This modern holiday home is located in Holten and features a complete wellness centre in the farmhouse. The spacious house has 4 bedrooms, a cosy interior and is very suitable for large groups. The hot tub and sauna provide the necessary relaxation.
Holten and its surroundings offer many possibilities for excursions. In Holten (5.5 km) itself, there is plenty to experience, such as many different restaurants and cycling, hiking and mountain biking routes. The centre of the Hanseatic city of Deventer (18 km) is easy to reach. For a day out, you can visit Avonturenpark Hellendoorn.
Next to the house is a veranda with patio furniture, a fireplace and lounge sofas. The beautiful wellness area is located in the basement. Here you will find a wooden sauna, a luxurious shower with side jets, a plunge pool, a foot bath, sun beds and chairs. Next to the wellness area, there is a room with a pool table, dart board and fridge. There is also a jeu de boules court.
Parking is possible in the carport. For reasons of tranquillity, this house is not rented for parties and it is not allowed to gourmet here.

In one word SUPER! We have been able to enjoy a midweek with 9 people (5 adults and 4 children) in this beautiful villa. A very big compliment to the owners who have really done everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The beds are already made on arrival and there is plenty of bath linen available. The house has a fully equipped kitchen where the herbs are not missing, and a wellness cellar with sauna, plunge pool, massage shower and foot baths. There is also a Mancave with pool billiards and dartboard. There is a spacious sitting area with a large TV. Outside, the house has a beautiful wooden veranda with lounge set, outdoor fireplace, and hot tub! The house is rural and has a beautiful view of the meadows and the edge of the forest. Also in the area there are many fun things to do a few minutes away. In short, I can heartily recommend this villa to anyone who loves peace and luxury!

Three points of criticism:
- The bathroom on the ground floor is not a bathroom but a toilet with hand basin.
- You pay a lot for the cleaning (€390), but it is not perfect.
- You have to pay for the wood to heat up the outdoor hot tub.

The motto is peace and space, but luxury can certainly be added to that. Everything exudes luxury and top quality. The sauna, the hot tub, the kitchen, the beds, the hammocks, the tranquility the view; everything is really great in this fantastic holiday home. This is really a BELLE Villa. Enjoyed it!

The view from the veranda is phenomenal. In connection with a creative brainstorm and studio sessions, we were allowed to stay in a beautiful midweek for this wonderful stay. Host and hostess are very friendly and helpful. Beautifully located. In the middle of nature. The photos did not exactly reflect what it looked like .... In reality, many times more beautiful, spacious and luxurious. Kitchen has 2 refrigerators. Cutlery, glasses etc. available. Very handy. Super nice wellness downstairs. Fully equipped. The "mancave" downstairs with snooker and dart. Outside a lot of place to sit comfortably. Stove there. And a big hot tub. Really recommended this house.

Despite the bad weather, we still sat outside under the veranda a few times. Furthermore, we could enjoy ourselves with the many facilities that the house offers. We had a great week! On arrival the house was very clean, there was no dust to be found. The owners were very thoughtful and also gave us privacy, they did not enter the house without being asked. But if there was anything, the owners immediately came to help! The house is beautiful and as in the pictures. The location is perfect and wonderfully quiet. We can definitely recommend this villa! It is a beautiful house in a quiet place in nature. There is plenty of space around the house, you can enjoy the sun, birds and rural views in various places. The house has a spacious living room with a large screen and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are wonderful. The basement has a spacious sauna with wonderful shower and game room. Location is close to Deventer and therefore offers opportunities to go out. And especially the Holtenberg is definitely worth a visit. The house was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay with 8 people.
