The house was neat and clean. Beds were made and there was towels for everyone. The house is also in a quiet area and you can be in Ghent or Brugge within half an hour. You can easily cross the border to refuel or to do groceries. These did not work well on induction and were quite worn and scratched. Because of this it sometimes took half an hour for the water to boil. We should also forget about baking pancakes or mirroring eggs in the frying pan. These were undercooked and sat on the induction plate for almost an hour before anything happened at all. Furthermore, everything was present in the house and we had a great time.

Nearby were sufficient activities flea market, small town Sluis for shopping pleasure and terraces, Cadzand-Bad for beach fun, bicycles, ...

nice house with enough space for everyone, and located in a very quiet location. And also the ostrich farm, and the playground (cricket) and the maze were close by, which was a big plus.

We really couldn't have done better for our family of 7 people, including 4 children and 3 dogs !! a cozy holiday home with all the necessary comfort and enclosed garden for the 3 four-legged friends !! a relaxing and carefree week !!
