The apartments are spread out over the various stately buildings. They all have a balcony with a view of the sea or over the harbour. The holiday home was completed in 2010 and the interior is modern, complete and comfortable. You have furniture on the balcony. A great base for a lovely sun, sea and sand or relaxation holiday.

Location and surroundings of object
The expanse of the North Sea on one side, the beauty of the exclusive yachts in the new marina on the other. The location of the 138 luxurious recreation apartments at the Nautical Centre Scheveningen on the Second Inner Port of the cosmopolitan resort is rightly called unique. Next to the apartments there is the De Werf maritime building with water sports related companies and shops. And only a stones throw away there is the beach, the boulevard of Scheveningen and Scheveningen village. The place to be for sun, sand and water sports lovers. The centre of The Hague with all of its offerings is just a bit further on. Under the apartments there are also many dining options and shops. In the immediate vicinity you will find the many sights The Hague has to offer.
Nautical Centre Scheveningen is located between the marina and the expansive North Sea beach. The boulevard is a stones throw away. You can use the facilities of the Kijkduinpark. In a nutshell; all of the ingredients for a marvellous holiday!
As a guest in the Schevenignen Nautical Centre you may use all of the facilities in the nearby Kijkduinpark (5.5 km, about 20 minutes by bike). See the facilities for the Kijkduinpark code NL-2555-03.
You can decide on site whether you want to have the final cleaning done by the park or if you want to do it yourself. If your pet is coming along, final cleaning is required. You pay a onetime fee of (67 or 70).
There is no reception in the Scheveningen Nautical Centre. On Monday and Friday there is a hostess on site.
Reservations for groups of persons under 22 years of age are not permitted. For groups other than families travelling together there is an extra security deposit of 50 per person.
When you prefer an accommodation with seaview, this should be requested in advance and paid € 20 extra costs.
It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.

we will no longer book this stay through Bel Villa because you then have to deal with 2 parties the people we spoke had all been sent the keycard at home so not us and someone would be there on site to solve problems but that was in the parking garage so we couldn't get to it without a key card so we had to make a few phone calls to Kijkduin to receive the key card and enter our apartment two and a half hours to arrival the apartment was good but the arrival was poorly arranged

Neat arrival, could the car under the apartments parking .. Mega large apartment and 2 large bedrooms and views of the harbor which I always recommend compared to sea view. Opposite apartment a strip with only size top restaurants and you walk in 10 min to the beach. Both north and south beach. Definitely going back again.

The view of the apartment is grandiose. When I arrived at the apartment it was not clear to me that I had to pick up the key in Kijkduin, I assumed that this was close to the apartment, that was not the case. Perhaps useful to add that this is a few kilometers further on. I also did not have enough information about which parking places belong to the apartment. That was clear later, but not if you arrive new and you are already at the exit of the parking garage.

The arrival was good and the communication went on in a modern way. The mandatory bedspread was not present and we had to get it ourselves. We expected this to be present due to the required character. Better the accommodation was well looked after and looked very nice.

What makes it so unique is that there are so many possibilities and are. We enjoyed the beach, surfing, shopping, museums, biking through the woods and a day in Amsterdam.

The stay was for six people, but so big that you easily with his 10th and can stay. Opportunity for privacy is sufficient. Nice view, as two sides of harbor and sea views. We went there because we drove along the Red Bull Knock Out. Excellent accommodation, highly recommended. Top Belvilla!

Disgusting, hair everywhere (yes even in the beds), the shower moldy and disgusting, crumbs without end, the fridge was dirty -. So since no one has been cleaned ... The apartment was nice and spacious. Three downsides location relative Scheveningen, quality beds and with less rain water comes through the cracks of the doors (as a result 3 hours mopped during our weekend away)

We've talked quite to our liking. The weather was fine and then the environment summit. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Make contact about a missed call on the Sunday afterwards is difficult because the person who called us did not help information left for other colleagues. Already tried a few times to clarify the call on your part, this fails. We thought we had taken everything, but lack our own bedding stuff and book / map.
