The majestic, luxurious, thirties-style villas are spread across the modest and intimate Noordzee Résidence Dishoek resort. There are two different types of 8-person villas. For example, there is the standard variety with four bathrooms, one of which is on the first floor and includes a bathtub (NL-4371-09). There is also a standard 8-person variety with an atmospheric fireplace, separate dining room, and three bathrooms (NL-4371-10).
All villas have a modern, complete, and comfortable interior. There is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor except the NL-4371-10.
Every villa has a garden with a terrace, garden furniture (lounge set) and parking facilities for two cars. Additionally, there are a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a Nespresso machine, underfloor heating in the living room, and there's free WiFi. All beds are comfortable box-spring beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom with basin and shower (except in the NL-4371-10, in which the two bedrooms on the second floor share one bathroom).
Your stay in a villa includes made beds upon arrival, a final cleaning, a coffee/tea set and a Rituals toiletries set. Moreover, on the day of your departure, the dishwasher will be emptied for you and the beds will be stripped.

Holiday park Noordzee Résidence Dishoek is a lovely, small-scale holiday resort. It consists of 91 ultra luxury holiday accommodations, ranging from apartments to villas. The resort is set in the middle of the dune landscape of Zeeland province, 300m away from the North Sea beach. The area is great for wonderful beach walks and cycling tours.
All of the accommodations in this holiday park have luxury interiors and they're equipped with all modern comforts. The holiday park itself features a host of facilities including a reception, bar, a shop selling beach equipment, a fishmonger, an ice-cream parlour and an animation team. There's also a restaurant serving some delicious, Dutch food.
Noordzee Résidence Dishoek makes a great base for various outings. The city of Middelburg, with its historical centre, is a 15-minute drive away from the park. It offers plenty of interesting shops and nice places to eat or have a drink. And don't forget to visit some of the many sights, such as the Zeeuws Museum and the historical City Hall. It isn't far to the border with Belgium either, with nice places to visit like harbour town Antwerp and the medieval city of Ghent.

Upon arrival, the accommodation made a very good impression at first glance. It later turned out that we could not find sufficient general information. On the tray there was nothing to be found about garbage disposal, operating the fireplace (which we didn't get on either) or other everyday things. In the kitchen some little things were missing such as good knives or scissors that would have been useful in cooking. The aforementioned things unfortunately had a negative impact on the otherwise very good condition of the accommodation. We were already familiar with the area from various vacations and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice park, living room was disappointing in size. The photo is wrs. taken with a huge wide-angle lens. Bedrooms fine. Minus the cleaning. On the ceilings a lot of cobwebs with crane flies and under the beds it was not clean either. Handrail on the 2nd floor was loose and could not be fixed. That was a pity. Had dinner at the park one evening and that was fine.

Arrival was good, could immediately in our house with sent code. We were here for the third year and did not like the location compared to the cottages before. Have this also indicated at the reception. The lady at the reception indicated that the house had been transferred from the owner. There were various defects in the house. Safe did not work, dishwasher made a lot of noise, we found the house not to be clean, we wanted to suck the house because of this, the cleaner appeared to stink, grass was not mown. All this indicated at the reception. Apart from cleaning, everything was immediately resolved. Our advice is therefore to check variously before it is rented out. We had the idea that we were the first tenants.

beautiful house plant, which. after compl Completion and growing planting sure in 1-2 years have their charm and then justify the price / performance ratio. Beach is within walking distance within a few minutes, bike rental, directly opposite. Good gastronomy in the immediate environment. For fresh bread and Vacation IMAGE should morning but choose 2 km bicycle ride to the next savings market, as this was in the adjacent kiosk outrageously expensive (rolls normal 0.75 c, IMAGE 2,20 e)

Hallo team, wij hebben een mooi weekend achter de rug en de locatie van de villa is top! We hebben echter wel wat verbeterpunten geconstateerd en hopen dat deze serieus worden opgepakt. Hieronder een lijstje: Vieze tuinstoelen met groene aanslag. Lampen boven de eettafel zijn vies Maar 6 vorken in een huis voor 8 personen Geen ovenschalen Roede zolderkamerraam achter is kapot Bolderkar is stuk Horren zijn vies Loungebank buiten zat onder de hondenharen Verder was het hele huis niet goed schoon, de vegen zaten bijvoorbeeld nog op de spiegels. Wij denken dat jullie service wat dat betreft nog beter kan. Wij vonden de mensen van de receptie erg vriendelijk en bedanken jullie voor de gastvrijheid.

Persistent problems with the sewage in our house, so the water in the shower does not drain and there is bad smells in the rooms.
The curtains are not clean and in general our house looks very used and not particularly clean.
