This luxurious villa in Julianadorp, has 4 bedrooms and houses 8 people. It is located only 100 metres from the beach and features a large private swimming pool with a sauna for the most relaxing stay. If you prefer an active vacation, you can find water sports within a 400 m radius.
The home borders a beautiful national park and is great for long walks. Julianadorp will fulfil most of your shopping and restaurant needs, and you can head to Den Helder 8 km away to visit a museum or a former dockyard called Willemsoord. You can take a day trip to Schagen 18 km away and see its West Frisian market. Alkmaar, the cheese city, is 35 km away.
The home has sun loungers and can provide a high chair on request. You can bring up to two pets for €40 per pet.

What a nice midweek we had here, the house is clean, the service is very neat and the house itself feels like a warm welcome when you enter. You can easily go to the beach and enjoy the surroundings, it was also a nice place for our four-legged friend. Minuses: - due to the cold of this month, the door of the Poolhouse remains very stuck. - the fridge did not work so we had to store our groceries outside. (reported immediately, get fixed!)

The house was very clean, well equipped and very nice. Good beds. On arrival 1 bottle of good wine and gifts for dog and child. Pool and sauna really great. We would go back anytime. But it is definitely not a villa !!!! And compared to real villas with a pool, for example in the south, it is too expensive. Which is probably also due to the high energy costs for heating the pool house and the pool. We love Holland. There is a lot you can do and you can also go straight to Texel. Good shopping for food. Unfortunately Julianadorp has no center for strolling and shopping but the hero is not far. In winter, unfortunately, the heating has to be turned up very low so that it gets warm in the upper area. This is a bit inconvenient ... otherwise everything is fine.

A friendly welcome on arrival. The house was exactly as expected. Shame about the bad weather but this was well compensated by the nice pool and the good sauna! Very special, your own villa in the middle of the dunes near the sea!

Great arrival. They already knew that we were coming, so we were immediately given the key without having to fill in all kinds of papers. Friendly reception. The house is really great! Nicely decorated, cozy and super clean! There was a delicious bottle of wine ready and for the dog there was even a welcome gift! We were 7 people and a dog and we wanted to stay longer. You really walk straight onto the dune towards the beach. Delicious food at Paal 6, both lunch and dinner. Delicious use of the swimming pool and sauna. We hope to be back soon.

It is a very nice and beautiful house with a nice swimming pool. For 8 people and a longer stay, there is relatively little storage space provided. In the middle of the dunes, 500 meters from the sea and beach bar.

An absolutely great holiday home. Rarely a holiday home with such a good location and facilities experienced. In addition, very friendly manager of the house, you could write for everything. As a small negative point, one can only mention the lack of instruction, such. the sauna works or where you turn the lights on and off for the pool. We will definitely come back.

The arrival was good, everything went smoothly. We liked the accommodation very much, but we would not call it a villa, but a well-equipped house. The pool house is great, of course. However, we would have coped with a bit better description or brief personal introduction but faster. So we had to call several times and ask questions. The environment is very nice. Too bad that the house is so close to the road, that was not a problem in winter, but in the summer we would probably not live there. The short walk to the beach is great.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great and cozy, as well as tastefully decorated. The proximity to the beach is absolutely the description, the area is by the nearby campsite and the road already very busy (certainly a bit different in the description of the house), but did not bother us. Everything is very centrally located in the area to find. The garden is great, but unfortunately it is not completely fenced, which we would of course find even more relaxed as a dog owner.

The accommodation is very nice. Everything is there, well cared for, it is big enough to stay with a number of people and the fact that you have a swimming pool it is really great. At the back of the house you have a beautiful view of the dunes and the garden is also lovely. We did not notice well when booking that it is on the main road and opposite the campsites so it was slightly busier than expected, but that did not spoil the fun. Our dog was with us because he is allowed on the beach and that was great. The service of the owners is also very good. They were always ready for us.

The accommodation is top-notch and fully equipped. It is very nicely decorated and really gives you a feeling of coming home. There is also very good thought about the layout of the house. Costs have been spared to the interior and the decoration of the home. The comfort that we have experienced in this house can also be described as excellent. It was wonderful to enjoy the sun, sea and beach within walking distance. You also have a lovely private garden and an excellent private swimming pool with sauna available, which we have also used to the full.We as a family with three still young kids (4.5 and 6 years old) and a dog, have also a had a wonderful week. We would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed it. We have been in the Christmas period. What we found very unfortunate, perhaps nothing that could be done, but that the pool cooled down very much because it was so windy and cold outside. We arrived and opened the door to the pool and a lovely warm blanket came over you. The following days it got colder for us. Contact person immediately came by to view it and said it will come through the door that opens and closes continuously. But this was not the case at all. We thought that was a shame. This means that if it is very cold outside with a lot of wind that it will not stay warm in one way or another and that is really a must for us. We arrived and the Christmas tree was decorated very nicely. All in all, a lovely house in the middle of the dunes. You can walk straight into the dunes through the backyard, so that is wonderful.

