Jacicuzie is lukewarm, not to get warm and smells horrible after 2 days! We have made sail around jacuzzie because otherwise you could not sit in it, too cold. No pressure on taps. You do not get long hair rinsed in a shower. At night, mice or birds on the roof? Make very bad noise and then for hours long .. 1 clock in the house was no battery In.Moltons dirty on beds and too small. They always slipped off. 3 bedrooms and 2 bedstead. There children in but certainly no adults. Is not a 10 person house because it is too small for that. Lady at desk very unfriendly, in complaints she was angry and clearly said that she should never rent to us. While we asked neatly for good pans .. Cutting board and battery clock and light oven did not work either. She said o you need battery or something! Or o I get a cutting board in the village. But never brought to us .. We have 6 adults and 3 children stayed in this villa. The house is very cozy and the view from the private garden is beautiful and relaxing. Property has a nice big kitchen and a cozy living room. The three bedrooms with two beds are very spacious, the bedstead above is small. However, the box bed downstairs is a real double bed. We had wonderful weather in our weekend, so every day use of the hot tub outside. The house is beautiful country with still half an hour already visited the steam tramway in Hoorn or Juliana Village with a beautiful sandy beach.

Lovely weekend been away with friends. House very mooi.Vooral the kitchen we could appreciate. Close location to sun. Do not park yourself so much. For the nearest supermarket you have to be in Hippolytushoef. We spent a day at Texel and it was good to ride from the park.

Cycling, visiting the islands, tidal flats in the Wadden Sea, relax in the garden, etc. The house is well furnished, the kitchen has everything you could need, washing machine and dryer are very practical. Reception at reception was pleasant. Lovely house about 100m from the Waddenzee, beautiful. The house is wonderfully spacious with a nice kitchen and large living room. The enclosed garden has many chairs and nice places in the sun. The jacuzzi is great, I can't live without it .. If I have to mention points for improvement, I end up with very small details: the kettle was very calcified (we cleaned it), the WiFi is very weak for six or more people, a hand blender and garlic press would be handy ... but as I wrote, these are small details and not very disturbing for the stay.

And fantastic that these kinds of houses (where dogs are welcome) are still for rent in the Netherlands. 3 real bedrooms, bathrooms are neat and the kitchen is spacious (just coffee machine.) We were 4 adults, 3 dogs, 1 child and that went fine. However, the garden is located at the parking lot where you look out on the work shed (active) and the entrance to a camping area with gate. That is not really good for privacy and tranquility. We parked our own cars in the parking lot outside the fence of the house which is located directly on our terrace, so we still had a little privacy. A hedge or dense planting would be a lot more pleasant. If you are away a lot, this is of course no problem. Hot tub was clean and a very welcome addition, this is situated in such a way that you do have privacy when you sit in it. Very nice location for walkers and cyclists. There is much to see within an hour's walk towards the shore. Not for beach lovers, because the dike is asphalted up to the mudflats.

Here are long walks on the dike possible to enjoy nature and its tranquility. By car you can reach in about 10 minutes Hippolytushoef and its shopping. There are also other restaurants. Great house in a great location. And how wonderful the Jacuzzi that we were allowed to use.Very complete kitchen, all very spacious and decorated in detail! We would love to come back to this beautiful house!

We were two adults and two children, so we had enough space. The house is tight (also in furniture) for 10 people. In that case, four must sleep in the box bed. Nice outdoor jacuzzi, easy to use. Very warm welcome!

We have since our 40 year anniversary celebrated with us gezin.Wij enjoyed it was a great restaurant with friendly staff that we have delicious gegeten.Wij will definitely go back there.

Lovely weekend been away with friends. House very mooi.Vooral the kitchen we could appreciate. Close location to sun. Do not park yourself so much. For the nearest supermarket you have to be in Hippolytushoef. We spent a day at Texel and it was good to ride from the park.

Spacious house where we stayed a weekend with 7 adults and 4 kinderen.Woning is spacious with a cozy and large kitchen which we were more than ample woonkamer.Alles presence of cutlery and crockery, two toilets and shower rooms very nice with a large number of people.

Reception at reception was pleasant. Lovely house about 100m from the Waddenzee, beautiful. The house is wonderfully spacious with a nice kitchen and large living room. The enclosed garden has many chairs and nice places in the sun. The jacuzzi is great, I can't live without it .. If I have to mention points for improvement, I end up with very small details: the kettle was very calcified (we cleaned it), the WiFi is very weak for six or more people, a hand blender and garlic press would be handy ... but as I wrote, these are small details and not very disturbing for the stay.

Nice house and good fence for the dogs. And fantastic that these kinds of houses (where dogs are welcome) are still for rent in the Netherlands. 3 real bedrooms, bathrooms are neat and the kitchen is spacious (just coffee machine.) We were 4 adults, 3 dogs, 1 child and that went fine. However, the garden is located at the parking lot where you look out on the work shed (active) and the entrance to a camping area with gate. That is not really good for privacy and tranquility. We parked our own cars in the parking lot outside the fence of the house which is located directly on our terrace, so we still had a little privacy. A hedge or dense planting would be a lot more pleasant. If you are away a lot, this is of course no problem. Hot tub was clean and a very welcome addition, this is situated in such a way that you do have privacy when you sit in it. Very nice location for walkers and cyclists. There is much to see within an hour's walk towards the shore. Not for beach lovers, because the dike is asphalted up to the mudflats.

We are very pleased with this house and camping. We have made much use of the jacuzzi. The children played happily in the playground. Good atmosphere. We'd best like to stay another week.

We are a group of 9 people. The house is big enough for everyone and everything is there. We went to a nice museum in the area, the Wieringen island museum, which was great fun! And Volendam and Hoorn is also close by. So we had a great time and highly recommended for a large group

We have 6 adults and 3 children stayed in this villa. The house is very cozy and the view from the private garden is beautiful and relaxing. Property has a nice big kitchen and a cozy living room. The three bedrooms with two beds are very spacious, the bedstead above is small. However, the box bed downstairs is a real double bed. We had wonderful weather in our weekend, so every day use of the hot tub outside. The house is beautiful country with still half an hour already visited the steam tramway in Hoorn or Juliana Village with a beautiful sandy beach.
