The cottage is beautiful, large, fully equipped and a large roof terrace out of the wind. It was fantastic with this spring sun. 1 Dune across and you are on the beach.

The house is really nice and a good size. Very clean and everything that is needed in terms of dishes, etc. is there. Great attention to detail. Highly Recommended. However, I would recommend everyone to book through a different platform. We have only had bad experiences with Belvilla and we cannot recommend them.

It is a nice apartment in a great location! Unfortunately, there has been wrong communication, so we did not know that we had to pick up our key at about a 10-minute drive from the apartment. The organization has apologized extensively for this. The floor of the apartment was dirty in several places on arrival, just like some plates from the cupboard.Otherwise we had a very good stay here.The roof terrace and the late check-out on Sunday are wonderful!

The apartment's location just beyond the dunes makes it easy to enjoy both beach and nature. We loved waking up to morning light and the sound of waves. The living area felt spacious with its big windows, plus we appreciated cozy nights by the gas fireplace. Cooking was a breeze in the modern kitchen, and having a terrace was great for fresh air.

Very beautiful, spacious, modern apartment. Bright and friendly furnished with a very nice kitchen with very good equipment. Very quiet location in immediate proximity to three restaurants (a maximum of five minutes on foot) and the access to the dune. Also noteworthy are the nicely furnished bedrooms with very comfortable beds, the beautiful bathroom, the two balconies, as well as the roof terrace (not used by us), and the parking space in front of the house. We would love to come back, even at another time of year, we really enjoyed it.

We had a fantastic stay in this luxury apartment in Koudekerke! The room is beautifully decorated and very spacious, perfect for our two families. We especially loved the view from the balcony of the dunes, and the kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach to surf. The gas heater was a cozy addition, especially in the evenings. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, which gave us a homey feeling. Definitely a place we would love to return to!

A beautiful apartment for families! We were two small families and found the layout perfect, plenty of space, and the kids loved the beach. The nearby bike rentals were a big bonus for exploring the area.