We stayed at Villa Duin in Julianadorp from 18/12 to 21/12/2020 to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our children + partners + grandchild, A fantastic stay with a private pool and sauna, Our granddaughter of 10 months old has enjoyed the pool with a comfortable temperature, a very nice house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, near the sea, highly recommended !!!!

The unique thing here is the pool house with sauna. Regardless of the weather - too hot or too cold - we and the children had the greatest pleasure in it. The house itself is a rustic, renovated holiday home, a villa is not appropriate here, but it has everything you need, the smartTV was also particularly practical, so we could access our own content via app. The Sonos device did not work due to a pending update, but we did not report it because we had our own with us, otherwise someone would certainly have come. A bigger pot was also missing, we had to make do with 2 small ones at the same time to feed a family of 5. The inconvenient way to the beach twice across the street with small children was a bit annoying, we are probably spoiled by other stays directly on the beach. All in all, the pool made up for it. But the high price will probably make us look for alternatives next time.

It's a beautiful house. There were four of us and it all fitted fine. It is beautifully situated in the dunes with sufficient privacy and it is close to the beach. We had to get used to the noise of the road where it closes, especially at night. is opposite. Small downsides were the enormous noise from the extractor hood and that we only got 1 key for four people, but we would like to come back again.

Unfortunately, the trip was broken off prematurely and through no fault of Belvilla. We had a reservation confirmation until 20:00 and we were already asked to vacate the property at 12:00.

Villa in Julianadorp, beautiful photos, Almost €1800 for a weekend in February, expectations are high!! What a disillusion. House wedged between a road and 2 entrances to the beach. No privacy at all on 400m2. Lots of maintenance deferred. doors and window frames.Small living areas.1 key for 8 people.Fridge with freezer.Defective lighting.Bedroom(s) with little storage space, no wardrobes.Bad beds and extremely hard mattresses.Don't come too early because nobody answers your calls and you have especially no contact with the "owner" because if you dare to open the doors of the swimming pool (6x3) room because it is sweltering hot there you will be scolded! And oh yes 1 positive point. The parking lot is good for at least 3 cars,

It is a lovely house, with everything you need. The kids swam as many times as they wanted every day. The campsite across the road was so friendly that the kids were allowed to play in their playground. And you're right next to the beach, so don't forget your kite/shovel/bucket. Kitchen is fully equipped, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Great holiday home, where the owner has thought of almost everything....... However, a few points of criticism..... If you rent a house to 8 people, a small freezer compartment at the top of a refrigerator is ABSOLUTELY not enough!! !! It would also be useful if the necessary clothes hooks are installed in the bathrooms and bedroom, so that you can at least store a dressing gown or a towel / shower towel in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom window on the first floor could not close, so it remained icy cold in the bathroom. A spatula would be useful in the kitchen. (It was therefore difficult to flip the pancakes.) Furthermore, all praise. It was also very nice that there was a Christmas tree and further Christmas decorations were placed on the various tables. To be repeated!!!!

The house is very well maintained and in a wonderful location. The garden leads directly to the beach crossing and is in a few minutes on the beautiful beach. The pool house with the sauna is brilliant. The children had a lot of fun there. The only thing I could complain about was the equipment. For our large family, for example, there was a lack of large bowls or a large saucepan. A few hooks on the bathroom walls would also be helpful. Since the house is on the street, it got louder in the morning as the traffic increased. However, it was probably the many agricultural vehicles that were on the road at this time of the year. The normal car traffic didn't bother us. The landlords were very friendly, attentive and helpful. In any case, we were very sad that our vacation was over so quickly and would love to come back again.

The heating didn't work. This was communicated twice at the reception, but unfortunately in vain. The bedroom on the top right was particularly bad. We had to sleep with hot water bottles. Unfortunately, it seems as if the performance is steadily declining. Last year we were asked to leave the property before the certified departure time...
The rest was good as usual and the sauna and pool house were particularly good.

A beautiful place and a very nice huis.Wat we noticed the cobwebs, the dirty floor and the hard beds.Verder many dead insects on the walls and ceilings and some of the crockery was dirty in the closets.De doors to and from the pool cannot be opened, these are deliberately blocked and that is a pity with good weather, you miss contact from the garden with the kids. We have made frequent use of the swimming pool (private). Especially the children were almost impossible to get out.

Wonderful, well equipped house. We had a very good time. The most amazing features are of course the private pool (separate building with a lock so no danger for roaming kids), the large sauna (with free scents and that heats quickly), and the shower there. Pool house walls open all the way up over summer. Yay! The house is only 5 mins (10 with kids) walk to the beach (through a path in the garden to avoid the busy road). That beach entrance also has a nice pavilion with a good menu (Paal 6). Living room is a bit smaller than the pictures make it look so it was a bit tight at times with 8 people. The bed rooms on the ground floor don't allow space for a baby cot but the 2 bed rooms upstairs are very spacious (and have a great view). Ample parking, good beds, clean and well maintained house. For questions and recommendations you can just easily walk over to the campsite, friendly receptionists. We had a wonderful stay!
