The recently completed, modern and comfortable accommodations are located spread out over the spacious Noordzee Residence Cadzand-Bad.
There is a choice of various types. There is a 5 person terraced apartment (NL-4506-24). These are located in rows of three and is the middle unit. The three various units are accessible via a communal hall, but all have their own front doors. There is also a 6 person detached variant with a sauna (NL-4506-25). This villa has a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a charming 13-pers. villa (NL-4506-26). This consists of a total row of three, of which NL-4506-24 is a part. You then have a choice of three kitchens and three living room/diners. The ground floors of the units are connected by doors. Ideal for a group travelling together or for multiple families going on holiday together, all together, but with your own space. There is also a 6-pers. detached villa (NL-4506-42). This villa has a bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a shower on the ground floor, two separate toilets and an infra-red sauna.

The North Sea resort Résidence Cadzand-Bad is located at the most southwesterly point in the Netherlands, just behind the Zeeuws-Flemish coast. A beautiful coastal park located in a lovely dune landscape, with the allure and atmosphere of the West Flemish resorts. From the stately entrance, you can reach to the expansive North Sea beach (only 350 m away), after a short walk through the village. In and around Cadzand-Bad, you can browse endlessly in the lovely shops and tempt your palate in top restaurants. A day out to Knokke, Bruges or Sluis will make your holiday at North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad complete. North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad has a number of facilities. In the middle of the park there is a central building with the Food Market, various restaurants, a charming terrace and the Koos Kids Club, with all kinds of children's activities. For the adult guests there is plenty to experience. There are charming villages in the area, and you can get right to the beach from your villa or bungalow. All park facilities are not open in the spring and fall.
Residence Cadzand-Bad is located at the most southwesterly point in the Netherlands. It has spacious, modern villas in various sizes. It has many facilities for all ages, and is located only 350 m of the North Sea beach.
Reservations for groups of persons under 22 years of age are not permitted.
For groups other than families travelling together there is an extra security deposit of 50 per person.
Upon request, there are accommodations available, in which pets are permitted. The note "Pets not permitted" does not mean that there have been no pets in the accommodation. If you want to book a pet-free accommodation, contact our customer contact centre. Preference fees will apply in these cases.
At your holiday home there is a maximum of parking space (s). Are you with multiple cars? Then you can park them at the general car park at the Plaza building.
Due to maintenance work, the pool at Aquadelta is closed from Monday 8 November untill Friday 12 November.

Neat and well-kept park. We did not use the facilities at the park, so I have no opinion on that. The cottage was fine. Specially chosen for this house because of the sauna. But somehow there was a kind of cold wind flow in the sauna, through the legs. On arrival the house was not clean: sand in the sink, hair in sinks and hair on the edge of the toilet. And that while a fixed amount is charged for cleaning. There was no radio. But otherwise the house was quite complete. Close to some shops outside the park and walking distance to the beach.

The house we stayed in was fine in itself, everything is there, large garden in which you could relax. What a pity that there were ants everywhere in the house, this was not pleasant. The environment was beautiful. Cycling and walking in the dunes, on the beach and in the hinterland, where a lot of arable farming could be admired, was wonderful.

Nice house but very noisy, doors had to be closed with a jerk otherwise they would not stay closed, (bedroom and toilet downstairs) some taps had some defects, e.g. the tap at the bath could not be put on the sprinkler because the button did not fit .House was reasonably clean, under the beds there were large dust flakes, upstairs everything was clean. Beds fine.Sauna lovely.Lekker close to the beach, there a lot of wind. The pizzas we ordered were delicious and still warm when they were delivered. Had a great stay.

Nice park, near the sea. You can walk there in a few minutes. Within the measures, everything is still possible. Well arranged and safe. Food is delivered at home if you want it, we were allowed to do mini golf free of charge because less was possible than normal.

We did not get what we have booked. Great house in itself but not the luxury house we chose. Now that you can't do anything else, that would have been nice. The mail about this will not be answered. Was Belvilla 1st time, next time I will book directly again.

Everything went well in terms of arrival, we liked the area very much. The house was so very good and it was great for the three friends of us. What we didn't like that much was the equipment in the kitchen. Crockery and cutlery were counted exactly for 6 people. Since we always cook ourselves, it was sometimes a bit awkward when e.g. someone had the only cutting board in possession or there was e.g. just a ladle. We also knew that there was only one pad machine for coffee, but had assumed that there was still at least a jug on site to brew the coffee using the filter. We arranged ourselves and enjoyed our vacation.

