Very nice location, originally an old monastery that was converted into a spacious building with 8 apartments. The location is pretty central place between Montepulciano and Cortena, both within a half hour. "In the evening drive back in the dark was even a bit exciting for the kids (10 and 12). The host came on time and also sells its own wine (Nobili Montepulciano) and olive oil. Very friendly, but not intrusive man.Het pool is also very nice at the end of a tiring day, is big enough and very clean. A small downside perhaps is the fact that its own private terrace apartment not present, but there is a large, common terrace with stunning views over the Tuscan countryside. short, an ideal location for families with older kids.

The owner was waiting for us at his beautiful accommodation. This former monastery, which was part of the "degli innocenti from Florence" for a long time, has been converted into beautiful apartments while retaining original details. The surroundings and the view are breathtaking. The swimming pool invites you to cool off. The owner himself no longer grows wine, but less than 3 minutes' drive away is an enoteca where you can taste the wines from Montepulciano with a nice lunch or dinner again with a beautiful view. A trip through the valley of the Orcia with its beautiful pine trees is definitely recommended. Beautiful cities and towns can be found in the area. Too bad the accommodation does not have air conditioning. A fan would offer a solution.

The rural location of this property in the middle of the vineyards makes for a wonderful view of the beautiful Tuscan hills, the beautiful vineyards of the extremely friendly eigenaar.De central location in Tuscany makes towns and attractions such as Cortona, Siena, Arezzo, Monte Oliveto Maggiore Pienza and easy to get around. The beautifully maintained garden, pool and terraces were we enjoyed most of the Tuscan country during our stay.

Very nice apartment in a fantastic environment we missed only one occasion on the complex where you could eat or drink. Also, we missed a coffee maker and dishwasher. The cookware was also very limited.

The property is beautiful, but eccentric. Great views and lovely red light in the evening. During our stay we were the only guests and gave a great sense of freedom. It is advisable to arrive because the dark is very difficult to find the location in daylight. Pool and outdoor area were well maintained. The shower in the bath is not very ergonomic but funny.

Great accommodation. Upon arrival the owner due to personal circumstances could not be present. But everything was all taken care of and the key was ready. We met the next day. The owner does not live on the property but there is every day a few hours. Speaks good English and is very helpful. The apartment itself was very spacious with a separate kitchen (with the luxury of a dishwasher, oven and microwave), bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed two weeks. Only thing is the access road to the property. That is very bad with large potholes. In the dark is occasionally difficult. But that you take for granted with the beautiful view.

This old house, entirely renovated offers a wonderful holiday in an absolutely gorgeous. Surrounded by vineyards, with a unique view over the hills of Montepulciano. C "is beautiful. Ideal for a couple. Good for a small family.
