We used the accommodation with four families and were totally thrilled. The house is very tastefully furnished and we felt comfortable right away. The location in a quiet side street is perfect and a very good restaurant is only a 10-minute walk away. The cleanliness can be rated as very good; we did not notice any dirty corners or unpleasant odors. Small details like a welcome basket and tailored decoration (in our case, Easter) complete the picture. A major plus point is the many opportunities for children to play outside (climbing frame, vehicles, trampoline, and a football field). The presence of two charging stations on the property also made our stay easier. In some places, minor work is needed to ensure that the stay remains as positive in the future as we experienced it. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The only fact that a connection between the two living areas is only possible through the veranda or the first floor (two bedrooms are then passage rooms) is something we would have preferred differently. All in all, a very nice accommodation, we would definitely book here again.

Blown away at the beach, walked through the dunes, and then relaxed in the infrared sauna. Groceries nearby, cooked and ate deliciously every evening. Very beautiful house! Beautifully decorated with atmosphere. We were with our family, 8 adults and 5 children, and had access to the whole house, so we had 2 living rooms. We had enough space in the large living room for all thirteen of us. The playground, and especially the built-in trampoline, were a real highlight! When we were at the house, we only sat on and by the trampoline. We enjoyed our weekend there with our grandchildren aged 3 to 10 years. The immediate surroundings are also wonderful, especially if you come from the metropolitan area like we do. The peace and space there are delightful. In short, we give this holiday home and the nice owners a solid 10!

We rented the two houses with 13 people. It was very nice! The beds were wonderful and already made. In one house, there was a large table for all the people. There were TVs in the rooms, the bathrooms were very good, nice showers, and a bath in one of the bathrooms. Great kitchens. The garden was also nice. And the Schoorl dunes and Alkmaar (Beatles museum) were easy to reach. Hospitable reception and good communication! We had a wonderful time!

Woning is gesplitst in 2 los te verhuren delen. Hierdoor ruim voldoende slaap- en badkamers. Ook een ruime eettafel met voldoende servies en bestek voor als de gehele woning gehuurd wordt. Elke woonkamer apart is wel wat krap voor de gehele groep. Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid met laadpalen. Leuke omgeving met Alkmaar en de duinen om de hoek. Zou fantastisch zijn als de woning wat schoner was (stoffig en kookgerei was niet schoon)

Beautiful villa with high quality furnishings in terms of sanitary facilities, furniture and decoration. Kitchen equipment could use some attention. Because we were the first to use the brand new charging stations, there was sometimes a power failure in the house, they think. Reported and taken care of immediately. The wifi also occasionally went out in the evening so that will also be looked at. Hostess was very friendly and immediately helpful. Centrally located for easy access to the coast and for example to take a city walk in Alkmaar. Recommended!

Our house in Schoorldam offered everything we wanted. It accommodated our four families who each had their own master bedroom and children's bedroom so that the little ones (0-3 years) could sleep as needed. The house was equipped with everything a few families could need, from appliances such as ovens, refrigerators and various coffee makers to cutlery, crockery, TVs, etc.. Last but not least: it was a "green" house (energy efficient ) that had been cleaned to perfection.

We have found a spacious holiday home in Schoorldam for a family weekend. The spacious house met all our wishes, space, well equipped with 7 spacious bedrooms (8 adults and 5 children, 1 of which was just under a year), a large garden with play equipment and cozy seating areas for all the good weather. We were lucky, great weather and therefore a fantastic weekend had a big 9. Enjoyed the beach and cycling. The kabouterpad in Schoorl was a wonderful experience for the little ones. In addition, the climbing dune is a wonderful place for young and old. Pleasant welcome by the owner, nothing was too much for her and if there were any questions, we were allowed to appeal to her. In short, a must for large groups.

Ideal for a large group of friends like ours, or for an extended family. There are sufficient bathrooms and separate toilets. The garden is secluded and offers a lot of privacy. Arrival was very pleasant, after I called that we were coming we were kindly received. The accommodation was very good, it was nice and attractively decorated. We had rented both houses. The immediate area was not very interesting, but with 5 minutes you are at the Schoorlduinen!

Our house in Schoorldam offered everything we wanted. It accommodated our four families who each had their own master bedroom and children's bedroom so that the little ones (0-3 years) could sleep as needed. The house was equipped with everything a few families could need, from appliances such as ovens, refrigerators and various coffee makers to cutlery, crockery, TVs, etc.. Last but not least: it was a "green" house (energy efficient ) that had been cleaned to perfection.

Woning is gesplitst in 2 los te verhuren delen. Hierdoor ruim voldoende slaap- en badkamers. Ook een ruime eettafel met voldoende servies en bestek voor als de gehele woning gehuurd wordt. Elke woonkamer apart is wel wat krap voor de gehele groep. Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid met laadpalen. Leuke omgeving met Alkmaar en de duinen om de hoek. Zou fantastisch zijn als de woning wat schoner was (stoffig en kookgerei was niet schoon)

Beautiful villa with high quality furnishings in terms of sanitary facilities, furniture and decoration. Kitchen equipment could use some attention. Because we were the first to use the brand new charging stations, there was sometimes a power failure in the house, they think. Reported and taken care of immediately. The wifi also occasionally went out in the evening so that will also be looked at. Hostess was very friendly and immediately helpful. Centrally located for easy access to the coast and for example to take a city walk in Alkmaar. Recommended!
