This enticing villa in Ricadi has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 7 guests and is located on the charming Tyrrhenian Sea coast. It is ideal for a group or families to enjoy the sea with a shared swimming pool, private terrace, and barbecue.

It is surrounded by Mediterranean trees; orange, lemons and mandarin trees to indulge in natural beauty. Tropea and Capo Vaticano are nearby to visit. Enjoy the beach (1 km) or take an excursion along the coast or on the mainland. You can also visit the Aeolian Islands on a boat. Have a fun nightlife in 300 m and finish food and shopping also in 300 m.

You can bake some cookies in the oven and enjoy it from the living room with fireplace. This villa is air conditioned and has comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms with shower. Beautiful villa in a paradise garden. Located in the immediate vicinity of beautiful coastal towns such as Tropea, Capo Vaticano and the Aeolian Islands. Visiting the coast from the sea is also recommended! We were well received in a nearby hotel. Problems were immediately rectified (faulty refrigerator, air conditioning). Only minus kitchen is very limited equipped, insufficient for a party of 7 people.

paradise with a beautiful pool, friendly and very far (interviews of green spaces, sorting waste, etc.) The villa sits on a plot with gate field, against a lot of mosquitoes at night geographical .Situation perfect for beaches and staff the town of Tropea.

Never been in Calabria, definitely worth it. The villa is beautifully situated in a beautiful area, right in a piece of wood with a few other villas 's so pretty much privacy. A swimming pool is shared with the other 3 villas' s. 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a large living room plus an unprecedented large garden with pizza oven and barbeceu make this home heeeeerlijk. The town of San Domenica where the villa is located is very small, and not very special. Car is really necessary, the first beach is so "n 700 meters far, style down and you come to a lido with large parking facility. Small beach, very cozy. The setting is beautiful, towns like Santa Maria, Vibo Valentia and Tropea are worth a visit. 1 disadvantage There are many mosquitoes at the Villa, so a portion of anti-mosquito stuff take is definitely recommended.
