Fantastic place for a family getaway! The swimming pool was a highlight for the kids, and we loved riding the bikes to explore the scenic countryside, The nearby dining options were a bonus, especially Il Tartufo – we ate there twice!

We had a wonderful time at Belvilla! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, The kids loved the playground and we enjoyed some BBQs in the garden, It’s a bit of a drive to the beach, but totally worth it for the peaceful vibes, Would def come back again!

Overall, a great experience! The house was clean, quiet, and had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed our time at the shared pool and even had a few barbecue evenings. The location was ideal for day trips to nearby attractions like Assisi.

What a gem! The cabin is well-equipped, and we loved the outdoor area. The shared grill made for fantastic family evenings. The kids enjoyed the table tennis area, and the garden was a lovely escape for morning coffee. We will definitely come back!

For other travelers this might be a good place but it was not for us and it is the weakest place we have been to with Belvilla. Advertised as a facility for 6 people, there were only 5 chairs (as an example), we went to buy some utensils since the available ones were down to a bare minimum, not even 6 of the same glasses.
Maintenance and cleanliness is not top notch. Animal friendly it is, but not much consideration is given to guest who prefer animals to be leached. All guests had dogs, which is fine but on the domain were several stray cats almost coming into the holiday house.
Le Ripe is a nice place but too close to the highway. It has good facilities but not attended enough.
Too expensive for the return. We won't be back.

Thomas and his father are VERY nice people that needs to be pointed out but this holiday home is just not for us.

In the photos on the site it looks like you have a nice view from the apartment, but this is the view from the apartment above this holiday home. So beware, the house is not completely detached. We have stayed here the last 2 weeks of August. It was really beyond expectations. We were nicely received by Thomas and drove us to the house. The location is beautiful in 1 word! The children enjoyed themselves in the swimming pool. The area is very nice, not touristy and friendly people. We will certainly come back here again! Tips: Urbino, San Marino (1.5 hours drive but definitely worth it), the beach of Fano, Gola di Furlo (very beautiful) and even more:) Are you looking for peace? and a fantastic location? Then I would definitely opt for this!

The house sits atop a hill with beautiful views, the peace, the space, the hospitality of the owner, in warm weather, the pool is a relief. The road to the house is via a somewhat bumpy road to reach, but also has its charme.Het fact that the owner of the house is very committed to the guests in his house, it gives you staying in the house just a little more. The house exudes atmosphere and is decorated with care. The owner cooks for each guest once a hot meal and does it with passion and full dedication. Highly recommended to any of the real Italy to taste, far away from crowded beaches and hectic. The sweet dogs Luna and Stella daily on the premises, do not hurt a fly. Great markets and places like Cagli Fano, Urbino, Urbania are worth a visit, especially as the Grotte di Frassissi near Jesi.

Our experience at Belvilla by OYO Relax was quite pleasant. The cabin was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. It is conveniently located just a short drive from the beach and local dining options, which we greatly appreciated. The kids loved the playground and table tennis in the garden. While the lack of a scenic view from the terrace was somewhat disappointing, we were able to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A solid choice for families!

A must in the area is the beautiful river just next to Cagli. Here the river has beautiful swimming pools and you can jump off the rocks. The Wednesday market in Cagli is also pleasant. The area is beautifully green with beautiful mountains. From the cottage, the bakery was accessible via the walkway over the river. This is only 600 m. Here is also directly a supermarket. Really recommended!

A must for everyone. In the beautiful countryside of the Marche lies this holiday villa in an exceptional place. The host Ivo doing everything to make our guests to feel at ease. He receives you in its Cantina and bestows it wine from the region. Also he prepares for his guests 1x a delicious meal. For the animal lover: on the ground are two sweet dogs, Luna and Stella, who will greet you every day. For us, definitely a place we will go back.

We have 14 days in Le Ripe seated and it was fantastic. Ivo is a very good host, which transfers the key you immediately a glass of wine offering. The house is fine, situated on top of a mountain, and there are two sweet dogs, Luna and Stella, around. Ivo has cooked for us one afternoon, tagliatelle with black truffles, delicious and above all very cozy. We spoke little Italian, Ivo no English but we understood each other perfectly. The house is a great base for trips to Urbino, Assisi, San Marino and the Gorge of Furlo. We have agreed to IIG sure to come again. Ciao Ivo and thanks.

This is just 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. Le Marche is respect nature more beautiful as Umbria and Tuscany, culturally less, but not really touristy. This means more searching, but the people are friendly and have therefore have much time for je.Wij are several such houses before, but this was absolutely top! The cottage at Aqualagna the owner Ivo Beligni is very nice on the hill and has a magnificent view over the surrounding hills. Especially the contact with the owner Ivo and dogs Luna and Stella made the stay very pleasant and personable and the reception is very warm. The children were in any case very set on the dogs and found the pool is also lovely. Ivo only speaks Italian so it was occasionally hands and feet but often we got a bottle of wine or a few apples from the orchard.

We have really enjoyed three weeks. The house is cozy and clean, the pool and the gardens are well maintained and Ivo comes every day to ask whether "problemo" and if everything is "perfecto" is. We have 14 days in Le Ripe seated and it was fantastic. Ivo is a very good host, which transfers the key you immediately a glass of wine offering. We have stayed here the last 2 weeks of August. It was really beyond expectations. We were nicely received by Thomas and drove us to the house. The location is beautiful in 1 word! The children enjoyed themselves in the swimming pool. The area is very nice, not touristy and friendly people. We will certainly come back here again! Tips: Urbino, San Marino (1.5 hours drive but definitely worth it), the beach of Fano, Gola di Furlo (very beautiful) and even more:) Are you looking for peace? and a fantastic location? Then I would definitely opt for this!

We were warmly received by Thomas. The location is fantastic! What a garden and what a beautiful pool. The cottage was also fully equipped. A must in the area is the beautiful river just next to Cagli. Here the river has beautiful swimming pools and you can jump off the rocks. The Wednesday market in Cagli is also pleasant. The area is beautifully green with beautiful mountains. From the cottage, the bakery was accessible via the walkway over the river. This is only 600 m. Here is also directly a supermarket.
