This very spacious detached villa with enclosed garden is located on the edge of the Eerdebos, in Overijssel. With a professional kitchen, a Weber and Ofyr barbecue, a play barn, an open fireplace and a sauna, all the ingredients are present for a great stay with family or friends. Thanks to the space, every guest has the desired privacy and tranquillity.
Experience rural life and enjoy cycling and walking through the Eerde forest or discover the 'Eerder Achterbroek' nature reserve between Den Ham and Ommen. The region has plenty of forest and heathland, for example in Twente, Salland and the Vecht valley. You will find nice restaurants in the area, for example in Ommen on the Vecht, and for the children a visit to amusement park Hellendoorn, Slagharen and Monkey Town guarantees an unforgettable day.
The house offers comfort for all ages, with a bedroom, a separate sitting room and a bathroom on the ground floor. Recreational facilities include a trampoline, table tennis, an 8 ft. pool table, a large play barn and TV with Netflix, ESPN Eredivisie and a PlayStation 4. At 16.00 there was already someone ready for us and we were right in the house. Beautiful big house, more than enough space. A separate extra TV room ideal for football fans. Many toys for children, luxury kitchen with all the trimmings. Beautiful surroundings, nice cycling there.

Spacious house that was very well equipped for first use. What we miss will be purchased. We have been making multi-family holidays for years and this was the best house so far. Very friendly and courteous hosts. We can recommend for a long walk Eerde in the neighborhood and Zwolle and Kampen as city breaks. With a little more time we would also have driven to the Iisel sea.

On arrival we were shown through the house, the accommodation was furnished to a high standard, the kitchen was equipped with everything. The children immediately hogged the play barn and playroom. The dog was well protected as everything was fenced. There was enough space for everyone in the house and outside. I can't judge the area because we stayed in the accommodation for 2.5 days.

Great house to spend a nice long weekend. We have rented the house for a weekend away with friends during the Easter days. We really enjoyed it. The house is fully equipped and fully equipped! The reception of Mini was also very good!

We enjoyed it very much. Excellent facilities and sufficient space. Beautiful, very complete kitchen and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is very nice and modern (though problem with broken shower button, so that the water could now only be at 1 temperature, but that would be restored for the next tenant). Beds nicely made up and also towels and kitchen towels available. 3 different coffee machines, so that everyone's preference was present.2 dots, where improvement is possible and what has kept us from a 5-star ratingThere were not mosquito nets everywhere (lots of mosquitoes and flies!) And we missed in the garden (despite the lounge set and picnic table) a few sturdy chairs, for sunbathing or sitting on the grass. The seats that were there were very old and / or there were already cracks in it, so we got there. Good to dare to sit.

The house was very beautiful. The hostess was waiting for us as agreed with the necessary explanation. We were happy to see that everything was thought of for small children and for first use in the kitchen / bathroom. Great house! Recommended!

Nice big house with different rooms. Tastefully decorated, also thought of the children in terms of indoor and outdoor toys. Very large kitchen and nice long dining table for everyone. It was a bit more in a residential area than we had expected in terms of photos.

We were very lucky with the weather, we could spend a lot of time outside and eat at the long table outside. There was a lot to play with for the kids, the play station was a favorite. Lovely house with lots of space, close to the forest. Enough beds with privacy for 8 to 10 adults, plus room for children. Nice seating area around the fireplace. Great kitchen, but little glassware. Pool billiards is a nice addition.

A great welcome and tour by the owner .. A fantastic spacious and super clean house with beautiful kitchen and plenty of furniture. All bedrooms have box-spring beds. A spacious garden with a beautiful veranda and BBQ. A wonderful games room with pool table, table tennis and table football! There was even a delicious wine and cake ready.

On arrival we were shown through the house, the accommodation was furnished to a high standard, the kitchen was equipped with everything. The children immediately hogged the play barn and playroom. The dog was well protected as everything was fenced. There was enough space for everyone in the house and outside. I can't judge the area because we stayed in the accommodation for 2.5 days.

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Goose March with 3 families with small children. The homely atmosphere and the fact that the house is fully equipped - even for the little ones - made our stay complete. We have a nice walk in the area and the garden at the house was also very inviting: very nice that there was even some fall / halloween decoration in the garden.

The villa was very spacious for 10 people. Cozy furnished, good bedrooms with good beds. On the ground floor a separate bedroom with bathroom, very nice. A large garden with many seats. A play barn with table tennis table, dart board, pool table and table football game. Quietly located in Den Ham, supermarket 400 meters away. Was fantastic.

We found our stay in the house on the Ganzemars super nice, everything was there to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Big and small could enjoy themselves. Each (11) had a good bed, the kitchen inventory was more than complete. We made nice memories.
