This charming and comfortable holiday home with 2 bedrooms is a perfect accommodation for 6 persons. It has a superb terrace for enjoying breakfasts after having a walk in the garden. The home is great for families or groups.Montignoso is a village immersed in the green province of Massa, Tuscany. The surroundings if the home has a breath-taking landscape immersed in peace and tranquillity. Restaurants lie at 2.4 km and supermarkets are at 4.7 km. You can enjoy the sea at 8 km anytime. Excursions across Massa, and to the towns of Lucca and Pisa are great.The holiday home's kitchen has modern appliances and enough storage space for lavish preparations. A barbecue is at your disposal to prepare delicious meals. Children will get lost with the play equipment provided to them. Free Wifi and parking are also available here.The nearest train station is about 7 km while the airport is about 54.2 km.

Here are some comments about our stay in Montignoso: - the cottage is almost impossible to find, especially if you arrive at twilight. We had to inquire about an hour in the area where it was to find it. However, we were here within the agreed timeframe. - The path up is steep and very difficult with suitcases, moreover you come across a garbage dump, It has to be mentioned that along the full length of the path it stinks of dog droppings and garbage.- We have not found the owner, we have received the key from the neighbors without any explanation. During the week we only had contact via mails.- The cottage is very small for 6 people 4 is really the maximum, (you can not eat inside when it rains or you have to renovate.) .- The house is dark and small- Air conditioning would be welcome.-We only had hot water for 1 day. At first the owner did not believe us, but after insistence, after the 4th day, a plumber came to see that the boiler was broken and he could not repair it. We are here for a whole week with cold water to shower, wash dishes. In addition to the house is a doghouse over the entire length of the house and terrace, with 6 dogs. This creates a stink on the terrace and noise. I also want to end positively, the house is equipped with the necessary resources, well polished, and everything is in stock. But I expect more from a house that rents bell villa. In the past we have never had complaints, but this is really a disappointment outside of category.This location below expectation if you are looking for a house in TuscanyI expect a compensation for the disappointing holiday that we had been looking forward to.Mvg

Very friendly and great that the fridge was full of goodies. Good beds, shower unfortunately was not always warm. House was clean and the terrace was beautiful (nice view). With 20 minutes you stand on the beach (especially paid beach, but definitely recommended!). The mountains provide beautiful rides along among other waterfalls. Consider a climb via stairs and a road to the house. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility, high pregnancy o.i.d.

The cottage was in good order, very clean and tidy. All items provide charcoal for the BBQ. The hostess is friendly and helpful. Only minus is that they speak only Italian, no English (not even a bit). You have to help me with communication, we think that is a nice challenge.
