This detached 7-person dune villa is located in holiday park Kijkduin. The villa was restyled in 2017 and is furnished in a modern and comfortable way.
The living room features underfloor heating and a pleasant fireplace. The kitchen features a combination microwave and dishwasher. On the ground floor you'll find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one of which with two single beds and one with three single beds) and a bathroom. On this floor you'll also find the traditional sauna. All beds are single box-sping beds; some are placed together in a double bed set-up.

Location and surroundings of object
If you are looking for tranquillity and pleasant scenery, the Kijkduin Holiday Centre is the place for you. It is in a beautifull location just behind the sand dunes. The beach is very easy to get to and you can enjoy refreshing cycle rides. There is an indoor swimming pool with a toddlers pool. As a guest you can use them free of charge. There is a nine hole golf course next to the holiday park. It is easy to visit interesting places such as the Madurodam Miniature World, the Sealife Centre in The Hague/Scheveningen and cities such as Delft and Leiden. The park has comfortable dune chalets and detached dune villas. They are all equipped with every modern convenience. The Kijkduin Holiday Centre offers a sea of opportunities for a great holiday
The Kijkduin Holiday Centre is a very child-friendly family park with many facilities for young and old.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
2 November till 10 February : Due to large-scale renovation work on the central building at Kijkduin Holiday Park, the following facilities have limited access or are even closed: supermarket, catering, kids club and reception. This depends on the work at that time. The pool is open (subject to COVID-19 rules). Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.

Nice house with unfortunately some dated plumbing. Visibly restored, here and there painter's tape and paint stains on the windows have not yet been removed.

House and facilities fine. Swimming pool was once too full, many children who are not included in the risk of corona contamination, but swimming was not there. When it is busy, it is also good to ask people not to throw balls, that takes up a lot of space.

The accommodation was good.Only they could not offer what was on the photo like sunbeds in the garden. Asked at the reception and they would bring. But the man who came by to bring another umbrella said they didn't have it, although they were at other houses.

Arrival friendly welcome, beautiful surroundings, right on the beach, bike through the dunes. House was good, cleaning also. Supermarket was closed at 5 pm, only downside. Rented bikes, very nice boy, good bikes.

In terms of house, it was the worst house ever in our lives. Curtains closed and were hanging loose above because there were no hooks anymore .... pictures taken. Lamps blinked because the plugs were half off. A power socket there was half broken off on the wall! Table lamps above the bed with thick layers of dust .... photos taken as evidence . Worn chairs with the bottom hanging loose .. photos also taken. When booking we had looked for a refurbished or renovated house, that was according to the text at Bel villa. It wasn't, really shameful that you do something like that in the rental! Our conclusion is an unbelievable Bell villa!! Big disappointment!,

We had a 7 person house. Kitchen was really very small for the number of people. The amount of crockery was also very disappointing. Really only 7 pieces of everything. The fridge was way too small!! So a table model was one that fits under the counter. Beds and large rooms was fine.

The Kijkduin park is fine. Spacious and close to the beach. House was disappointing because of very broken sofas in the room. Defective kitchen (oven and extractor hood) and dated bathrooms. Responded immediately to some comments. Sofas were replaced and cleaning was done 'again'. Rest of the complaints were not acted on!!

The house is very simple, both in terms of furnishing and sanitary facilities, kitchen (equipment), etc. No effort has been made to create a cozy atmosphere; the furniture is extremely functional (including 2 uncomfortable skai sofas). The outdoor furniture is also very simple (plastic). No luxuries or frills, unfortunately. It was clean (at least on the eye). I would say bring some cushions and throws to make it a bit cozy! Fortunately I brought tea lights so we could create some atmosphere ourselves. Things like placemats are also missing. The fact that there is a sauna, despite all this simplicity, was surprising, which is certainly a plus. The park itself is huge, not very beautiful or anything, but ok in itself. Swimming pool was closed.You can walk in 10 minutes to the fantastic, wide beach with nice beach bars.

Wasn't a real Belvilla house, no atmosphere or personal appearance at all, just a minimally worn out park house, let's look for another organization because after many good experiences it was a real let down. Contrary to the description, the house only had one toilet, unfortunately there were no loungers on the terrace as shown. The general condition was unfortunately far from luxury, as described. Another negative example is the bathroom on the ground floor. After a three-minute shower, the entire bathroom was under water, which then dried up after three days. The house is shabby and needs renovation.

Great location. Park in the green within walking distance of the beach. Cottage was fine, cleaning could be better. Problems were immediately solved by the Roompot employees. We found the disadvantage that you have to pay extra for activities of the kids club and that you have to pay one euro for a few minutes of jumping on the trampoline. We had expected that the trampolines would in any case be freely accessible. Furthermore, a short distance from Scheveningen. Had a lovely afternoon there.

It's sad that you asked me three times how the vacation was. Due to the coronavirus we could not go because we would have traveled with three households over Easter. That was not allowed in Holland. I tried to call several times ... No point. Rebooking was also no longer possible. Email written. Then I get an answer with a link that sends me back to the Belvilla site. The holiday home is tastefully furnished, has a cozy fireplace and enough space for everyone. The sauna on the 2nd floor is a highlight. Apart from a few minor details (eg the extractor hood in the kitchen), the house was neatly clean. Even under the current corona circumstances, the service was excellent!

After a long journey we had to wait a long time until we could move into the apartment. Accommodation i.O., although not very clean. Environment could use refresher, classification basically very good. Road to the park very difficult, as a lot of beach traffic and thus it takes during days of fine weather in each case almost one hour for the arrival or departure of the park. Nearest town (Loosduinen district of The Hague) not recommended

The alleged amenities included a poorly equipped kitchen and careless furnishings. The terrace had plastic chairs without cushions and it was very difficult to get into the area by car. I have booked many nicer holiday homes for the price I paid.

The house is not at all as it was described. It was very poorly equipped and dirty. New isn't true either. And too few windows to ventilate. For the price we could have flown abroad. Was very disappointed for the high price. So we're definitely not going there anymore. It's sad when you're looking forward to your well-deserved vacation and then something like that.
