A beautiful house that we have been going to for a few years now. But we are not happy with Belvilla during this holiday. After we were told that we could rebook free of charge, we still had to pay a lot of rebooking costs. We were told that we had to pay everything for the new booking and that we had to call back and then everything would be fine. Well, we could not get that employee on the line again and after calling several times again, we can whistle for our money. Now we have emailed a complaint but have not received a response. It cannot be the case that we now have to pay so much money because we were wrongly informed by an employee? While we just called to find out how much money it would be if we were to rebook. If we had known that it would be so many hundreds of euros, we would never have done that! This is very bad!
We hope that Belvilla will still resolve this with us... Very unprofessional Belvilla! We have booked with great pleasure for years, but unfortunately if you do not resolve it, you will lose us (at least 2 families) and have a bad reference for you in our area.

Easily accessible, nice walking and cycling possibilities. Enjoyed the sun and the sea!

Given the number of houses/people, it was wonderfully quiet. The cleaning was not entirely optimal here and there, but overall the house was clean. People at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. In short, had a great stay and would repeat it.

A spacious and decent house. The rooms are spacious and there are enough bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, although we missed some cooking utensils to cook for 14 people. Can be solved creatively ;-), but a bit time consuming.

The garden is really not small and the storage room is very useful to keep bicycles safe. Beach and sea very close.

We have spent a great holiday week in Largo de Parade. Despite the corona crises and the partial lockdown. It was a 40th wedding anniversary with children and grandchildren in a large "villa". As parents we stayed in the house and the children came in phases. The house was very comfortable, somewhat noisy but fully equipped and exactly as described. The park is nice and spacious, and there is nice staff. And for the rest, Zeeland is great with beautiful beaches and beautiful nature and generally very nice people. We would love to come back.

Strange: we received an email from Largo stating that we did not have to go to the reception; a day later from Belvilla that we had to do this. In hindsight it was not really necessary. The house is still quite new, but already a bit "worn" in some places: many stains on the walls, not really clean, many things broken (including lamps, coffee pot). No paintings or the like on the walls; very bald. Beds very good, just like the bathrooms, sauna and kitchen.

We were here a long weekend with two couples and three families (a total of 10 adults and four children) and the house was so very noisy. Not normal! It has three floors, but you could hear everything that happened downstairs on the third floor. Terrible .. It was also a pity that there was no sound system in the house (there are televisions in every room) and no bathtub, which makes a house luxurious (not a 'bathroom' without a door in a bedroom where a baby sleeps). still last minute indeed, this same house can book for 500 euros cheaper, you still feel fairly paid off.

No. 1 is a beautiful house for 14 people and with a fence around it. Very nice for the grandchildren and the dog. Wonderfully spacious bedrooms, many bathrooms and a wonderfully large dining table. The garden was also super big. Nice cycling to Knokke and to the beach of Cadzand. A walk to the adjacent Roompot park is highly recommended.

The house is superb, the bedrooms are large and almost all with their own bathroom and TV. There are many windows, but no screens, watch out for flies / mosquitoes, etc. Unfortunately, our house was not really clean on arrival. Perhaps housekeeping had also noticed that the vacuum cleaner had broken off ...? We reported this and got a new vacuum cleaner, after which we could vacuum ourselves. But I thought that was a downside in terms of comfort during your stay in such an expensive house.

A fantastic villa, especially for a large group. The only thing we really missed are stair gates because we had 5 small children with us. Made beds, plenty of bath towels and kitchen linen. That made packing and getting in easier. (bring less and everything in its place!)

We spent a week in this villa in August 2022. The house and furnishings were very nice. The beach and the village of Cazand Bad are within easy walking distance. Almost all utensils that you need in everyday life were available in the villa (we would not have wished for a small vacuum cleaner and a floor wiper with a bucket). The only point of criticism we have concerns the cleanliness of the floors as well as the stairwell and on the terrace. The dark floor tiles made it look clean, but unfortunately it wasn't. Since we had a toddler with us, we were very annoyed about the dirty floors. Perhaps with such a high service fee in the future, more attention should be paid to ensuring that EVERYTHING in the house is clean when the guests arrive. In addition, we spent a nice and sunny holiday there.
