It is a very nice place to stay in the heart of the city. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Only one small flat shower a little dated. A flexible shower would be welcome !!!! The owner is very available (we had a car problem), she took us to the garage etc ... very friendly.Thanks for the excellent Italian meal offered And made by his care, in short ... that of the happiness. We have a very nice holiday, but it's an old cottage, as well as everything in furniture. Hat baby cot where we slept in 1 of 1, there will be one that has been serving for a number of years. (Read anxiously that the bed will collapse when the baby turns around). The pool and garden are well maintained. There is no seat to rest, only chairs and sun loungers at the pool. There is also a microwave oven and the kitchenette is very small, not to mention the bathrooms ... The lady who hires it is very friendly, but speaks Italian only. Having a conversation with her is in Italian or literally with hands and feet ... -) You really are in the middle of the fields, you need the car for everything. A baker, butcher, ... Not found. Supermarkets only after 15km ... Right over the stay is a good restaurant.We have been on a walk every day with the children to see all sorts of towns. All towns are very nice and cozy. Not at all touristy! We like it. -) very quiet and very friendly people everywhere. The "disadvantage" of being "not touristy" is that the locals speak only Italian ... long live google translate! -) It's a nice area, but not really recommended with kids. We absolutely do not want to break down the owners of the cottage, because they are all kind of candid people. She had a nice cake baked on arrival, a hot meal prepares for the whole family ... But still I wanted to let our petitions know about the cottage.

We were welcomed by the owner, with homemade wine and cake, cottage was super neat and very comfortable. Environment super nice and nice and quiet nice restaurant at 200 meters. Supermarket at 3 km, nice sights in the area. Owner makes 1 time per weather traditional food from the area Every day the private swimming pool is cleaned and the garden tidy.

The arrival was equally exciting; we had to get used to the environment (busy road next to the house) and the house was not what we expected. But the garden was great and the surroundings beautiful!

It is a slightly dated house but with all the necessities for a wonderfully peaceful stay in this beautiful region! With only 2 houses and a maximum of 6 guests, you often have a large swimming pool to yourself! A fantastic restaurant exactly across the street (with lousy service but delicious dishes) also for takeaway, is of course nice and easy!. Just great if you want to be on your own with your company in a fantastic region just on the border of Umbria and Tuscany.

Very nice well maintained property. The landlords were very hospitable and accommodating. Once you have cooked for us. They were there every day to (ect garbage, Pool.) To check on the right The location is good, .Empfehlenswert to make smaller or larger trips.

After a journey we arrived in Montepulciano Le Due Chiarine and it looked very neat, just as in the directory, in the house was clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a homemade cake that we after 2 days still got one, the owners were friendly people and also the pool was cleaned daily. All in a fine destination and worth repeating.

Friendly welcome. Lots of privacy because we were the only guests. On the property there is another house. Pool was cleaned every morning with a robot. Bathroom (s) were small, shower cabin had to be expanded, but went well when we used to it. Good espresso machine present (+).
