek polite with our 3 daughters tss 8 and 11 years and 2 small dogs. The owner did not fuss about the 2nd dog (they usually stay in a crate) what we really appreciated. It proved an ideal base for hiking, but also adventurous excursions in the neighborhood (The Krekeltje) at very cheap price. The dogs loved the sheep, maybe not the other way :-). The house is very well maintained, functional, even very modern with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms was not a luxury with 5 people. The charcoal was ready for the BBQ. We will certainly go back sometime!

This cottage is ideal for those seeking peace and love comfort. We lived in this apartment with four people could enjoy the luxury of two bathrooms and three bedrooms. A very friendly welcome by the hostess with fresh apple juice for the kids and coffee with cake for us. Proper and practical cottage with a small private garden. The kids have been very well amused on the large common lawn with sliding swing. In the early evening / aperitif we put our patio chairs at our front door with a view of the lawn, which made the quiet relaxing holiday feeling perfect. We have had a nice weekend and recommend anyone looking for a holiday home with a few (smaller) children, at ten minutes from the beach and with a large play area (inside and out) in 2 minutes by car.

Quiet location, but many great excursion destinations and beaches by car fast to reach. Great for kids. Apartment was clean and well equipped, we felt very comfortable. Very nice reception with coffee and cake. Uncomplicated process. Private garden with view. Many animals in the area and a nice area for walking, cycling, jogging ... Really great!

Restaurants, bakeries and shops are a few kilometers away. Coast is by car 20 minutes, Bruges 30 minutes away nearby there are also very nice small towns.Thanks

Zeeland Flanders is again really different from the rest of Zeeland. Flemish viz. There is around to do. Culture and history in Sluis, Bruges and Ghent, or to the beach in Cadzand, Groede or Knokke. Also fun for kids in Eede is Maze and associated playgrounds. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy walking, running or cycling. Cottage itself is spacious and clean. Cooking can be good (ceramic) but it means little oven. Toaster not present. Modern bathrooms with fine, hot shower. Beds fine, slept. Well noisy. Slightly more things play out for children (eg trampoline, scorer, etc) would be nice, the room is certainly. Welcoming and friendly reception and processing. Had lovely long weekend.

We were warmly welcomed despite the delay, coffee was cooked, everything was shown to us. The photos show the accommodation very realistic. We felt really good. It is wonderfully quiet at night, the area offers many beautiful destinations, from the dream for children of all ages only a few minutes drive away to the beach in Cadzand-Bad or a trip to Bruges, everything was really worth seeing. Also a walk on site is varied and a bike ride recommended.

The De Biezenpolder house is next to another house. Previous reviews showed that there was little nuisance from neighbors. Of the 14 days that we booked, 10 days a group of 10 mentally handicapped young people with 2 counselors sat next to us. This regularly gave more noise than we liked. Especially since 1 of the young people often made very shrill cries. In such a case the house is very noisy. The area is nice with beach, nature and nice places.

The description was not clear to me that the apartment was adjacent to another holiday. Since we are just simply always rent a single house, this was a bit of a surprise. Ultimately, this is good better than expected. The neighbors did not bother us and vice versa. For the rest, good location and friendly welcome!

In honor of my 40th birthday weekend away went with my sisters and their families. We see each other regularly but never really long and the children see each other so much. It was terrible weather that weekend but we had a great time. Very nice house, great beds and bathrooms. The playground Krekeltje was perfect for the kids and the baker in Belgium is a party with all the delicious things. On Sunday we went to Sluis been nice too. All in all a very successful weekend, repeating.

I have rented the Dorsvloer for a week with about 10 other guests in the accommodation next to me. Hugely noisy. Both from neighbors and within your own group. Wooden stairs and floors above creak. You can hear neighbors laughing, talking and sliding the chairs. There is peace outside but not inside. Wifi is bad in the evening.Huisje is spacious and tidy. Beds are moderate and the BBQ shown in the photos is not present. An old and rusty case. All in all, for me, not worth repeating.

It's a fun week old! The apartment is tiptop and the host was very welcoming, the coffee was the oorlopen and the cake was ready to be touched! Our hostess had some tips for outings with the children in the area. It is easily accessible via mobile and very behulpzaam.De position I find myself less suitable for little ones: you are still more than 20 "away from the sea and if you forgot anything is soon 5 km to fetch something. Ideal for a cycling holiday. A downside: there is a washing machine, but where are you all wet clothes? A droggruimte would be welcome ... But all in all: a giant fun week in a stylish apartment.

We had rented a 8 person "s apartment, it was very well maintained and compleet.Bij arrival we were welcomed by the homeowner with a cup of coffee and looked and got a good explanation about the cottage and the area.The following is present in the apartment: washing machine, dishwasher, 2 fridges, ceramic hob, 2 bathrooms with shower and WC on the ground floor, a fourth person "s bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds on the ground floor. and on the first floor 2x 2 person 's slaapkamers.Er is also free WiFi available, but it worked during our vacation is not optimal. Property owner is thus working to resolve this. The apartment has a large lawn with a small swing set and glijbaan.Het area is very nice and close to good to cycle wandelen.Wij have a nice time spent, despite the weather occasionally let us down.
