This comfortable holiday home is located in Bergen in North Holland. Two bedrooms offer a place to sleep for four people. The accommodation is very suitable for a family holiday.
The holiday home has a beautiful location next to the forest and the dunes, close to the sea, which gives Bergen an almost mystical appearance. You can take beautiful walks and cycle in the area, but a breath of fresh air on the beach is also possble. Do you feel like shopping? Around the eye-catching Ruïnekerk you will find numerous boutiques, outdoor cafes and hospitable restaurants. A day trip to Amsterdam as well as Alkmaar, city of cheese, should also not be missed.
The front of the house contains a spacious terrace where you can sit and take in the view of a nice garden with pond. You have a kitchen stocked with modern appliances, and the bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair are also available.

We do not know whether the door is sufficiently secured, it is locked in place by snap ?? n This is in contrast with the patio door which is provided with pins. We have moreover there felt safe.

We have been for the 2nd time in Bergen and in La Lantern. This house is well maintained, perfectly decorated, it's everything you needed in an apartment. The owners are always approachable and very nice. Although the houses are very close together, it is there quiet. We will be back. G.u.D. Freihold

A nice, well-kept house with all the necessary comforts. An additional luxury were the wonderful beds on arrival. Although the cottage behind the house of the owners is there is more than enough privacy. Great vacation destination.

De Lantaarn was now the third house we had rented in mountains in recent years. Conclusion: outstanding in price-performance ratio. Yes, it is small and not directly in the center. The house was charming, clean and very complete for us. Travelling without a car, being supplied with towels was very useful. Vera and Aad were charming hosts and extremely helpful. . The Lantern is a very quiet and comfortable place, where you enjoy nature here while only looking out of the window of the living-room .... Very nice holiday home which is nicely equipped especially to the smallest detail, as if it were made for self-occupancy. Perfect! We (parents and children aged 13 and 11 years) have felt here as a fiddle. Very friendly landlord and flexible at the time of arrival (we were 2.5 hours late). Conclusion: Especially recommended, also in terms of location \/ surroundings.

We have found a very nice, very well maintained house that has exceeded our expectations more than fulfilled. Everything was "at home". The landlords were very friendly and very accommodating. The city and its surroundings have Holland showed us the best side. The Dutch themselves have contributed much to a friendly, informal atmosphere and made advertising for their country. The same applies to employees of Aan Zee. We have experienced a very nice holiday.

Would not recommend it for families with small children: steep stairs, and a pond close to the house. Well-kept small garden around the house Which offers a great view out of the windows. The house is not suitable for children. The opportunities for outdoor play are limited. There is little lawn and a large pond. Furthermore, the privicy limited in the garden because there is a very low discharge. We felt rather viewed us as a result.

A very friendly welcome and hassle of keys. The house is very comfortable and cozy furnishings, special luxury underfloor heating on the ground floor and very nice bathroom. We felt very comfortable in the holiday house and can recommend it unrestricted. The location is very quiet, with the bike (Unterstellmöglichkeit is available!) Bergen center is within minutes to reach. The house is very clean and well maintained, equipped with everything and has a very nice terrace. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
