Villa in Suvereto with Pool and Scenic Views

This is a very nice house and we had a great time with the family. Nadia is fantastic and very helpful. Her vegetables and tomatoes were the best. We hope we can book the house again.

Really had a wonderful holiday. Due to a long wait at car rental we could only check in late (2000 hours on Sunday), so no more shop open. No problem for Nadia (owner), who made a fresh pasta for us, delicious! Accommodation was good. Outside really all space, beautiful pool with nice sunbeds. Many toys for the children. In order, mattresses of number of beds may be replaced as far as I am concerned. Furthermore everything is present, especially in the keuken.Huis is located in Prata, village at 6 min from Suvereto. Beautiful area where you can walk, also with children. With 20 minutes you are at beautiful beaches of Baratti and Follonica. With the boat from Piombino to Elba is also highly recommended.

The house is located on top of the mountain, you have to overcome many turns to get there. The house itself is relatively in order. The TV and coffee table are, however, dangerous on bricks (we have this removed for the kinderen.) The jacuzzi was pretty dirty when we removed the filter was full of dirt. The owner also has dogs that run loose and regularly come disturbing, even after indicating that our children were afraid of it was nothing done. The environment is nice to walk but for the price we had to pay you better a different house Search.

The house was very much to our liking. We were pleasantly surprised by the complete furnishings of the house. Almost everything had been thought of, even in the kitchen. We are very satisfied.

The owner spoke only Italian but had arranged an interpreter. Really great was that! Also very good information given about the area. Our holiday was much better than imagined!

Nadia and Massimo are great hosts. The Villa was ready at arrival. Everything was very clean (including pool and jacuzzi). Nadia handed over her fresh linen and towels and explains everything about the house. The kitchen is very good equipped. Wifi is working and Netflix or Amazon Video can be used on the TV (better you have your own account). There are 2 bathrooms at the first floor and one single toilet at the ground floor. Enough to avoid conflicts :) The pool and jacuzzi were even better than expected just from the pictures. From Prata, there are several options for trips: firstly the beach: within 30 minutes you are ready to reach the beach, e.g. in Fallonica. Grocery: only 10 minutes away, there is a well-equipped Conad in Suvereto to buy anything necessery.Trips: Plenty of possibilities. Firenze, Elba, Pisa, even Roma. Everything reachable by car or train within 2 hours. All in all we can recommend this location to anyone who looks for privacy.

Booking with Belvilla was strange because we eventually have to pay 100 euros more than was stated on the website. Received confirmation via chat that this would still be settled, but unfortunately not after booking. The house is really super and a large garden with beautiful pool. Very nice that there was a fan in every room to cool down at night, otherwise it was very hot. Keep in mind that you have to pay for the wood, the bbq works perfectly! The nearby village of Suvereto is well worth a visit, as is the restaurant within walking distance around the corner. We were with 2 families; 4 adults and 4 children under 10 years. There was plenty of room and the beaches are also worth a visit! We had a very nice holiday!

It was really great! Everything you needed was available in the home, truly a super home care. Also a great pool, super loungers and there was even a sandbox and ball present. Fantastic holiday! Next year again!
