It is a charming converted barn. Clearly a lot of work was done by hand. The sloping floor added to the charm. When we arrived, we quickly noticed that the cottage was located in a very nice spot, but in the winter, it was a bit neglected outside. The gate hung at an angle, the trampoline was rusty, etc. This wasn't really a problem since we mostly stayed inside because of the weather. Upon arrival, it was very cold in the cottage, and it took quite a while for it to warm up. It was clean, but you shouldn't look too closely. Spider webs in the corners and under the beds. Air filters in the shower that hadn't been cleaned in a long time, dirty toilet brushes... The kitchen was clean, but we found a dirty air fryer that hadn't been cleaned by the previous visitors. What I want to say is, I am allergic to dogs (we had one ourselves that is hypoallergenic) and I was afraid of reacting to previous dogs. This was not the case. So that is definitely a sign of good cleaning and ventilation. All in all, a nice place where we had a great time. Not the place for a nitpicker.

We had a great time; it is a spacious stay with glass separation between the living kitchen and the living room. That is very pleasant! Lots of entertainment available (foosball table, shuffleboard, games, etc.), unfortunately it was wet outside so we hardly went out there. It is quite noisy between the bedrooms and the bathroom was very cold. Also, there is some maintenance needed here and there (wood rot in window frames), but that did not directly affect our weekend further. Beautiful surroundings by the dike and a nice walk for children nearby.

First, somewhat outdated accommodation. The showers still have separate hot and cold water taps; a thermostatic tap is safer. The shower room cannot be locked, which is a bit unfortunate when you go to shower. Furthermore, a great space to stay.

The farm has a very spacious living room that connects to the 6 bedrooms. The eat-in kitchen is also very spacious. If you are with 10-12 people, you won't be on top of each other. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a whirlpool, sink, and toilet, the other has 2 showers next to each other, a sink, and a toilet. There is also a small bathroom by the entrance with only 2 sinks, but it was very cold. The children can entertain themselves in the garden. The town of Leerdam is worth a visit. We (with 6 adults and 3 children) had a good time.

In terms of space, a good stay. The beds were neatly made upon arrival, which is always nice, and there are even towels for the kitchen. Cleaning and maintenance could use some attention. The kitchen inventory really needs to be replenished, and some items should be replaced as they are in poor condition, for example, not enough breakfast plates and many glasses/cups have chips.

We spent a weekend there as a family (12 people, ages 3-77 + dog). The weather was good and the neighboring town of Leerdam is charming. At the beginning, the house was missing dishes, cutlery, large pots, and the bed cover for the crib. However, the landlord immediately brought everything into the house upon request. He was always approachable, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the mattresses were very soft, and one bathroom had an unpleasant smell (maybe a pipe should be flushed there). However, with the many play equipment outside and inside, both young and old had a very nice weekend.

Had a wonderful holiday in holiday farm Hoost Satisfied. We were on holiday with a group of disabled people, including a person in a wheelchair. The house was wheelchair friendly and on the same floor, which was very nice! The house was neatly cleaned just before arrival and the nice owner gave us a tour and explanation about the house and the facilities. Good contact!

De Hoeve is located on the Linge in a beautiful setting. De Hoeve and the immediate surroundings are safe and very suitable for small children. The whole is spacious and equipped with all comforts. The interior is however in need of a makeover.

From 13 / m September 16, 2013 we had a very pleasant stay at the Homestead Highly Satisfied. Although the weather may not cooperate (rain) we did not particular care because the cosiness with z 'n all above it protruded. The farm is very family friendly (lots of toys and play equipment) and also shielded safe. Nearby is enough to do and see. We went to the glass factory in Leerdam, had a delicious dinner at a local restaurant and have been on Sunday in slot Loevesteijn. Biking is beautiful in this part of the Netherlands with z "n dikes and ferries. All in all for a repeat worthy.

We are here with our family - ranging in age from 2 to (almost) / m 68 years - had a very successful weekend. The house is spacious enough for 10 people, rich furnishings, many playground for the grandchildren, great that all bedrooms around the living room are fine and the beds were already made. It is a charming converted barn. Clearly a lot of work was done by hand. The sloping floor added to the charm. When we arrived, we quickly noticed that the cottage was located in a very nice spot, but in the winter, the outside was somewhat neglected. The gate hung askew, the trampoline was rusty, etc. This wasn't really a problem since we mostly stayed inside due to the weather. Upon arrival, it was very cold in the cottage, and it took quite a while for it to warm up. It was clean, but you shouldn't look too closely. Spider webs in the corners and under the beds. Air filters in the shower that hadn't been washed in a long time, dirty toilet brushes... The kitchen was clean, but we found a dirty air fryer that hadn't been cleaned by the previous visitors. What I do want to say is, I am allergic to dogs (we had one ourselves that is hypoallergenic) and I was afraid of reacting to previous dogs. This was not the case. So that is definitely a sign of good cleaning and ventilation. All in all, a nice place where we had a great time. Not the place for a nitpicker.

We spent a weekend there as a family (12 people, ages 3-77 + dog). The weather was good and the neighboring town of Leerdam is charming. At the beginning, the house was missing dishes, cutlery, large pots, and the bedding for the crib. However, the landlord immediately brought everything into the house upon request. We have had a wonderful weekend. The accommodation was very spacious with a large, handy kitchen, long dining table and many seats. Very comfortable for a large group. Everything clean and tidy with beds made. Very friendly landlords. We'll be back!

A spacious house, clean beds. Furthermore, the house made a rather shabby impression, here and there paintless, not completely clean, shabby sanitary facilities. No extraction so both bathrooms and bedrooms smoke thoroughly. Price/quality ratio in my opinion really not in order.Gerrie
