This modern detached chalet is located in a beautiful holiday resort, Parc De IJsselhoeve. This holiday resort is situated right on the Hollandsche IJssel, 18 km from the lively port city of Rotterdam.
The chalet is comfortable and fully furnished. The large windows let in lots of natural light. You'll find a living room with a TV and an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Enjoy access to a garden that surrounds the chalet and features a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the chalet.
Various chalets for two to six people can be booked at Parc De IJsselhoeve.
Some parts of Parc De IJsselhoeve are under development. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.

Park De IJsselhoeve is a nice holiday park, located at 4 km from the centre of Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, in an area with lots of water, at the IJssel river near Rotterdam.
There are several facilities in the park. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool with children's pool. You'll also find a playground and a football pitch. During high season there's also entertainment. You can go to the restaurant, cafe or the snack bar for a nice meal or snack.
Not far from the holiday park you'll find recreation area Hitland. This is a nice area to hike and cycle through the varied area. There are forests, meadows and you can walk along the IJssel river. The surroundings feature a lot of water and you can also find moors here. There are water mills, stone ovens, peat holes and drainage ditches. You'll also find various bird species here. The surroundings offer a nice combination of countryside peace and quiet and city hustle and bustle. Cities like Rotterdam (18 km), Gouda (11 km), Delft (30 km) and the Hague (33 km) can easily be reached. Each has its own atmosphere and sights, but there're all worth visiting. You'll find various museums, restaurants, outdoor cafes and shopping possibilities here. The beach of Scheveningen is about 40 km away. A visit to De Biesbosch (39 km) is also one of the possibilities. There are several theme parks in the area. A few examples: Madurodam (The Netherlands in miniature) and Drievliet in The Hague, family and amusement park Plaswijck in Rotterdam, Duinrell with its Tikibad in Wassenaar and bird park Avifauna in Alphen aan de Rijn. Nice day trips for young and old.
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May.

Overall, the house was nice, but there were some mold spots in the shower and some bad smells came from the drain in the bathroom.

Very nice home. Light, bright, clean and comfortable house-bungalow in a peaceful environment. Beautiful nature and ideal region for cycling, walking and playing golf

everything was perfect except for two things. Outside the entire roof and the house were covered with webs and spiders If you take the road down to the location or have to go back up the road, you can not oversee the traffic situation.

Cozy, clean and modern furnished cottage. The view from the living room of our cottage was beautiful. The turkeys walk by. The park is still being worked on to make it even more beautiful. The reception staff were very friendly. A somewhat later arrival was no problem and everything was ready in our house, including a welcome bag. From the cottage you can make beautiful walks and it is an ideal base for making nice trips in the area.

The house is smaller than expected, for 4 people it could be a bit cramped... the decor is modern, utensils in the kitchen are very clear... A sun lounger would be an advantage... the restaurant on the square was very nice... the same Reception...
