Attractive, new chalets in a small-scale park. The large living room invites you to relax. From the living room you step outside through the patio doors, where you can enjoy the terrace. The kitchen is complete and fully equipped. For example a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven and hob. There are 3 bedrooms, one room with a double bed, one room with 2x single bed and one room with bunk beds. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is WIFI available.
The Hart van Zeeland holiday park is a small-scale park with 8 chalets. Completely self-sufficient with its own terrace. Parking is free in the general car park opposite the chalets. Stelleplas is located next to the park; a recreational pond where fishing is allowed with a permit. Hart van Zeeland is centrally located, with all amenities and highlights nearby. There is an outdoor swimming pool next to the park. A subtropical swimming paradise can be found in Goes. Cities such as Middelburg and Goes are 10 to 15 minutes away by car. From the park you can get on your bike or discover hiking trails. Cycling and walking routes start at the door. Want to enjoy the beach? Within 30 minutes by car you are with your feet in the surf. The Oosterschelde is 10 minutes by car. A beautiful area for fishing, sailing or to enjoy the sun!

Nice spacious accommodation. It is noisy and a little more atmosphere can be added to the accommodation. Furthermore, the location is less, in a barren environment.

The available information folder starts with the words "A pleasant holiday starts with enjoyment" ... Unfortunately, Corona turned out to be a determining factor here too: in the chalet we found no less than 20 dead flies on the ground as well as about 10 living ones. Not really my idea of enjoying it. In addition, the vacuum cleaner present was also not emptied, not really a pleasure to see the garbage from last time. The smell in the bathroom was also unbearable, perhaps one of the siphons had emptied so that a bad sewer smell was present and it lingered. We arrived there on New Year's Eve with the grandchildren and had expected a quiet transition to 2022, fireworks was banned in the Netherlands. But apparently many guests were not aware of these regulations and there was no peace until the late hours. The baby monitors normally respond to the sound of the child, each time to the bangs of the fireworks. So far the negative. I can also be positive for the rest. The chalets are practical, all comfort is available. Ample parking, good access. Only: staying here when everything is closed in the Netherlands, is not worth repeating.

Dirty floor, ripped condom in the closet. Location moderate and young people who drink all day and until late in the evening. Because of smoking, they are therefore outside a lot with noise pollution. House itself well laid out and everything is there.

The bungalow itself is neat and basic, a few interior adjustments could make it cozier. The terrace is another thing with a view of the parking and two waste containers here, a hedge or fence could at least create some privacy now not at all
