This modern, semi-detached water villa can be found in small-scale Resort De Veerse Wende, just 6.5 km from Arnemuiden. Each villa features a private jetty. From the villa, there is a connection to Lake Veere, which borders directly on the resort.
From the living room with smart TV, you will have a magnificent view thanks to the large windows. The open-plan kitchen includes a microwave oven and a dishwasher. On the ground floor, you will find one bedroom. There are another two bedrooms upstairs. Here, you will also find two bathrooms, both with walk-in shower and one with a toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. In the hallway on the ground floor, you'll find a separate toilet.
You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. You'll also have a water terrace at your disposal and upstairs there's a balcony. There is parking for one car at the villa. A storage room completes the whole.

Location and surroundings of object
Small-scale resort De Veerse Wende was first opened in early 2020. It's located directly by Lake Veere. Because each of the 16 villas has its own jetty, you can bring your own boat. You don't have a boat? No problem, you can rent one on-site. From the villa, you can enjoy nice boat trips in this versatile area.
There are 12 islands in the wetland, some of which can be visited with the forest ranger. You can also enjoy a day trip to one of the pleasant, picturesque cites like Veere and Middelburg, or to Zierikzee via de Oosterschelde, The Netherlands' largest National Park.
If you prefer other water sports, you've also come to the right place; surfing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, stand-up paddling or diving, and we're probably even forgetting a few. At the beaches of Vrouwenpolder and Kamperland, kitesurfers are more than welcome. You can also enjoy and relax on one of the many other beaches in the area.
A great spot to explore beautiful Zeeland and to enjoy the cultural and culinary experiences this province has to offer.
Resort De Veerse Wende is still under construction. Everything will be done to minimise the inconvenience as much as possible.

My experience is good in itself, but based on the price I expected a little more luxury and convenience. For example, I do not think it is a superfluous luxury to have a full-length mirror in every room, as well as 2 sunbeds or chairs on the balcony above. In addition, I missed a simple binder with all information that has already been sent in recent times plus the manuals of all equipment, tips for the environment, etc. I really felt a lack. I also found it quite noisy here. And that was only once because a group of young people played André Hazes for 3 hours. If your neighbors are just talking or playing music at or in their own house, you can hear it pretty well and it's really annoying.

Beautifully spacious villa! Noisy - you hear the sounds from the neighbors and also the sounds from above. Still some small details shortage: eg coat racks in the hallway to hang coats somewhere; light in the kitchen (you are cooking with your back to the light) / no scissors available.

Same with standards in the kitchen: No salt, no pepper, or oil or any other standards in the kitchen.
A toaster and a BBQ grill should also be standards for such a house.
We have rented the house for 2 + baby. This was OK. If we would have been more adults, the furniture would have been not sufficient - i.e. only 2 sunloungers for 6? 🤔
Not so easy to get out of the water around the house. Could be so easy to install a good and simple solution.

The house looked neat and clean. Location was beautiful. Small critical note: we missed a coat rack, an extra cutting board and 6 extra knives (all cutlery was extra except for the knives)

My experience is good in itself, but based on the price I expected a little more luxury and convenience. For example, I do not think it is a superfluous luxury to have a full-length mirror in every room, as well as 2 sunbeds or chairs on the balcony above. In addition, I missed a simple binder with all information that has already been sent in recent times plus the manuals of all equipment, tips for the environment, etc. I really felt a lack. I also found it quite noisy here. And that was only once because a group of young people played André Hazes for 3 hours. If your neighbors are just talking or playing music at or in their own house, you can hear it pretty well and it's really annoying.

Beautifully spacious villa! Noisy - you hear the sounds from the neighbors and also the sounds from above. Still some small details shortage: eg coat racks in the hallway to hang coats somewhere; light in the kitchen (you are cooking with your back to the light) / no scissors available.