When entering the park, it was not clear exactly where the reception was. This can be better indicated. Very busy at the plaza and many cars. Because we had not received a keycard at home it all got a bit delayed. Friendly and knowledgeable employee at the reception. First impression of the park was fantastic. Beautifully laid out around the water, bridges, lots of green, beautiful plants, attractive holiday villas. 400 meters from the beach. The road to it is also beautiful. No mass tourism.

Key collection went smoothly - friendly service.Located in a holiday park and therefore reasonably busy .... Very neatly maintained residence Cleaning was not done but was after remark the same evening still in orde.Rekening was also not wrongly there was a bed making service charged after comment, this would be refunded together with the deposit.

I am sorry to say that my experience booking a holiday home with you was extremely disappointing. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and would like to share my concerns.
First of all, the booked house was not made available. I had made a reservation in advance for a specific holiday home that was shown as available on your website. However, upon my arrival I was told that the house was inexplicably unavailable. This type of miscommunication and lack of availability control on the part of the company is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience to me and my fellow travelers.
In addition, the noise from construction sites near the replacement cottage was unbearable. Instead of recovering in a pleasant and relaxing environment, we were disturbed by constant construction noise. It is extremely frustrating that we were not informed of this situation in advance as we would then have had the opportunity to look for alternative accommodation.
Customer service during my stay was also disappointing. My complaints were not dealt with properly and I felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. The staff were unfriendly and uncooperative which contributed to an overall poor experience.
I am deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service I experienced when making my booking and during my stay. It is unfortunate that my holiday experience was marred by these negative experiences.
I expect you to take this matter seriously and take reasonable steps to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future. As a customer, I expect reasonable compensation for d

On arrival (may only be between 4 and 5 pm) it was barely 13C in our house? so COLD, since it is underfloor heating, we are forced to go to sleep early and we have had no use for the afternoon / evening. On Tuesday afternoon, the gardeners just came into the garden without consultation to prepare new plants and this with our dog who sometimes likes to sit outside, on Thursday 09/02/2023 around 10 AM, 1 person came to install the plants also back without consultation. The person is still here and it is now 13H.25, I think this is not possible if you book a week that maintenance is done in the garden and that you enter a house for a pleasant week of leave and that feels ice cold . It is the 1x time that we rent through this platform and it does not feel good, not from Belvilla and not from Roompot, such a shame, although we think it is a very nice park and we really had great weather. Ferner störte uns, dass das Geschirr, Besteck pp. in der Küche "abgezählt" war. Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort und mussten dem entsprechend oft den Geschirrspüler in Betrieb nehmen. Ich habe früher über Roompot in Breskens vergleichbare Objekte gemietet, die in der Ausstattung besser waren.

It is a beautiful park, with beautiful houses and landscaped gardens, water features and idyllic bridges. The interior of the house is unfortunately less idyllic. The furniture, especially in the bathrooms and bedrooms, is sparse (eg no storage space in the bathroom / shower curtain / shower head broken too long) and the condition is not neatly finished (eg hole in the wall, mosquitoes beaten to death above the bed). It is also disappointing that there is a mini TV with a very limited number of channels and no Netflix option.

Great house in a relatively quiet park. Plenty of room for the five of us. The cottage was less luxurious than described and could use some maintenance and a good cleaning. Friendly reception and tasty sandwiches in the small supermarket. Beach is close (1.5 km walk) and nice places (Sluis, Bruges) in the area. Did short golf (next to the park) and also did a bike ride.

Later out of the house was not negotiable in advance, receptionist came across a bit unfriendly with questions (for example, not helpful with looking for something in the store). Belvilla had other conditions than Creampot itself.

There is little seating comfort in the house, hard benches, the shower should have a non-slip mat, the non-stick layer of the pans was very damaged, so we did not use it, otherwise the house was fine!

Poorly cleaned house, tomato paste splashed on the wall. Used towel was still hanging in the shower, according to description combi microwave, was normal microwave. Lasergamen acc. To description available, not so. Too much paid tourist tax despite promises not received. No sheet with rented cot. Floor covering dirty, lots of dog hair. So not / hardly vacuumed.

The house was really dirty, especially in Corona time this is really not possible. The door handles were not cleaned, the door frames had dirty spots, there was no mopping etc .. Afterwards I should have called the reception right away, but I always have my cleaning cloths with me and I have run the dishwasher again with the cutlery and plates / glasses . And we pay cleaning costs for that !!! ??? The cottage is fine and the garden was really nicely done, close to the sea. Just what we wanted.
