Nice big house, with plenty of bedrooms! The bathroom in each bedroom was really minimal and a sturdy person cannot shower normally. Furthermore, the bedding and duvets were not clean!
Reason for one of the children to sleep at home. Was a pet-friendly house, but the dog had to be on a leash outside while there was a nice large lawn to run! Had to pay extra for 2 guests while 2 did not stay overnight! Furthermore, there were a lot of mosquitoes and I think the kitchen needs to be renovated! Buns in the oven were burnt because the numbers on the buttons had become unreadable and you had to guess whether it had the right heat!
We had a great sunny weekend, but would not choose this house again!

The house was beautifully brought into the Christmas spirit! Clean and complete and well furnished. Sufficient facilities. Great for a large group, we were 10 adults! It is a pity that (in advance) it was difficult to arrange some extra guests for (only) the evening meal on Christmas Day, I had to pay € 100 (!) in cash for it. ..

Lovely house. Spacious, comfortable, quiet and secluded location, beautiful view. Spacious kitchen with large dining table. Enjoyed this wonderful house with 10 adults and 6 grandchildren.

The house basically offers many opportunities to keep busy. Especially with children. In the kitchen everything is available what you need. The garden is large and you can spend a lot of time there when the weather is nice. There is also a large covered seating area, which also invites you to linger. However, there was a serious deficiency for us, which annoyed us greatly. Unfortunately, the house was not barrier-free, as described as a special highlight. That's why we booked the house in particular. One of us uses a wheelchair and had several problems around the house. Access to the house was only possible with the help of a board, which we had to get from the landlord. The rooms were too narrow for the wheelchair user. The doors didn't stay open, so he couldn't drive into the room without help. The doors were all fitted with a door closer device, so they opened with difficulty and closed again immediately. This was also a problem for the small children. It takes a lot of strength to open the doors. The bathrooms have all been retrofitted into the rooms in the form of a closed cabin. So these were not at ground level and very narrow. It was difficult to move there with two people if one person needed help. We cannot recommend the house for people who are dependent on a wheelchair. We expected more for the price.

Dirty coffee tea pots, oven very dirty, extractor hood does not work properly. 1 clean baking pan. Jacuzzi was very disappointing. Room smelled of sewage. That turned out to be the cleaning agent that had apparently been put in abundance in the jacuzzi. Huge foam layer. Furthermore, the temperature was not allowed to be set so that we ended up with a temperature of 32 degrees. Unfortunately the owner was not that open to feedback

We arrived earlier than agreed. After we had phoned the homeowner was not a problem and we were happy that earlier in the cottage! Also, it was not a problem as it was later to leave, this gives some more rest. The accommodation is fine! Everyone had their own bedroom with a small bathroom (which was all you needed). We had very nice weather, so we spent a lot of time in the garden have doorgebracht.De area is very quiet, the cottage is afterwards. It's a beautiful house. Owners very friendly and welcoming, but some rules need to keep it maintainable. Nice outdoor, private, with panoramic views of the North Holland landscape. The previously mentioned small showers are really small, but you have in each bedroom private bath unit that you see sometimes different. We were with z 'n 15's and have not really used the living room - we have lived fully below.

Great holiday home! Welcoming reception with a flower and a wine. Many rooms, each with a private toilet and shower. The latter is very small, but it is fine. We have used the jacuzzi frequently, delicious! Also great location for city trips like Volendam and Marken and also the beach is nearby. Definitely recommended!

A fantastic house, in a prime location and with very good facilities. Nice also that the jacuzzi is turned on by the owner in advance, so that we could jump in immediately upon arrival. Furthermore, the owner was very friendly and we got a good and nice tour of the house, so we knew immediately where we were. Everywhere a top weekend in this house and for everyone to recommend!

Fantastic house and beautiful surroundings. Beach and sea at 20km. House is top, only downside may be that the shower is very small (so-called toilet / shower cabins), but for a few days to do fine, with children it is more difficult.We have a long weekend with friends may enjoy the House. Reception by host very pleasant and clear explanation. Jacuzzi and sauna are a must! All in all a house to remember.

We stayed in the villa for one week.
Our host Mr. Gerald was very unpleasant.
There was a big difference from what he sold us than what we got in actual fact.
We chose this villa due to the fact he had WIFI and washing + drying machine.
Back to reality
we didn't have wifi the whole week.
the washing + drying machine did not work.
there was no heat working in the villa.
Surely you can imagine 4 families in the villa with no wifi. no dry towels. no heat.
when we talked to Gerlad about these issues he told us to keep our complaints to ourselves.
After he understood the washing and drying machine is not working he gave us new towels.
At the end of our stay, Gerald was very rude, yelling at us to leave.
surely this is not acceptable.
we expect to get discount for the payment of the villa.
and I want to make sure that BELVILLA will check all our complaints with serious measures.
We intend to publish this critic in all relevant media for this villa, we will not recommend it at all.

Various things were broken on arrival, with some we did not expect, however, is not a defect in the strict sense. All in all, so for us the most important thing was intakt.Kaputt was the massage shower (not usable). At the sauna and the whirlpool we should not use some controls. For example, the hot tub warned us not to fire more than two jets at the same time because otherwise the fuse could fly out. We were not allowed to press the right buttons on the whirlpool control panel. With more than 4 people we should not in the hot tub, because then the water could spill over and disturb the electrical system under the wooden floor (!). We should not play at the sauna temperature controller. WLAN did not work. What was not a defect, but we were uncomfortable, was the drainage system. On the toilets you can not dispose of the toilet paper in the toilet, but had to throw it in garbage bags and then dispose of them. Otherwise, beds, rooms, etc. were neat. TV had only a short disturbance, but otherwise worked. Pool table and dartboard were ok. Kitchen was also okay. From 2100 you can not talk any louder outside, because that disturbs the neighbors. We were advised to keep the windows closed because of the mosquitoes.

What a great house! Each room has its own toilet and shower. A nice large central kitchen with 2 stoves. Furthermore, it has a wonderful central living room with all mod cons. From the balcony you have a wide view over the large garden and meadows. We are well received by the nice owner. Gerard, we would like to come back!

The reception was fine, asked if the Jacuzzi could already (tip n.a.v. a previous review) and that had happened. Text and explanation from Gerard, nice man. Accommodation is, certainly considering the price, in need of a freshening up. Every year we rent a house with ten friends that must meet certain requirements. 85% of these requirements were indeed met, but the plumbing was downright disappointing. Too small spaces where toilet and shower were crammed together. The massage shower in the fitness room could not be used. Bedroom to the left of the entrance was provided with a pleasant scent by means of a wall outlet freshener. When the telephone charger replaced the freshener, it turned out that it was not for nothing. Room had a pungent odor which seemed to be eliminated by the freshener. If you are not bothered by things like this, then you have a great holiday home. Perfect location, great sauna, nice living room upstairs, nice view, great garden, great pool table, all good.
